Services, it's not that great unless you talk to the people up front. Other than that, you can't really get people to help you that much. Prices are cheaper at other places, and more often, I find that things have been put on clearance, and only 50 cents were taken off of original prices. I have noticed that their bathrooms are not kept up as well. They have gotten worse like the maintenance guy quit or something. Also, there's one security person there who likes to be on a power trip a lot.

I have a new review for this Walmart location. Although I don't live in Little Falls, it's my favorite Walmart location. Why? I like their selection better, the way everything is arranged, and most of the staff is friendlier than in the past. Once a month, my Dad and I like taking a trip to the Little Falls Walmart for a nice little getaway and a big selection. The only gripe that I have is every time I return something to customer service with my receipt, I don't have a pleasant experience. They can be unfriendly and make me feel uneasy. It's strange how such a massive store has such a small customer service area. Love to shop here, but I hate to return stuff here.

I purchased the Walmart membership card when it was being offered for half off. So far I've had no issues It covers free shipping. Lately I've noticed that many of the venders charge a shipping fee, which the membership doesn't cover and some items I notice are a 9+ item with a 16+ shipping fee. Be careful and check b/4 ordering. There pick-up and delivery service is unleliable when ordering fresh veggies and fruit. They don't pick the best guality.

Employees were rude. Had to ask for the price of an item 3 times(the workers name was Jenny). Then, we got harassed at the doors when we got our receipts checked. Overall, a bad experience would rather go to sauk centre Wal-Mart

Guy at the door trying to check my receipt when he watched me doing self check out. I walked past and ignored him and he started yelling at me trying to see what I got. None of your business what I got. I did your job by checking myself out. You don’t get to look at my receipt.

You walk in and employees were welcoming and nice asked if I needed help finding anything. Was clean and smelled of KFC chicken lol made me want to go to the deli and get some chicken. I Did get this neon glow art board. I freaking Love It.

The baby seat in that back restroom was broken but set to look okay. It snapped and had my baby around the neck. My heart dropped. The employees had absolutely no initiative to place an out of service sign on the seat to make sure they don't hook any other babies around the neck.

My sister bought my kids some gifts while she was in town and I went to return them for things they needed. I let the cashier know I wanted an exchange and that they were gifts and gave her the receipt. She proceeded to then refund my sisters card and when I said I needed a gift card, told me there was nothing she can do. I asked for a manager and she said, "I've been here longer than him so you're not going to get a different answer, but okay". The manager refused to do anything so I called corporate who said the store manager would give me a call. Well, nobody ever called me so I had to make the embarrassing call to my sister to let her know I tried to return the gifts and she should be getting a refund. I'll shop anywhere else from now on.

They do need more cashiers. Most of it is self-checkout and then you have to show the receipt to prove you got everything that's in your cart. If you don't trust me doing self out check, your job, and start trusting me to do your job!

It's a walmart cleaner then most. My wife stopped to get some groceries. Threw her receipt away after checking out. Then a older deaf gentlemen. Stopped and held my wife's cart and wouldn't let her go without her receipt. Making her walk back to the trash. While others walked around him. Then accused of her stealing a 20oz soda. Will not be going back.

Little Falls Walmart was exceptional, and well managed, great shopping experience!! compared to Sartell and st cloud location honestly they both suck mis managed ALWAYS have empty shelves and products are just randomly placed on the wrong hooks or just piled on the shelves very messy and Un organized can't get through isles because of pallets of products waiting to be stocked.

If you have to deal with customer service for any exchange or return, consider going to Brainerd or even sartell. I had ordered groceries online and gotten a pack of chicken that was no good and all puffed up, I tried to take it to exchange for a fresh pack. Somehow they have a gal (Renae) who is nothing but rude,disrespectful, condescending and has no clue how to speak to customers. Comes across as brash and abrasive. Accused me of not paying for the chicken even when I had the digital receipt. Continued to help other customers while I waited. Was just as rude to the next three customers. One customer even asked if she was OK and if she was having a tough day. How is she not in the back unloading trailers, away from people.

Empty shelves, not helpful. Went to return a 29.00 item from electronics the next day. Customer service manager could not get register to return my item and told me to come back another day. I live out of town. I let the guy in back of me return his item, which he did. I tried again and it still didn't work. Finally customer service manager just opened register and gave me my money, she seen I was not leaving. I must of been there a good half hour dealing with that! This was at the Little Falls store.

As a vendor for this store, I do only make it here once a week with product limitation but the store is clean people are happy to help, the management checks up on me the store director the other day went out of her way to make sure I was doing ok with the work load. The store is organized well communication is great. I have few if any complaints or problems fulfilling my job here.Happy to come work at this store.

Nice selection. Sad to say, but most don't have a good mix and haven't since 09. It seems most halved their inventory AND the height of their shelves at this time and have never gotten back up to par.

I usually don't make reviews but I have had enough. Three times now I have gotten a bag of potatoes and it has been absolutely disgusting everytime. I wouldn't recommend getting produce from here.

Dont shop here, this Walmart would rather have its disabled customers wait 30+ min and fight over the last electric cart than provide an adequate amount of electric carts to its disabled customers. It's one of the largest stores in America and yet they only have 4 electric carts for its disabled customers. I brought my disabled father here today and after 15 min of trying to find an electric cart a woman gave us hers in the parking lot and once we got inside the greeter told us we should give it an elderly lady who waited 30+ min for a cart. We gave it to her and left for corborns. It was truly a disgusting thing to experience.

There were some empty shelves. Not what I expected going in early morning on a Wednesday. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Even in dealing with an extremely rude customer that was in line a couple people ahead of me.

Horrible customer service and checkout. Clerk got confused selling gift cards to the person in front of us. We waited 10 minutes, then just put all of our stuff back in the cart and went to self checkout.

Not bad at all store was organized with good staff merchandise was relatively easy to find once you got the layout of the building done and clean restrooms some other Wal-Mart stores could learn alot from here.
