This pharmacy neglected to fill a dangerous drug for my son. They refused to help find this drug in any way, leaving him with no medication whatsoever. This medication specifically states that you cannot just stop taking it or you can go into continuous seizures. The prescription for this drug was called in as soon as was allowed.

The current pharmacy manager truly cares. He went out of his way to be helpful despite a complicated insurance coverage issue. I truly truly appreciate people like him. We need more people in this world - who truly care and do what they can for people that the system seem to have failed.

So terrible. This location is staffed by such a rude employee.I usually go to a different location, but had to come here since my usual pharmacy was out of my prescription.After giving her my information and telling her the situation, she very rudely told me they didn't have it and I had to go to another pharmacy across town. I told her that the last pharmacist just sent me here and said she talked to you guys and told you to fill my prescription. The young woman said, "well she was wrong, I don't know what to tell you. " and slammed the drive through window shut.I was baffled by how rude she was and drove away. This experience made me want to ditch CVS altogether!!

I found myself in a situation where I needed to pick up my medication as I had run out of my existing supply. I had a busy Saturday planned, and upon arrival to the pharmacy I found they had changed their hours, moving the opening time one hour forward. So I waited patiently until they opened (while listening to the employees behind the gates, knowing full well that customers had been waiting). When it was 5 minutes past their new opening time, they opened the gate and asked how they could help me.I told them my name and let them know I was picking up my medication, a routine errand in the past. They asked for my ID in order to allow me to pay for the medication. When I gave them my ID, they said "sorry, our system is down - we can't verify your ID right now." I asked them what that meant for me picking up my medication, and they said they couldn't release it to me. They said to wait around the store and they would try again in 10 minutes, so I waited...Upon trying to utilize their system once more to "authenticate my ID", or whatever they were doing, they said the system still isn't working and asked me to wait longer. I let them know I was running out of time as I had hit the 45 minute mark between the initial wait due to the hours change and waiting for the system to come back online. I told them I couldn't wait any longer at that point, and asked if I could call ahead in the afternoon to find out whether their system was back online, and they agreed to do that (unfortunately this business in general normally has a 10 minute wait time on the phone, even when no customers are in-store).Based on this experience, I've decided to change pharmacies, since this wasn't the first of many similar experiences at this same location. I am not surprised that this location has so many 1 star reviews and is by far the worst that I've run into in town. If you need to fill prescriptions or do grocery shopping (why would you shop here and pay $10 for orange juice??), I would highly recommend to avoid this location at all costs, even if you live next door. The peace of mind of going across town to Walmart pharmacy or wherever you choose, dealing with a consistent, conscientious, and reputable pharmacy (qualities that this CVS location does not exhibit) will be well worth the trip. My recent visit made me so agitated that my blood pressure went up -- if only I was able to pick up my blood pressure medication and take it.Thanks for listening, and if you follow my advice and the advice of so many others writing 1 star reviews, you'll thank me later.

The team at this CVS store was helpul, cheerful and professional. I was helped with a return and a complicated pharamacy purchase and everyone was patient and upbeat. The customer service I experienced was excellent.

Wish I could give zero stars. I've worked in pharmacies before so I'm always patient and understanding of the stuff they put up with. I understand they're not going to always be happy but there's no excuse to be consistently rude. The pharmacist Angie was particularly rude and condescending to me a few days ago and worse today when I went to pick up a refill. I called in for a refill yesterday morning, gave them more than 24 hours for something very simple (grab the box, slap on the label, done in under 5 minutes-I know it takes less than 5 minutes start to finish). I gave them more than 24 hours because I know they're busy and understaffed and the tech yesterday assured me it would be ready today. Well, when I got there this afternoon, Angie had no record of it. When I told her I had called yesterday she told me "well you can't just walk in and expect it to be ready right away". uhhhh duh, that's why I called YESTERDAY. She said a few other things too and ended with "well I'll see if I can get to it today." uhhh, NO. I will NEVER return to CVS in any store ever again after repeated experiences like this in other CVS stores as well.

I picked this location because it was convenient and close to me, but the technician Marc that checked me out was so incredibly rude, but the pharmacist Becky seemed like a sweetheart. I asked about GoodRx to see if it could be cheaper than my insurance, and he acted like it was a chore and barely spoke a word to me after. All he said was “signature” and then he’d just point at the card reader and not speak. I am a very warm and cheery person and I went silent and became uncomfortable, which is not normal or okay. I’ve literally never had such a negative experience checking out. I am switching pharmacies thanks to this. It sucks because I wanted to love it!

Pharmacy staff was incredibly rude. I was trying my best to be kind and polite, but the passive-agressiveness was just totally uncalled for. It was one male gentleman who was essentially watching me taking my covid-test and nit-picking me through examining the paperwork. He was unhappy with the method of me looking at the paperwork to confirm information and he actually really metaphorically rubbed it in my face. My apologies for examining the paper like that, but if you just wanted me to look at it through the clear plastic, then you should've just said so. I just wanted to take a covid test, not recieve a lecturing.

