Horrible business and even worse owner. I placed an order and I get an email saying my card didn't process (it says process on my credit card app) and wanted me to pay again but this time with a 200 price increase. Stay away from this business and maybe it will finally go out of business.

Very unhappy. I ordered a pump and paid an extra $24 for 2nd day air shipping. The product was not shipped out for several days. Called the owner, his only explanation was that Fed-ex never picked up on time, and he was not at the business, so did not know. For reference, I placed the order on a Sunday, and at the exact same time I placed a different order with Bulk Reef Supply. The Bulk Reef Supply order arrived on Tuesday morning (with NO additional shipping charges), and the order from Fragtastic Reef did not arrive until Thursday afternoon. No reply to my email complaint and no offer to refund the shipping charges was made to me.

Sent an email to the person through the website, the owner responded with in 20 minutes. I set up a time and a buddy and I went over from Rochester MN. This is the best place I have gone in minnesota. The owner knew his stuff, spent plenty of time answering questions and showed us numerous products. If you are getting into the hobby it is worth setting up some time or sending him some questions. I liked his suggestions for reef lighting, i wish I would have gotten it before i bought my red sea lights. His suggestion was much better.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Purchased a item. It never arrived. I even filed a claim with the post office for him. Still ignored my calls and emails. Now without a product and the cost of IT. I will never use. Go with bulk reef supply. Much more reliable

I tried to go support local business when i visited on a friday at around 4 or 5 and was greeted by a locked door and a handwritten paper sign saying to call some number if the doors locked. Close it up if you don't want to man your storefront. I'll order my stuff online i guess.

For every 1 bad review there are 100 good ones that "we" forget to write, so this is my review. Great customer service and with my order- netting for my 13.5 gallon tank, I only ordered what I needed. Which was a big plus for me.

I come to the store about once a week after church, being the only local saltwater fish store in the area, he is very nice and takes your questions and concerns to heart. If he's selling you something it's because he knows it works and works good. He doesn't sell anything he doesn't believe in. I just got a tunze care magnet from him and it's pretty awesome, the corals and zoanthids I've purchased are all alive and thriving. Most stores that have the only market in the area, usually have their noses in the clouds and don't care about customer service. No other fish store here will get my business due to the condition of their fish. Plus I fully support local business

My husband and I drove 1.5 hrs from the twin cities on a Sunday arriving at the store around 3 pm (posted hrs are 11-6). The store was locked and the lights were off. We tried calling the number posted but didn't get an answer so we left. As we were getting back on 169 we tried calling again and he answered and offered to come back and open up for us but we turned him down. IF we ever make the drive again we will be calling ahead of time to verify the operating hours.

Perhaps years ago this was a fish store but I went a few weeks ago and all this place is basically a gaming store. There was 1 aquarium with fish in it. A few shelves of items that most looked like they were sitting there for years! No fish to buy, nothing to even peak an interest. Unless you’re looking for Pokémon cards, magic cards, video games and the sort don’t even waste your time going there.
