Best.Place.Ever. The girls here are top notch. We have a senior mini Schnauzer that was a rescue so definitely not very trusting but Jill is amazing and does such an incredible job with her. Can't recommend enough! And the cute bandana is the cherry on top 💕

Jill and Meghan are AMAZING! I have never experienced any groomers who love their job as much as these two. They do a fantastic job and gave me great advice on how to care for my dogs sore leg. My dog is terrified of having her nails cut. They trim her nails perfectly, and she is a lot less stressed out after having it done there. I can't say enough great things about these ladies. Once you go here you won't go anywhere else!

Jill is so good with my dog, he always comes back looking (and smelling) great! My dog likes going to see her so much and I can always trust Jill to do a great job grooming him. She knows what she's doing and is very good with animals. I'd definitely recommend Bubbles & Bows to anyone with a dog!

I first met Jill when I started training her dog, and then I took my dog to her to be groomed. She clearly loves dogs, has a great sense of humor, and my dog loves going there. I highly recommend her!

Best grooming job we've ever seen. Do not know the shop owner - used them for first time this year (Loretto location). We have had many dogs over the year and lived all over the U.S. and this is hands down the best dog grooming job I have ever seen. Our dog was unevenly cut, matted, had long nails and freaks out about baths and they not only did a spectacular cut/groom, but our dog was not traumatized when she came back. Kudos to this place. We used to drive all the way to Uptown groomer for our rescues (many traumatized) but so happy to have an excellent groomer much closer. Thanks!

I had scheduled an appointment to get my dog groomed, unfortunately I had to cancel because of a scheduling conflict. Life happens! And whoever answered the phone was so rude. I was very apologetic even though they had a week noticed and maybe it would be Nice for their schedule to lighten up since they are now booked out until the end of March. But customer service is a huge thing in a business and if that’s the way your employee treats customers then I would never recommend you services.Update to your response- I gave you a week and a few day notice. If someone else had an emergency, they could have taken that spot or as I see it, it could have been a great time to take a break. Again, not ever going there AND would never recommend due to rude customer service.

Brought my girl kara here and I loved the place! Right away I was greeted by a lady grooming a dog which is always a fun sight for me! They were both so friendly! They got me in same day which was awesome because I sometimes dont know my work schedule ahead of time. Meghan did an awesome job with kara. It took about an hour so I was able to head home and sit for a bit. The total came out to $32 and that was a bath ears nail trim and an anal gland expression! What an awesome price, kara left happy as ever. Defiantly going back there!

My dog Bear HATES getting his nails trimmed so much that other places can’t finish trimming them. This is the only place we can take him because they do so well with him and he lets them trim his nails!