Avoid. After being pharmacy customers for the last few years we have decided it's time to leave. They almost never have items filled when promised, the staff is rude and will often ask very personal questions, loudly, from across the room. We dread having to go there for anything pharmacy related knowing it will be a hassle of some sort. It's unfortunate. It's a convenient location and it was once a decent pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Went to the pharmacy front desk for a question. The pharmacy staff looked busy, which i understand, so i patiently waited. After some time a lady said she would be with me shortly (she said this to me like i was being a burden to her time) so i waited some more. When they seemed like they were done with whatever they were doing the same lady walked directly past me without saying a word to me. As i continued to stand there NO ONE from pharmacy even acknowledged me even though no one was on the phone or helping another customer. I finally spoke up and my question was very rudely answered.

This CVS location seems to have a habit of placing items beneath price tags that do not reflect the actual price when purchased. I was thrilled to see coconut water for only $1.89. As you can see on the receipt, it actually cost $3.29.Now granted, the label on the price tag is "POLAR LMN SLZR," so you could argue that I did not read that it was a misplaced item, but as a consumer I should not be expected to catch mistakes like that... if they even are mistakes and not intentional. I had only paid attention to the low price. Then was disappointed when it cost nearly double. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Please fix this issue. If you shop here, pay close attention to price tags/labels vs what you actually pay.

I am currently on a road trip from NJ I stopped at this location to buy antacid and use the men's room.I am a cvs customer and all my scripts are filled through cvs. The Men & Woman's rooms are clearly marked by the pharmacy. Pharmacist informed me that she had no key to the push button door and advised me to go to the front. The cashier said ''we don't have bathroo.s''.I pointed at the sign. She said no public bathroom. I asked if why customers were not permitted to use the bathroom...I did not wish to make a scene so I left.Odd for such a reputable pharmacy.

I went in tonight to pick up medicine, the front employee with white hair at the pharmacy was very rude and refused to help , the other 2 pharmacist in the back were willing to help but didn’t , then I went to wall mart after , it was great easy experience. it is absolutely unbelievable how rude the staff is in this store. I've never in my LIFE had a pharmacy switch my prescription and tell me I'm wrong. Prior to this issue. Coming through the drive through the pharmacist comes to the window, doesn't say a word, looks at me, I tell her my name and dob walks away grabs my script comes back, puts in the drawer and walks away. NOT ONE hello, or thank you or good bye or have a good day... NOT ONE WORD. next business day (today) I called and asked for a pharmacy manager who proceeded to talk over me, make excuses for "covid" busy and this and that. I couldn't even explain that I've spoke to my DR and what they gave me isn't what she sent in or requested. didn't ask or apologize or offer to make it right. she didn't even ask what to do to fix it. so here I sit still with the wrong prescription and no help. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS LOCATION FOR CONVIENENCE. ILL BE DRIVING BACK AROSS TOWN TO WALGREENS TO GET SERVICE WITH RESPECT, AND A BRAIN! SHAME ON YOU. ps: I am one to always leave a good review even if its a busy place. this situation was absolutely uncalled for and absurd. CVS corporate needs to take a good look at this location and the management staff here. what a shame. clearly I'm not the only one who's had an unprofessional experience here. YIKES!

I was trying to work the pharmacy to get some information about some meds. The staff were very rude to me and seemed to not really care about what I was asking for. The staff made me wait longer on hold and when they had the answer were very abrupt with me and kept trying to hang up on me. When I explained them the situation they were just rude about the answer and kept again trying to hang up on me even though I had a few questions. I understand they are busy but that's no reason to give awful customer service.

The staff at this location are always kind, friendly, and helpful. There’s always a buttload of sales. I’ve saved $300 with my CVS rewards thingie. I just wish they sold more types of food, like other locations do.

CVS on Monks if insurance didn’t require me to go here I wouldn’t go here for pharmacy. Staff very unprofessional. I had a prescription called in . First I was told they didn’t have it but when I explained it then they remembered it being called in but hadn’t done it yet . Then was told to come back later . No we’re sorry give us a couple min and we will have it done for you just a come back later . Really !!!

I don't frequent this store often but I did again today to buy some paper towels and as I entered the building I thought I would use the bathroom so I walk back to the bathroom and there's a bathroom out of order sign on the door that was laminated, the same sign that was on there a month ago . So I asked the young lady if there was a bathroom I could use and she said no its out of order and that the closest one would be kwik trip so I told her I was here a month ago and the same sign was up so I asked her where does she go to the bathroom. She then said they closed it because of people stealing. Welcome to retail it happens but I'm 50 and when you gotta go you gotta go. I told her next time I will buy the paper towels at kwik trip and make sure to tell management that. #notgoingback

They are a convenient store for sure, but the stuff they sell can be found a lot cheaper at other places like Kwik Trip and the pharmacy on the campus of MNSU. Not impressed with how the staff are personally.
