What an enjoyable experience!Very educated, polite staff.Clean environment and spaces for the pets.We were able to hold some pets with supervision. Only thing I regret about this place is not coming here sooner, I came to this shop for the first time and I was definitely not disappointed. Staff were very helpful and so were the checkout ladies . I came here to get some supplies for my aquarium I started up again recently and the lady helping me with the fish was amazing and very friendly.I asked how much they sell the duckweed for because I was interested in purchasing some and she gave me a small scoop for free while bagging my new fish since their tanks were a little overstocked.High selection for fish and supplies and found a great deal on pig ears for my 3 dogs. 10/10 would recommend and you found yourself a returning customer

There are so many great things. I could say about this place. The staff, the experienced workers, the pets that they have and they just have great customer services along with all of their beautiful animals. I've always wanted a snake And finally because of this place, I now own 2 of them. I went with a smaller one first to get use to Having one and taking care of 1 and then went back and got a bigger 1 named Delilah.This place is a hands-on where you can love and pet the animals. Which is wonderful Because it gets animals used to human contact and you get to see what animal you bond best with And that is a great thing that no other Pet stores do anymore. I'm there every weekend and never have. I not been helped. They have great prices on a lot of their animals. And like I said, I could not say enough about this wonderful place

My 1 yr old pitbull/mastiff female is in her second heat and she bleeds quite a bit therefore she needs diapers that are going to stay on and that can be re used. It was my first time ever in this store and the employees were extremely polite and helpful. I ended up buying almost $200 worth of stuff but I've ended up using it all in one way or another. They didn't pressure me, I can't stand that and I would've left if they did. I'll definitely be going back next time I need something for my fur baby. Keep up the good work!

This has become our go-to for all of our pet needs, even though we live an hour away. We have dogs, fish, guinea pig, hamster and a leopard gecko and this is our one-stop shop! The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is always upbeat. We've never had to wander around to find a sales associate to ask any questions. Awesome store!

Brooke was amazing! Her knowledge of reptiles was awesome & she helped a clueless guy like myself become better educated & helped me setup a terrarium for my Sons new Leopard Gecko for his birthday. He was super surprised and excited and named her Sandy. If you’re looking to purchase a reptile I’d highly recommend you ask for Brooke because you can tell she loves what she does and really cares about the well being of the animal leaving out the door with its new family. Thanks again!

Carly was VERY helpful with providing information on pet mice. One of my daughters wanted to get pet mice since one of her friends has them. So I stopped in one day to get some information . Carly provided feedback on what is best for the mice. From bedding, toys, food, and most of all the care of the pet. Showed us how to handle the mice. It truly showed how she cared for them. Did I shop around? Yes I did - but I/we were impressed with the service from Pet Expo!! 👏🏼😊

I went just to buy some aquarium sand. The worker in the fish dept was amazing. The gentleman knew the products very well and explained the products but went above and beyond and gave great pros and cons in regards to items that would help my tank and fish. I ended up leaving with 2 Aquariums plants substrate and chemicals to help my tank. His helpful tips and time he took to explain the products to me was greatly appreciated Give that boy a raise he's awsome!!!!

I got my pet hedgehog here and she's the best but I wish they would give the ones at the store some more attention and a wheel, because mine had babies and I raised them with more handling and you can tell a difference. But I like this store, and I also got my gecko here and she's doing good.

Always clean, live animals are very well cared for, shelves are almost always stocked with what I need, and prices are better than the other pet supply stores in town. Very impressed with my most recent visit. A male employee (I wish I could recall his name 😬) recommended odorlock cat litter to my boyfriend and I, and it works great! It's not expensive, indicated blood in urine (for one of my cats who is chronically ill) and clumps and controls odor soo well! Plus there's a frequent purchase punch card, so even better!

Easily the best pet store in the area. When my kids were little I would take them there as a reward. They absolutely loved all the different animals and fish. Always friendly service and a wide selection of products for all pets. Knowledgeable staff especially when it comes to dog food. They offer lots of wild bird food and gifts as well. Fun shopping for everyone.

Two things,Ryan, the snake man is such a wealth of knowledge! I literally just drove 40 miles to ask the guy a question and he obliges.. he is the entire reason I shop here.. the guy is the absolute best!! He helps me with everything I ever need and has gone above and beyond for me every time..Secondly,Dani the checker is so sweet and so kind and always just a ray of sunshine and so pleasant! Seriously! I always seek her out when I come here and will wait if she’s busy because I enjoy each little conversation we have at checkout!!!

They sold me 4 ferrets that were surrendered "under the table" because they had just got them. They were on sale 4 for $100 2 needed implants for adrenal diseas and all had fleas and ear mites. The female had to be put to sleep very soon after (less thank 2 months after I bought her) fever 104 all her fur fell out dr said she may have had cancer.

Always really impressed by this place. They don’t carry puppies or kittens (good) and all their other small animals are very well cared for and their cages/habitats/aquariums are extremely clean. We were buying a new aquarium setup and the employees were busy but still very friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed so we didn’t mind waiting at all. They have a great selection of toys and food for all pets. Definitely will be returning for all our pet needs.

i had purchased a baby rabbit from pet expo approx 3 years ago. i had him for no more than 2 weeks & he was showing MAJOR signs of a respiratory infection. so the first thing i did was call the store to see if there was a sickness going around between the rabbits there & they denied that there was. i took JJ (the baby rabbit) to the vet to be seen & he indeed had an upper respiratory infection so we medicated him. all i had to do was call pet expo, show proof of the vet visit & that he indeed needed medication. they paid his vet bill (over 200 for the care he was given there & the meds). very professional about the whole thing. my older bunny boki (he was 8), kinda taught JJ the free roam life! a whole bunny room to themselves & even helped litter train him. boki passed this last year from old age and that really took a mental toll on JJ as they really bonded.. JJ went into a very deep depression & stopped eating & being his crazy self causing him to pass all to young. they were the best boys
