My experience with Lager's of Mankato was nothing short of exceptional! After a 6-month search for the perfect truck (at the perfect price), I found just what I was looking for at Lager's. After a quick email exchange with the sales staff, we decided to take a chance and make the 6-hour round trip to check out this truck.Upon our arrival, the team at Lager's of Mankato went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. Their friendly and helpful demeanor immediately put us at ease. Craig and Cory took the time to understand our needs, ensuring that we were fully informed about every aspect of the purchase process.To be honest, with such a steep up-front discount on the truck we were looking at, I was worried we were going to get low-balled on our trade-in. I had a great experience with Lager's Service Center yesterday. I decided to go with Lager's for an oil change because I had a $15 off coupon that I had received via email and there's a recall on my vehicle that needed inspection. I had used Lager's Service Center in the past for the same concerns and had no issues. I dropped my car off and then used the shuttle service to get back to work. The shuttle picked me up to bring me back to Lager's once my vehicle was done. Joe, the driver was sweet as can be and polite. Both the service center and the shuttle were timely. The woman who got me checked out was informative and friendly. I will definitely go back to Lager's again.

I had a great experience at Lager’s in Mankato. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions without making me feel rushed through. They took the time to explain the process of my car purchase and how to connect my car to my phone and the apps. I was also explained the different buildings and where to go for future services. I feel confident I used the right Dealership for my car purchase. I trust Lager’s with my future car maintenance, next car purchase, if necessary, and would recommend to my friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an incredibly frustrating experience with the after sale support of our vehicle we purchased. We had concerns while looking at the truck and they wouldn’t put anything on paper. They said they supposedly had a master mechanic look at this vehicle and make sure everything was okay. They were clearly handing this job to an intern or someone very very new. We had check engine lights on within 10 miles of driving it home, and battery issues from the start. I was in contact with the salesman right away so he knew my concern. We had to wait 7 days to get it into their shop then they threw at us that everything looked fine. That afternoon through the next 3 days this truck wouldn’t even start. So I went in and literally had a small falling out with the sales team as they were saying “we would cover it within 7 days” well you weren’t even able to get us in for 7 Days!? Then We came to an agreement (since they clearly didn’t just trust us) that they wanted us to bring in the batteries so they can test them after they made me call the owner of the company. We had them tested at a different spot prior to bringing them in which confirmed they were bad. They made us wait about 4 hours to get them tested. What they did was just stuck them near a heater and charged them up enough to say they are fine. They ended up replacing 1 of the 2 but sent us home with a barely working one. We have check engine lights coming on and now a major coolant leak within 3 weeks of owning this truck. They clearly knew this stuff and are simply being cheap. We have hardly been able to run this truck since we bought it- and the only reason we purchased it was because we needed a DEPENDABLE vehicle for our livestock and farm. Absolutely do not recommend them. Terrible experience. Feel free to contact me if you want more of what all happened with them.

I brought in a 2017 Ram 2500 that I just did ball joints and a leveling kit on for a customer of mine. I brought this truck in for a simple mechanical alignment, making sure the front end was straight and true. I get a call saying my truck is done but the engine light is on as well as some other dash lights. They asked me if the truck has been deleted, I replied yes it has, they said it must be the reason why the lights are all on after doing a computer update. I told them it wasn't there for anything with the computer and should not have been touched, but I will try tuning the truck back to the normal deleted state. I show up to pick up the truck and the whole dash is lit up and no gauges working at all, but most importantly, it won't even turn over to attempt starting. I brought the key back in and said, this truck ran when I brought it in, and it doesn't now. They gave me the deer in the headlights look and I left. The next day I let them know that my customer needed her truck back or another diesel truck in a few days to work out of. They told me they don't work on deleted trucks, and I would need to have my truck towed out of their lot, or I could call the service manager. I called the manager and went back and forth with her accomplishing nothing. Next thing I know they call me about 3 hours later saying the truck is done and ready to be picked up. I was out of state at this time on a Friday, so I came to pick it up on Sunday with a spare key. The truck was unlocked with the door opened and the batteries completely dead. I had to run all the way home and grab jumper cables and batteries just to get it going. The truck does run again and drives straight, my customer happy to have her truck, but frustrated with them, as am I, But Seriously What a Pain!! I have been working on vehicles for a very long time and this has to top a poor experience for me and unfortunately a dealer of all places. Makes me want to buy an alignment rack so it's one less thing I need to rely on someone else for.

Brought my car in one time for a oil change, my car shaking when I break, and an alignment, the service was horrible, the acted like I was a lil kid and didn't wanna attend me ,then the first day they didn't even work on my car just had it in the lot after they finally started working on it all they did was an oil change and said everything was ok but now turns out my tie rods ends and ball joints are going bad and the tires wear out unevenly, if the parts aren't good why not tell me why not say hey get these parts changed in order to do a good alignment of not it's just a waste of time and money nah they didn't tell me anything just said everything was good horrible service and horrible place would much rather go to Gregs

People there were nice however the service level was low in the service department. I had made an apt for 7:30am, at which time I told them I would have to wait and asked how long a break job would take, 2 hours was their answer. I arrived early, 3 hours after I arrived they told me they had just started and asked what I wanted to do (permission for pads and rotors). I asked again how long it would take, 1.5 hours more was their answer. Finally at a little after 2pm they wanted to add an addition expense which I had to decline several times before they said ok. While waiting for 7 hours overall I read their reviews. Most all sales surveys were strong however MOST service related surveys were poor. I will not be back to have any service done as this seems to be a common complaint. Log onto their website and read the service comments for yourself before booking an appointment. Most are very similar to my experience. The two girls that were communicating with me were friendly and understand however a 2 hour apt turning into 7 hours and all work not completed was not acceptable to me.

I have been trying to get my center counsel repaired since August of 2023. I was told I would get a call when part arrived. December rolls in and I go in oil change and I inquire if my part came in yet. I get told to check with parts. I come to find out the part has been there since oct 17th and I never got a call from them.They then tell me they will repair it as they complete the oil change. 5 hours later. I come to pick up my jeep, I find 3 screws, 1 bolt and a plastic cover on my floor board. Center counsel is more loose than ever and the repaired hinge 4 hours after the install, again. I go in the next day and the service guy bolted the missing screws back, saying everything Is fixed. Long story short they reorder the broken piece and I’m praying they get it right this time around on the next repair.The whole service department is the most dysfunctional department I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ll never will buy a stellantis product from this dealer or get my car serviced here ever again. Be aware and save your self a headache and go to a different dealer.

great experience for an oil change. Only negative is they texted me a link so that I could see details about the "safety inspection"...and the link didn't work. I replied back that the link didn't work but never received a new link. still have no idea what was found in the "safety inspection".

I have never had a worse experience with my vehicle. I take it To the service department and the next day I get a text message that says “ we’ll keep you updated on your vehicles progress with messages just like this one. If you have any questions you can message us here”, so after a week in the shop I send a message asking for an update on my Jeep? No answer back and no phone calls. I messaged again after 5 days of waiting asking again what the status was on my Jeep. No response or phone call. After 2 weeks I call and ask if my Jeep is done and then they called my back and said it was done??? Terrible customer service. Then when I go to pick it up they didn’t do everything they were supposed to do, that’s even more frustrating!! Done dealing with that! Not once did I receive any phone calls or messages when my vehicle was in the shop over 2 weeks. They also would not give me a loaner car nor would they call me back and tell me that they left me hanging and simply didn’t care.

I dropped off my Gladiator at 8 am and said I need it by 11 am otherwise I will need to reschedule. It was ready at 11 am. Very pleased.
