I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Bohdi to Kacie since she’s been a puppy. Bohdi absolutely loves going to her, and Kacie does an amazing job with her groom and always makes sure to ask if I want any changes to her typical cut. The staff is also amazing and the customer service is top tier! I 10/10 recommended this groomer!

Was very personable, friendly, very knowledgeable without making me feel stupid, and she was very non-judgmental. This is my first dog/puppy, and being a cat person, giving commands and orders is very foreign. She made the lesson fun yet eye opening and my little fella was already responding positively to the lesson by the time we finished. The fees were also very reasonable.

We were at a loss with socializing our 2yr old adopted golden retierver who was very reactive towards other dogs. Lynae is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job during our personal trainings. Would highly recommend for any type of training as well as top notch grooming services. Very friendly staff.

I have been bringing my 2 corgis (and an occasional foster dog) here for shampooing, de-shedding, and nail trimming for years. My pups hate it if they need to take a bath at home, but they enjoy it here because of the staff, their friendliness, knowing how to handle them, and emotionally support them in what can be a stressful event. They also have given me good advice on training, behavior cues, and treats that are beneficial to their health.

We have used Lynae's Paw service of pet care (Dog Gone it- in home pet care) a couple of times. We are able to feel comfortable leaving town knowing our cats and dog will receive high quality care when we are gone. We recommend this service for anyone who may need a person to pop-in, feed, or go on walks with your pet. :)

What a great experience I had here today with my 13 year old dog! It was her first time going there and it went amazing! This place is great and way more dog friendly for pups that get anxiety about being groomed. It’s way more quiet and a much more welcoming/comfortable environment. Prices are great and my pup was actually not terrified for the first time ever. Try them out! You won’t regret it. Thanks ladies! 😬

Had some major aggressive behaviors with our Nugget and we learned so much from Lynae (in just an hour) on how to handle him.. Our little doggie is finally learning the right way that he is not the boss around here! Would highly recommend seeking Lynae's advice if you're having issues with your pet!!❣️❣️

I contacted Lynae about obedience classes because I wanted something that went above and beyond simple commands like sit and stay for my German shepherd mix. Lynae came highly recommended as both a groomer and trainer, and having completed the six weeks obedience class it is quite evident why she has such a great reputation. Lynae helped us understand dog behavior and psychology, giving us a fresh perspective on how we work with our dog to become the well mannered and happy companion we hope to have for years to come! I would give our experience the highest rating possible without exception and will definitely consider additional training opportunities through Lynae’s Paw Spa!

We began bringing our female German Shepherd for regular grooming’s to Lynae’s at about six months old. We could tell then that she was high anxiety and getting out of hand quickly, so we sent her to an on-site boarding and training facility, unrelated to Lynae’s, unaware that Lynae did training. We got our Shep back three weeks later, with little to no results. We were told to spade her, and she was not going to be the dog we hoped for. This was heartbreaking news at just 10 months old. Plus, we were out a couple thousand dollars when it was all said and done. Following a groom one night, one of the groomers mentioned Lynae does training and that we would attend the classes and train with the dog. By this point we hardly want to stick another dollar into training, but we thought we will give it a shot. Our dog pulled on the leash, knocked me down, chased every animal, biting other dogs, always great with humans, but her prey drive was off the charts. By the end of the class, our dog laid down DURING class (even with all the stimulation), walks on a leash, sits like a statue and grooms like a pro. Not only this, she listens and looks to her owners for direction instead of making her own. This is absolutely unbelievable and heartwarming. This class completely changed our dogs life, and ours. What’s great about Lynae is she goes the extra mile to understand your dog. She understands the animal mind and behaviors so she is able to pin point what is going on and to help the owner do what is needed to get the desired behavior out of the dog. This class is worth every penny and more. Wish we never put our shep through the first round of training, because it was never necessary to begin with. This class and reinforcement at home is all you will ever need!
