I've been to the store three times in the past 2 weeks and each time the doors have been locked during store hours. This last time that I don't even have anything posted on the doors to the reason that their doors are locked and other times is because of truck. It's a wonder how they're still open to the public when nobody can get into the actual store it seems. It's just disappointing.

Came an hour after “opening “ and doors are locked with an employ at front door stating manager never showed up so the doors are still locked how is he still managing the store when doesn’t even open on time.

Easy & quick. The aisles were free of clutter. Employee was very helpful & friendly. I will start going back here more frequently. Gentlemen working was awesome. Very nice & efficient! See u all next week!

Came to this Family Dollar at 4:30pm Hours on website and posted on the door to the facility says they close at 9pm. There was a worker in there but the doors were locked and no explanation on the door as to why they were closing early!

I love to come in and take advantage of the weekly specials. I noticed that they had a good selection of Wasp killer and home decor. The clothing selection competes with Nordstrom and the groceries compete with Lunds and Byerlys. The manager personally bagged my groceries and helped a customer who knocked over a shelf! A++++

Wonderful people work here. It's the all-purpose go-to store for anyone trying to save money in the entire neighborhood.That particular Family Dollar is a great little store. Yes, it's too a little too small, frequently understaffed, more than a little rough around the edges, and perpetually somewhat disorganized, but it's a very real, vital, living community hub for folks who live downtown. It's also actually a lot of fun to shop in, even if you don't have very much to spend.Going there is always an adventure, and the people who work there are so really and genuinely caring about everyone who comes through the door that living downtown would be practically unthinkable without it. I've never had a bad experience shopping there, and I've been shopping there since landing here back in 2013. I'd never expect it from a nationwide chain store of any sort, but this one goes a long way toward making living downtown a downright beautiful experience.

Manager and cashier racially profiled my black boyfriend and searched our pockets to find nothing, then kicked us out for being upset over the racial profiling. Even after seeing we haven’t stolen nothing still claimed she had us on cameras stealing. Literally after she checked us and SEEN we had none of their products in our pockets.

I am disappointed it your policy of having your employees work on both Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Last year your company made 10.7 billion dollars an yet you pay below living wage. Maybe you should take one month of the ceo salary and give your employees a paid day off.

Reasonable prices, but have came across expired food quite a few times. ALWAYS CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES! But, other than that. Good food, decent clothing.

Second time I've been here with my daughter at 11am and the store is unopened when it's supposed to open at 9am. Another time recently a friend went at 1pm and the store was still unopened.

Isles full of boxes, impossible to get around in store. Constantly rearranging where products are, Making it hard to find items you're looking for. Sunday 6/10/18 Store was still not open@10:15am, was to open @ 9am.

Typical $1 store, stuffed to the gills with stuff but what impressed me today was the "Eclipse" brand black out curtains...63 " ! Typically all I can find is the 84".
