They were very good with our dog Jojo when we had to put her down. They took care of everything so that when we were ready to leave we didn’t have to stop and pay. Dr Amanda was really good with answering any questions we had and with taking good care of Jojo.

Love this place. Took my pup there for the first time and he needed to get his glands expressed they needed to put a muzzle on him just in case and he didn't come back scared like other places we have gone to. He came back happy. Felt like he was loved. I heard a tech clipping, some other dog's nails and she stayed calm and collective in the other room. Didn't yell at the dog or anything. Staff was amazing!!! Didn't try to push anything!

Just moved here and needed a vet because my 97lb lab was having major separation anxiety issues. They got me in the same day. The staff is great. The doctor was wonderful and understanding. Gave me a prescription that has definitely helped and gave me a pamphlet on a dog trainer that can help us with her anxiety. I will absolutely use them again. Plus their fees were reasonable! My golden skewered herself on a stick in the woods while running full speed. Has a laceration that’s 2 inches wide and 1 inch deep. Animal Haven had her fixed up in 20 minutes for a very fair price. Explained the plan clearly and concisely. I was happy with our visit.

The best word I could use to describe how I feel about this vet is... SAFE. There are a lot of vets out there that do unnecessary tests and procedures just to get your money and I've never felt like this vet was focused on money. I brought a 10-day-old puppy there that was gasping for air and dying, and the biggest thing that stuck with me was the look on her face when she checked and there was no heartbeat and she got teary eyed. After all the animals that she has probably witnessed die you could tell she was truly sad. And when the day comes that your companion passes away, I think that you would feel at least some ease knowing that she did everything she could in her power for them.

Vet, Amanda, and her staff provided excellent and compassionate care for our dog through the last half year of his life (pain management, discussing quality of life, etc). The staff was all also so great during the process of putting our dog to sleep - they provided empathy and compassion during a very difficult time for my family and I.

We recently had to put our sweet dog to sleep. Dr. Amanda and the entire team were so incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process, many staff members stopped in before the procedure noting how great of a dog our boy was, stating how much they enjoyed him over the years, and giving their sincere condolences. We just received his ashes and they gave us several extra keepsakes along with his ashes which will forever be treasured. Can’t say enough how much their care and compassion means to us!

I went to Animal Haven because my regular vet couldn't get me in for a health certificate for a puppy in time for her going to her new home. The staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing staff! Not to mention had the best prices compared to 6-8 other vets. They are so compassionate and we’re able to get us on the schedule quickly. They walked me thru the entire procedure and broke down the cost and gave me a very accurate quote. They were honest and kept me updated thru the entire surgery. When they had questions on what I would like to do I was promptly called and it was discussed and they also let me know cost adjustments as well. They were fantastic and I met with one of the staff members when I brought my animal in to discuss the procedure one more time. Highly recommend and will be going here from now on. Very impressed!

They treat your animals as if they were their own. Shout out to Ryan, he gets right down on the floor with our pets so he can see eye to eye with them, which makes our dogs more comfortable. He is very caring and compassionate with ALL the animals there. Thanks Ryan!!

I adopted our first dog. I have so many questions about the animal.We when me a pouchie went to our appointment, I got zero help. They took the dog in the back and brought him out.No employee, vet, or tech asked any questions about the dog other than his name.I was given no information about the animal beside his weight.I will go find a vet that is attentive or verifiably even there.

My original veterinary wasn't able to get my dog in and it was quite an emergency life and death they were able to take him in get him taken care of fixed him up well he is doing well they are very kind and we have switched over to them now permanently they called a couple of times and checked up on him and they did a wonderful job they truly care about how the person feels and they truly care about the animal

Thought my dog was at the end of her days but instead of just taking her and doing it, a vet gave me more options. I'd rather pay anything extra to keep her alive then to make that decision right now.
