We started going to this place a year ago because it was closer and more convenient for us. Wow, for all that they do for our dog Bailey for the price it's amazing! Everytime we bring him in he's so happy when he gets home and we love how the outcome looks on him! He's a miniature schnauzer, but since it's summer we decided to not get the skirt cut on him, but he looks so handsome either way! I'm so happy they opened up two locations because the people that work here are so talented!

I’ve been going for over a year and overall great experience. Had a terrible experience with PetSmart to the point where they rushed my dog to a emergency vet bc his nose started bleeding. Never brought him back, I call Pet Perfect and explained the previous situation and they treated my dog with extra caution. Have never had an issue and wholeheartedly trust them with all my dogs.

Garci & her employees do an absolute wonderful job on both our dogs Bandit & Barney. Wouldn't trust anyone else with them. Prices are fair, highly recommend if your dog needs grooming.

Best groomers around! My dogs run to get inside! They can hardly wait to jump in tub and see all the groomers. They always come home looking and smelling awesome. This really is a great hidden gem in the tiny town of Lonsdale.

I brought my Australian Shepherd Ava here for the first time and they did such a fantastic job with her! The staff was really nice and took the time to get comfortable with my dog before bringing her back right away and starting the process as she does not like bath time! I can't remember who did her grooming at the time but she was great!

This is a wonderful team of animal lovers and professionals! My Bernard was treated as if he was canine royalty-- from being treated like he was the only one there to coming out looking like a king! After our stylist we loved left every other groomer after couldn’t seem to do a simple haircut. It was either patchy or missed hole pieces completely. After complaining to them nothing changed. This went on for multiple cuts trying to give them a chance but no luck. They put on a good face to get you in but can’t follow through.

This is the only place we will go to! I have a 1 year old Golden Doodle and she is such a spazz, she will hardly ever let me brush her. But for some reason she lets them! They really know what they are doing and she looks amazing every time! I can’t say enough about this place. We picked her up today and she looks like a teddy bear!

They have a beautiful place and are very good with my dog. She comes back smelling and feeling great. My dog was adopted from a shelter at age 3 shortly before the first time I brought her there and is dog aggressive. They are actually the first people to notice that and tell me which has helped a lot with her. She also HATES having her nails trimmed and is skittish and fearful, but they're so patient with her!
