Asked them when I made the appointment not to get water in his ears.. they Did get water in his ears now I'm dealing with an ear ache which could have been avoided.He's old and can not have any water in his ears. Not happy with this place .Obviously communication is bad there.

My dog has been on an NSAID for osteoarthritis. The facility gave her the prescribed dose; however, failed to mention that she was not eating. She was there for a week and we have no idea if she ate at all. Now we are dealing with GI upset/not wanting to eat at all/possible stomach ulcer. She has lost about 10 pounds. We had to switch pain medication and are struggling to get her to eat. Would've appreciated a phone call that she was not eating so we could troubleshoot at that time. Now we are dealing with the aftermath that is much worse.

The little dogs were fine, but my old weimaraner had her nose all scraped up. They didn't give her any of her stuff we sent along. Like a peanut butter bone, or toys. The littles we probably will board again, but not the old girl. She's a rescue. She probably thought she was dumped again. 😥

The staff is excellent when I take my dog there. But to get an appointment there is hard. Always booked. And just was recently told they are down a groomer. But the staff are great with my dog

Brought dog into be groomed, showed picture of what dog should look like to staff, picked up dog and shaved down to nothing The worst grooming I have ever seen
