Disappointed because I don't normally stop at this Hy-Vee but stopped out of curiosity figuring they would have a variety of the viola meals on sale for the week. They did but we're out of stock on every single one. I like the one on Riverfront and they only had one kind but at least they had it in. Contacted by Hy-Vee and did get the deal the next time I went in so I now give them three stars. They do give out a raincheck if they are out but you may be waiting a long time because they are very busy.Hy-Vee has superb takeout Chinese food. Deal today, December 23rd, 2023 was their meal for 4 for $20.

When I moved here two years ago, not much for vegan/vegetarian products (not counting produce). Now even less options. Will use the Co-op in St. Peter. Much better options. Target even has better options. Don't recommend for vegan/vegetarian people.

Hy-Vee is the best store ever! There's always a helpful smile in every aisle and they always have the best deals on groceries. I also like the fact this location offers various classes/courses for people like myself who enjoy cooking.

This review is specifically for the starbucks kiosk. Very friendly and helpful. Stopped in yesterday and they took the time to explain the fall to holiday menu to me despite not having the signs they said they were supposed to have. Stopped in again today and they were again very efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Great please, so crowded in Mankato all the time they need to build another store, on the south side of town. And when they build the store put a access to the drive up drug window that eight cars can park in instead of blocking the road.

The produce section is bad, though I'm not sure if it's the employees fault. My onions will be rotten in the middle or my garlic turning into mush. They will have shriveled old and soft zucchini, cilantro, and cucumber sitting out. The fruits are usually fine.It's gotten to the point where we have to go to Aldi to get produce and might just take our business entirely there.Whatever hyvee is doing for produce storage, they need to figure something else out.

I like Hyvee because 99% of the time it has everything I need and saves me from stopping again. The only negative thing is it’s always PACKED and hard to navigate because I feel the aisles change a lot.

From the people that work there to the people that shop there, it was unpleasant, uncomfortable, unwelcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact opposite at Mankato Walmart, which is where I've taken my business since the atrocious, entitled attitudes at HyVee... thanks but, ew, no thanks.

Accused of stealing! Walked out with Instacart order and order I PAID for. For Instacart orders you already have to go to an associate who scans everything. I paid for my two items separately on self check out and got my receipt. Walked out and a guy came after me saying an audit needs to be done. He rescanned all items and also asked if I had a receipt for my coconut water and energy drink that I paid for and was in a separate bag that I had in a separate location. I said yes and gave it to him. He said ok. NO APOLOGY, no anything. Just simply okay. This is outrageous. I wonder if he stops all of the White Instacarters or is it just the ones of color. I used to support this Hy-Vee location on my own dime. I will NO LONGER spend not one dime in here. And believe me, I will be sharing my experience with everyone. This is just a side job for me. Trust and believe my clients and friends will know of this is and cease patronage.UPDATE: Witnessed today12/16 a woman stole a huge cart full of groceries. About 3-4 cops are there. The employees are bagging up the groceries and letting her go. Unsure if it’s the cops that are now paying for it or not. The point of this review is it is very funny that the woman is Caucasian and was CAUGHT stealing at self check out. Yet me, who is of a colored hue was chased after..the guy literally ran outside to catch up to me only to be wrong because it was paid for and I had my receipt .(again did not even apologize) This is just further proof of the injustice that minorities face. I only do Instacart here. I no longer shop here. The racism here is simply disgusting. And to add I got the same guy again a few days ago and he kept a smug smirk on his face. But it’s okay. I will be sending a review to the BBB as well as corporate. I will respond to the reply the store gave too.

They added tv advertisements to every aisle. Not a good shopping experience and the prices have always been very high. Can’t even go in there anymore because of the TVs now. Way too busy visually.

I won't forget Everly vs Hy-Vee. Excused of stealing and won. My wife was accused of it and if dismissed I'm getting a lawyer. You got a lady there who acts like she is police officer. Never will step foot in a Hy-Vee again even if my life depended on it.

I love this store! AlwYs have meat and ice cream deals!!! Also I got a $3 off coupon if I spent $10 or more on produce which was awesome and is easy for me to do. Best time to go is 7am....everything is stocked or being stocked and no other customers in my way.

Great store with lots of selection if you stay away from the hot and cold food selection. Don’t get roped into getting breakfast here. Purchased $30 worth of food and was told 15-20 minutes for take-out. Ended up being 45 minutes until we got our food, and when we got home we realized they didn’t give us any of the fruit that we ordered and paid for. They do not respect your time or business. Lady kept saying they only have one cook like it was suppose to cover for her lie. Won’t be doing this again.Watch them respond to this with the canned response they’ve been posting to all of these reviews. This store is too lazy to actually respond to complaints and doesn’t know how to send it to management themself, nor do they care about your time as YOU have to call and email them. How about fire your garbage staff and let me know when it’s done.Huge MANAGEMENT PROBLEM beware.

The cashier was very slow. Maybe it was their way of subtly trying to get you to self checkout. I had a problem after purchasing where a discount wasn't applied. I had to go to customer service to have it resolved, and the boy working seemed nice but was condescending. Could have been an off day for him. Their sale prices are great, but regular priced items seem expensive to me. They are well stocked. It is a busy store.
