This place sucks. Shelves are not stocked, store is not clean, Product is just left on carts in middle of aisles and makes it had to shop. Some aisles are even impossible to walk down. Not coming here again, going to North Mankato from now on. Only positive part of the experience was the nice employee at the check out counter

They had what I wanted. And there was box that were empty and I accumulated them and put them in the floor. The animal man opened my Gatorade for me. He was very polite. I bought school supplies for the service people. It's a very nice experience.

Store is now a dollar tree plus and has high quality $5 and $3 items in one aisle. The rest of the store is still $1.25 bargain, and they now have self-check outs! I'm always amazed what I can find there as its always stocked well, which is surprising for how busy they are!

Hours are correct and only can be changed by google not the store unlike complaints say. Wide variety of fully stocked shelves with cheaper groceries while inflation is high. Store looks better everytime I'm there, fast and friendly service, I can always find what I need!The store cannot do anything about google refusing to change hours, please suggest to google rather than complaining so they're changed if they're wrong.

One of my favorite stores in Mankato. Customer service is great and management is always helpful in finding items. The staff keeps up well for the volume of customers I see here every time I shop. During my last visit, the manager happily helped me at the checkout even though he was busy stocking shelves.

Every time I go there they just do not seem to keep their merchandise stocked very well at all. Low on things or just out with bare shelves! Hmmm?

I was so excited when DT opened up in their much larger space (old Pier 1 store) several months ago. The store looked good for maybe 2 weeks. It's now a huge disaster! Merchandise lying everywhere, floors need sweeping, shelves are empty and the rude staff yell across the store to each other. There are boxes blocking the flow of traffic in almost every aisle! I've actually moved boxes to avoid tripping!! Corporate should really stop in for a visit 😢

Most of the employees are rude as heck and poorly stocked. North kato DT is way better,worth the drive just for the employeesUpdate: 2022 sept. Was really nicely stocked even new stuff. No need to worry about cashiers, self check out is available 😉

Had a very bad experience with the cashier. We asked if she could put the items in the bags we bought and refused with an attitude. The fact she refused isn't the problem, but the way her customer service skills lacked is the issue. Not sure what protocols Dollar Tree follows when it comes to customer service but this young lady sure made them look bad. The store is dirty and unkempt and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here if they expect quality customer service. Now, if you don't care, then by all means. Dollar Tree needs to fix this lax of customer service before they start to loose customers. But then again, this is a Dollar Store and you get what you pay for.

It is a very large store. Everything is very new. There is lots of free Parking. There are many stores located in this strip mall including a sushi bar and coffee place. The only downside is in the last 3 months supplies have gotten low sometimes.

I was so thrilled to find garden dishes at this dollar tree! Only 4 ☆ because like all dollar trees, very busy and selection was low on many things. I will definitely return! Friendly helpful employees too!

Cashier was very rude to multiple customers in front of me. I don’t have a lot of expectations but was very disappointed. I don’t know the day she was having as I know what it’s like to work in retail, but it is inappropriate to treat people that way. And I won’t even get started on the disaster of a public restroom they had.

For being a new store you would think it would be kept up better . One of the front windows has been broken and not replace for at least a month now . There freezer section is down . Only 2 doors work and the shelves are pretty empty .

Obviously, people had been stocking up for summer vacations, 4th of July weekend. LOTS of empty spaces on the shelves. Corporate needs to anticipate increased sales of certain items beginning a few weeks before every holiday event/ college school year beginning, etc. A calendar analysis of surgess of particular/types of goods could keep customers more satisfied and maintain or even increase sales. Can't sell what you don't have.

First let me start off by I love Dollar Tree, and the only reason you did not get 5 stars is because how disgusting the bathroom was. These bathrooms just need to be redone or super cleaned. There is no telling the last time the door handle or anything has been wiped down. I honestly felt so bad because my 6yr old did not want to use the bathroom because of how gross it was.

I don't seem to find what I'm looking for. And seasonal was hard to find, now there is even less. I stopped watching Dollar Tree hauls because the ones in this district don't have most of it and there is little that I find I need so I have mainly quit shopping there as I can find the other stuff at a better quality and less expensive.

Everything's a dollar. Really. There's some pretty nifty stuff here, too. In particular, the toy section has lots of fun classics: you know -- unbranded things that exercise kids' imaginations for hours.Though tending to be short-staffed, employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. When I visited with a friend recently, one of them went in back to find us what we were looking for without even being asked. He merely overheard us discussing paper towels, and the next thing we know, he's brought them out and started restocking the shelf.The aisles in back can be cluttered with boxed-up product waiting to be shelved, but isn't that the case in almost any dollar store? It's worth browsing the inventory here unhurriedly; doing so turns up some delightful surprises and fine bargains.

Love the store but at checkout time the yoing ksdy was busy talking to another young lady stsnding by the door. Then she took her phone out and was trying to pull pictures up to show her. I just wanted to go home after a long day at work.

This place is good for some things. Watch out for apple juice that's full of corn syrup however. I understand why there is fake maple syrup, the real stuff is top dollar, but apple juice cocktail is a disgusting reminder of why purchasing food here can be sketchy.

Usually I love the place but they closed an hour early with no explanation tonight and if the hours are posted both in store and online and lights are on I don't see why they shouldn't be able to be open. I saw at least six other people tonight try and come in the store in the 5 minutes I was out front. This seems bad for customers and the business. Disappointed.

Who does not like the deals? Staff can sometimes get snooty but most the time I deal with them it's at check out anyways. I also like the fact they sell food. When bargain shopping this is one of my first places.

Hours aren't updated online. They're constantly changing. Hours are handwritten and posted on the door. So you never know if they are open or not until you go there and find out they're not.
