Broke our coffee pot at the cabin and needed a caffeine fix. We were greeted by friendly staff the moment we walked in the door. Everything was clean and tidy, service was quick, and prices were reasonable. Most importantly, the coffee drinks they made for us were perfection.Parking: Lots of off-street parking is available. They do have handicapped parking spots.

I really want to like this place.The coffee is good. It’s super cute inside. But the customer service is severely lacking.I’ve actually left multiple times because I was waiting and waiting and waiting in line without even being told they would be right with me or even acknowledged.Which I do not get. I worked in customer service for along time. And you at least have to tell the customers you see them and will be right with them.There are a few of the girls there that have good customer service but mostlyI just get handed a coffee in a rude way to get me out of their line.I wish they would ask our names so I know which drink is mine. What if someone ordered the same drink as me?How would I know it’s mine?Unfortunately, Most of the time, I don’t even bother going there now.Even if I just get a coffee, they fill it so full it spills out the sides and makes a huge mess. (Not fun when going to work wearing a white shirt) And I have to ask for a splash of cream or it’s literally just cream….There doesn’t seem to be any accountability with the staff.I dunno. I’m not trying to be mean. Like I said, I do like the coffee. I just think good customer service would go along way.

This morning I had a bit of time to kill before my doctor appointment in Eagle Bend so I searched for a coffee shop close by and thought I’d give 110 a shot. It looked very reasonably priced, the atmosphere looked totally cool, and the menu was very diverse. When I arrived it definitely delivered on the aesthetic and menu. I was a bit underwhelmed however with the staff. It appeared that they had a few orders to get out so I can understand feeling a bit more “rushed” but I felt as if I was a bit of a bother to the barista completing my transaction. I will definitely give this place another chance because my coffee was delicious and the environment was very cozy and relaxing but hope that next time the baristas are maybe less stressed and a bit more friendly.

The coffee is good, but don’t get a breakfast sandwich. They are straight from freezer to microwave; mine was very soggy and the bacon was extremely chewy. Honestly, if I wasn’t so hungry, it would have got straight to the trash. Overpriced as well. I’d go again for coffee and their baked goods, but not anything from their food menu.
