I was recently in a car accident and they made it super easy for every step of the way. Abbie was AMAZING! She was quick to reply and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She helped me with every step, from sending documentation to my bank to quickly getting me a new insurance card for my new vehicle. She has gone above and beyond to create a lasting relationship with me and I feel comfortable and safe knowing she is always there for me. I genuinely feel like she is a neighbor I have known my whole life. Abbie fits the State Farm values perfectly and she has always gone above and beyond for me and the rest of my family.I highly recommend Conner Grupe State Farm!

Reached out to Connor’s office on two different occasions when I was looking to switch to State Farm with poor customer service on both occasions. On the second inquiry they quoted me a different policy than the original inquiry with a higher deductible and more expensive premium without disclosing that they quoted a different product even after attaching my original quote asking for a refresh of the same policy. I reached out multiple times requesting clarification and never received any communication back. I ended up going with a different State Farm office that responded promptly and had more knowledge on their products. I would use caution with Connor’s office using their Google reviews as a bait and switch tactic. I did experience superior service with another State Farm office that is focused more on their customers than volume.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A QUOTE!As a previous State Farm agent I know good customer service and a knowledgeable sales team when I see it. Connor Grupe State Farm has both of those aspects down to a T! State Farm’s premiums are the lowest I’ve ever seen when comparing to other companies and coverage is the absolute best on the market.

I just recently switched to State Farm- Conner Grupe and was able to cut my cost down quite a bit, for the same coverage I had elsewhere. I initially had wished I had switched sooner but the cost savings hasn't been worth the constant battles I've had with my agent who lacks ownership and accountability and doesn't follow through with what he says he's going to. I'll be staying with State Farm but moving my policy to a different agent because of him.Edit:in response to the ridiculous and inaccurate response from Connor Grupe, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the unprofessional and incompetent agent named Myles and the constant lies and runaround that was received. I have had coverage on my home since I bought it in 2005 with zero issues.Just a way this company is trying to cover up what really happened to try to not make them look bad. I switched to a different State Farm agency and have been treated wonderfully so far. I was asked to remove my review and because I didn't, they're now trying to make me look bad. That's ok. I've moved on.
