Run down needs some upgrades desperately

Sellers beware!! Took a bunch of misc items to sell, and at first was only paid a small portion of what was owed. Went to the Oct 1st auction to sell, I wrote down all of our items ( would definitely recommend) and wrote how much we got for each item. Totaled it all up and found we sold a little over $400. Well a week later we received a check for $181. Called Brad and told him what happened, he said to get a hold of Stacy, which I did. Said she would check when she got back to the barn. Didn’t hear back from her for two days so I texted her again, told me she found what I was missing. Days later still no check, called Brad again said he was busy at an auction and would take care of it. Texted Stacy couple more times with no response, but could see she had read my message, got a hold of Brad again, he then stated there must be trouble with the mail. Asked us to come and get a check. That is a 70 mile trip one way. Didn’t seem to want to “cancel the check “ and send a new one. So we had to drive back at the end of the month to pick up a check that guess what?? Wasn’t there. The clerk couldn’t find one. Took quite a while to get Stacy into the office to figure it out. She finally came in and looked thru a bunch of paperwork, and then told the poor clerk to “just write a check “. Stacy never acknowledged me standing there and never offered an apology. We did post this on my husbands FB and they pulled it down and blocked him. So after many calls and texts and an extra trip, we finally did get paid the balance due to us. So if you plan on selling anything here, please write down what your selling and what you get for it, I feel that they aren’t completely honest, if they were why did they pull our post and block us?

The staff were decent though paperwork was misplaced and so it might be quite a while before a check is mailed (assuming one is sent out at all) hence the one star review. Kind of a major point to being an auction house, something gets sold, checks should be made. So I'm not sure what else to really say

I like to go over there, staff very nice, but goats, sheep and lamb always come very late, they are very fast to get pay but for them to pay you takes forever.

The condition of the birds is disgusting! We saw broken feet, blood covered cages and puffy faces. Disease pit. The 2 we paid $40 for have CRD and aren’t going to make it. So much for the “on site vet and tester”
