I haven't been going there for a while cuz I moved downtown but I like the place a lot better than the other store lot more items. Nice atmosphere you have a restaurant people ate nice, helpful.

Slow staff probably because they are under-staffed and ill-trained. Items priced incorrectly. I will stick with Cub Foods and Walmart.

I don't like checking myself out. But at least I can bag my own groceries. Those clerks need to go to Fareway and take lessons in bagging. I don't know how many times I have come home with mashed bread or my fresh meat in with my leaky dish soap or dryer sheets

Hy-Vee is the best store ever! There's always a helpful smile in every aisle. They always have the best deals on groceries/gas. And, most importantly their overall customer service is phenomenal. Anytime I've ever ran into an issue there's always someone there to help. I always feel as if they genuinely care about me/getting my issue resolved.

Is it cliche to say that there a helpful smile in every aisle ... Very clean there produce selection quality is second to none there meat department also hold that distinction reminds me of the old butcher shop days come check them out there prices might not always be the lowest out there but with selection quality an overall good field to the store I will be back and so will you..

Stopped into HyVee Mankato for a sandwich, but the aromas drew me to the deli. Had scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit cup & milk.Clean store, friendly staff.

This is one of the best stores in town. It's smaller than most, but usually has everything I need. The staff are really friendly, and the Aisles Online department is easily the most customer friendly service around. I find myself looking forward to getting groceries picked up every week and getting to chat with the staff. And now that it has self checkout, it's my go to.

It is a smaller store compared to the other grocery stores in the area. This limits it's selection and makes it get crowded quickly. However, the customer service is great! I have never had a problem with the employees.Don't worry about looking nice to go there. The clientele is widely varied. You never know who or what you will see there. Last time I was there, I saw a fully grown woman wearing a Toothless full body outfit (the dragon from How to Train Your Dragon). Nothing surprises me at this store anymore. A good place to people watch.

This Hy-Vee is small but wonderful. We shop here often and it has a great selection of products. Employees are always very eager to help. It has a small town feel in a larger city. Specialties counters are packed with wonderful products and always with smiling faces to help you out. We use the pharmacy here as well and the service is good and staff is very knowledgeable.

This grocery store is pretty small. They usually have what I need. The biggest downfall I would say is that the isles are very narrow. Especially the checkout isles. When it's busy it feels very congested. Friendly staff.

This is an older store with a small town feel. The building has undergone some renovation to improve its aged appearance and quantities of items are less plentiful than its larger counterpart. The selection remains quite significant and employees are very helpful when asked. I haven't shopped here in years due to the stores previous condition, however things have changed for the better. I plan to stop in when I'm needing groceries and I'm in the area!

Nine times out of ten the staff is very kind and helpful. Also they have a decent selection of items. Their prices seem to be cheaper or spot-on with the competition. The store is always pretty clean and well-kept. And it's my primary place of grocery shopping these days.

The whole place is basically a nursing home with people over the age of 80 walking 0.5 mph down each aisle. Store is tiny and seriously needs to be updated. Outside of the store, there are always weird people loitering. Just go to the hilltop hyvee.Advice to owners of the store...TEAR IT DOWN COMPLETELY and build a new Hyvee that is more spacious. You have the parking lot space to do it.

I'll never use Hy-Vee Riverfront catering again. Last year, 200 people at under $4/head. This year, $12/head! I spoke directly with the store manager. They streamlined their catering pricing, making them completely uncompetitive. I called Najwa's and J.D. Truffles, both of whom were more cost-effective, and ended up going with J.D.'s at A THIRD of the cost for identical services.Hy-Vee, your opinion of your services is inflated and the price you charge is astronomically greater than your expense. Lastly, the response to this review that you erased was formulaic and sad. Have the guts to post a real response and solution.

Nice variety and great people. Their prices are higher than Walmart, but they have a much bigger selection and a larger variety of products. Definitely worth checking out. Of course, they offer discount gas points, which is definitely a great plus.

This is a very clean and well-maintained grocery store. The employees were very friendly, there were plenty of options for what we wanted, and the prices were very fair here; while I'm certain things may be cheaper at a Walmart, the cleanliness, organization, and variety make this place preferred.

Wife and I really like this one as it is are primary grocery store. The staff is always helpful. The store is clean and well lit. However due to the size of it being a small one which is huge positive as they always try to get you through the check out lanes as fast as possible but the selection on food items has dropped over the months. Which makes it very difficult lately to get all your grocery shopping there when you can't get everything. Bakery is good could be better but not bad. Meat department is good. If just need a few groceries this is the place to go and if want to do all of your grocery shopping there be prepared to be creative and go else where for items not found there.

A very friendly and decent staff serving the goods they have to the best level possible. Small place compared to other hyvees. But got everything we need. Love their creamy coleslaw and spicy fried chicken. Veges and the rest Is fresh as all other hyvees.
