I would offer more stars but I am so picky. I have been ordering basic groceries online. Got them yesterday. I finally this weekend ordered a sirloin to make fajitas. First thing I noticed today was that they gave me outdated meat. I wrote specific notes on dates and freshness. It will never happen again since I will never order any meat that is not frozen from elsewhere. Dang, I so wanted to trust and was very specific in my notes. Too bad.

Good store except for the deli. They don’t cut the meat for you. Instead they pile all of the meat up in a big tank and let people pick through it all day to find the meat they want. It’s pretty gross. Get your meat somewhere else unless you’re fine with hundreds of hands having touches your bag of deli meat.Besides that it’s a great store.

Good store. Very clean. Nice people. A good variety of products. However, they always seem to be out of the things I need. I am not talking about pandemic toilet paper issues, but soda, Alfredo sauce, and other things.

The Deli salads are Awesome!! I really miss the old deli staff that worked there they were the Best! Luckily a few are still there yet&I enjoy seeing them if they are working when i stop in. Store is always clean&all the store staff are nice&helpful.

Everchanging customer service policies on returns makes it ridiculous yet I have a valid proof of purchase because I lose receipts all the time they don't accept my valid proof of purchase. Tonight is one thing I get that but to be snarky and I'll C U next Tuesday about said policy leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. One could inform me of a policy change nicely and explain but they chose the other way. Good help is just so hard to find it is what it is and it just says more about them and then does about me

Good produce and bulk sections! This store does not have my favorite Cub set up, but I won't hold that against them too much. I enjoy the Caribou Coffee in the entry.

Prices are reasonable. Staff members usually are helpful. Self check out is stupid because it always needs a staff to come see what the problem is. Do it their way or no way for self checkout. Their coupon deals are crazy good.

A lady followed me out asked for my receipt for the food I had just purchased. I oddly gave it to her and kept walking without getting her name. I only asked if she was an employee. To which she replied “yes”. I went to my car as upset as I’d been with an encounter in awhile. I will not shop here again.

This cub grocery store is always a great place to shop. And the in-store Caribou is so cool. They do have a surprising amount of "natural foods", which is good if you're into that kind of thing. The baked goods are also really good. The sales are decent and variety is good, just an overall great place to go grocery shopping.

Love the store and their ads but this week it stated best produce period.That’s wrong the grapes are sour,and the watermelon has absolutely No flavor,just pink water.Probably why their both at a low price, don’t waste ur money.

I shop here all the time and have for 24 years! It is a great store... with a friendly team of workers, and lots of options in every area, but the website is not so friendly or helpful. This morning I wanted to check a price online for Dasani Water and i couldn't even find Dasani in the search mode. So I had to call into the store and ask a person live... so the website could be better.

I've gone to the deli section at least 20 times. Not once has there been someone there. The employees are always in the back. I almost always wait 3 to 5 minutes to get helped, and sometimes will have to grab someone from another area of the store to get one of the deli employees to help me. I typically shop between 5 and 8. On a side note, I bought 1% milk today and didnt realize until I got home and tasted it that the "expiration/use by/sell by" date is today's date. I know it won't make me sick but doesn't taste best...

This was my first time in a Cub Foods. Not very impressed I have to say. First, I was expecting big box stores prices but this is not the case. Prices are about 20% more than Walmart. Product selection is a bit better than Walmart but not enough to make regular trips worth while. Really wish there was a Costco nearby!

I came to the pharmacy to pick up medication, I told the pharmacist that I'll be back to pick up the medication after he confirmed the medication is available and it would take 10 minutes (it was 6:45pm). I returned at 8:10pm and the pharmacist just started to prepare the medication. I had to wait until closing time, I thought he was on the phone about my medication but NO, I waited for him to talk even passed the closing time. He did not even tell me that's there's no medication (what the hell?). I had to call him 2 times, he didn't even said anything, just shrugged his shoulder.

Great little store. about the same price as Hy-Vee, but less crowded. Usually can find what you are looking for. They don't have anything too exotic but still a decent selection.

Wow thank goodness for Joe! He jump in to help when it was busy while 2 gals just stood and talked and did nothing!!! In fact he asked one of them....a supervisor if he could jump on a register and she said if you really want to go for it...so inspiring so customers focused. In my opinion Joe should be the supervisor and the gal needs to be retrained by Joe!!! Joe you were Awesome!!!

More expensive than Hy-Vee but also has more organic stuff, depends what you are looking looking for. Their gas rewards kind of pale in comparison to Hy-Vee gas rewards, however I do shop at both places especially if they have a good coupon or two during the week.

Great customer service, friendly staff throughout the entire store, they ALWAYS have my "favorite" brand of coffee of sale, and they hands down have the BEST glazed donuts in Mankato! P.S: Alyssa S. is a Rock Star!!!

Cub, in my opinion, has always had their stores the size of a corporate superstore, but the feeling of a locally grown company. Employees are great, selection is enormous, prices awesome, and deals are even better.

Of all the grocery stores, this is my favorite. But go in with a list and stick to it, or you may spend more then you intended. Use your Reward card so you get all sale prices. I'm a sale and coupon shopper. It helps me stick to my budget.

I love my Cub. The sad truth about this location is that it's not very popular for one reason or another. Personally I love Cub East for that very reason. It's generally quiet and always well stocked.

Prices are a lot higher then at other stores in town. Also maybe they shouldn't higher high schoolers who are so rude. Pretty low standards here. You're better off going to Hy-Vee, Target, or even Walmart. To suggest Walmart says a lot about this place.

The first issue I have is that the produce seems like it was rejected from other stores and sent to cub foods. I'm originally from south Minneapolis and have been shopping at cub for all of my adult life but since moving to Mankato to I have noticed a huge difference between cub foods in Mankato vs any of the Cub stores in the twin cities area. On several different occasions I have seen moldy fruit on display for sale like there's nothing wrong with it. Also I bought some catfish from cub that the had behind the counter along with other fish and meats got it home and you could tell by the smell that it was rancid. As if rotten food for sale wasn't enough of a reason to avoid this place now its normal practice for the employees at the in House Tcf bank to harass you about opening an acct while your trying to find food that hasn't expired. They will try to pressure you even after you say your not interested to open a checking account, you will run into one of them 2 to 3 times while shopping. If you like moldy fruit and questionable meat then this is the place for you, the sad thing about the moldy fruit especially strawberries for some reason is that hyvee doesn't fair to much better but at least they have a decent meat dept.
