I went to them searching for one specific machine that no one else I contacted could find. After a few weeks Bradley found the exact game I was looking for and he verified it with photos so I put in the order with the options I wanted and in a week it was in my home up and running. Service after the sale was excellent, I ran across a problem one night & sent them a email with some photos and before 7am the next day Bradley had sent me the fix. So I want to let everyone know Bradley and the others at Worldwide have been top notch and my experience with them has been fantastic.

My husband and I have been married for 50 years.Rather than go to a casino we purchased 2 slot machines ,we now play side by side guilt free! When we found out they had a lay away plan no intrest we purchased 2 more. Way better to play at our own casino playing my bill money over and over and never have the tight money crunch after playing .Kids and grand kids come for casino night too . Now that’s a game room!!We were delt with fairly and happy with our purchases. Valentine’s Day is comming soon don’t miss the adventure of building your own casino . I keep fifty bucks every time I get a royal flushAnd giggle every time I loose it all to see how long before I do it again.Oh and I serve pop and snacks while we play..so much fun !

Ordered a coin comparator was sent the wrong oneI forwarded four or five pictures and described exactly what I neededWas sent the wrong unit - called back several times and the sales person clearly didn’t want to get involved anymore so he decided to send me to Bradley who is the owner/managerI left him two messages emailed still waiting for a refundThey are quick to take your money difficult to get a refund backVery poor way to run a business!Obviously from the owner down customer service is not a priority!Refund never received

I just recently bought 2 machines from them Being the 1st time I've been there I had a lot of questions I wanted to see a lot of differentmachines. I've never met more helpful people in my life they answered all my questions wentabove and beyond what any customer service has ever done. the employees were working for meThey all stayed an hour late To make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They helped me load the machine up . The 2nd machine wouldn't fit in my car so one of their employees put it in his car and follow me home to drop it off for me. This is one of the best companies with which I have conducted business, ever! The General Manager, the owner and the techs not only know their business inside and out, they are amazing and good people.I had an out-of-the-ordinary need for some impossible to find parts. Every other company I contacted dismissed me or would not even respond. But Caroline, the General Manager of Worldwide Gaming took a tremendous amount of time to help me and had her techs custom make parts by cannibalizing separate kits and building the parts I needed. For a company this big, this was a very small order but I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Along the way, Caroline, the owner, Bradley Hansen and the techs could not have been more pleasantand professional. And the product they created works perfectly!Anyone in the market for gaming machines or parts should start with Worldwide Gaming and they will need not look any further. This is the only company I will patronize for such things from now on. They rate a perfect A+.

Great assortment of slot machines and poker / Dice tables . Awesome help with all issues and have the parts you may need . If they can't fix it you don't have it .... Real Las Vegas slots and tables ... No Japan skill stop games. Only Real full size American games ... Thanks Bradley... Avoid this company at all costs. Tried to purchase a slot machine from them as a Christmas present this past November. Machine arrived broken. Their policy is to hold onto your money (more than $1K) until they get resolution from their shipping company. Failed to return my phone calls or emails for weeks. Finally had to reverse the charge on my credit card, only to have them try and fraudulently charge my card again after receiving back their machine. Rude owner - indicates as a customer I have wasted his time. You don't need or want this hassle. Find another place to buy your slot machines

I would like to thank Worldwide gaming for the help in getting me the correct part to repair my slot machine. Not only did they answer all my questions they also provided instructions on how to do repair. My dad is very happily playing his slot machine right now and having fun with the grand kids. He will be able to play while watching monday night Packer football! I know you are based in Minnesota so I had to rub that in...We need more companies that help their customers the way they did.
