good place to load/unload trailer. This place is not on the map, but getting here is not difficult (read the reviews). The people here are nice and work very quickly.

From I-90 take exit 12 towards 75 north ( from the east, after the exit , take a left turn and from the west - right ) make a first left turn on W Koehn ave at the BP gas station and drive all the way until the end without turning . Nice stuff, small facility. Do not recommend to come here too early before your appointment. They let me stay after loading , appointment was at 18:30 and loaded at 20:30 .

Loads HEAVY. I see lots of good reviews which I don't mind but they have few things are pretty messed up, they WILL NOT LET PUT YOUR OWN LOAD LOCKS. 2) look at trailer axle @Cali legal 36,600. The nearest Cat scale is 30 miles away. Trailer goes in CLOSED & COME OUT SEALED, You don't know your load at all.

Really nice place appt was at 8am got here at 7am got a door immediately. As soon as I got backed in they started unloading the staff are really polite and professional.

Not too bad for being a New Business and not even on any Truck GPS. They are really nice in helping with Directions to their facility, and pretty quick at getting me unloaded.

Awesome unload. Clean and nice people. No sign out by road and place is so new it doesn't pull up well on google. Turn on Minnesota and that will take you down to dakota rd.

Does not give truck GPS location. It does not have entrance signs.The correct entrance is on Minnesota AV.
