These guys are aces!! I just needed help removing stitches that had started to be covered by skin, five other vet services refused, I drive a big truck so I can't just run home to my vet. Not only was there room for my rig but they got the stitches out in just a few minutes and took puppy kisses as pay.I appreciate the willingness to just help me out. You guys are the best!

Dr Emily/staff walked us through an extremely painful time. They met Suzy's needs and ours on her last day of life. We were able to sit under a shade tree so she did not need to go into the clinic. She took her last breath as we held her close. We were given a lock of fur & will forever keep her near. Thank you so much. 😢🐕

Dr. Emily is very sweet. She is knowledgeable and caring. She somehow beautifully manages to maintain a balance of professionalism and bedside manner and care that is needed when we bring our friends in for their needs. I have had to say, "see you later" recently to a special friend, and Emily was very understanding, patient, and accommodating. They even sent a card with their condolences and his paw print ❤️.The front desk staff are also kind as well. This vet is an all-around asset to Luverne.

We recently had to unexpectedly put our dog down and this place did absolutely everything possible to make it a comfortable experience. This team is always helpful with my fur babies and such a nice facility for Dog Boarding. I was impressed with how clean it was and the temperature was great for the pups. The gals upfront always take care of us whenever we need something!

Amazing staff. While I was there an elderly woman came in. She had a very ill dog. The retrieved him from her vehicle, brought him in and took him to the back. I overheard an employee telling her to not worry. They couldn't guarantee that everything would be okay, but they could guarantee that everything that could be done would be. That honesty, no false promises, I will always go there for my pet's care.

We started bringing our pets here a few years ago when we switched vet clinics. We have been very happy with the service here. Easy getting scheduled for an appointment, everyone is friendly, and visits are reasonably priced. Dr. Michelle has spent adequate time with our cat and dog at their appointments and answered all of our questions.

Our 6 month old puppy was just spayed on November 30, 2020 and stayed the night at their request. I picked her up December 1 around 10 am to find her covered in dried poop... and when I called there was no apology. I'm frustrated and sad thinking what she sat in all night and being alone... as well as the infection she could get from being covered in her own poop right after surgery.
