Great store and has almost anything you would need. Plenty of parking!As someone who is a truck driver and car camper passing through while traveling, I always appreciate local management allowing overnight parking.Thank you!

Only small self checkouts were open though there were many employees walking around the store. I had a cart full of groceries and when I asked an associate for help, they directed me to the associate at the self checkout. I asked that person for help and they gave me another cart to put my groceries in. I spent a lot of money to do all the work by myself.

Horrible when you actually need help! Especially in electronics or photos. Keep pushing the button for help all you want AND ask a random associate (who will call another person to help you) and still you wait while associate does something more important than customer service. All so you can wait for them to fix a problem they created earlier that you have to come back to get fixed.Sadly, this is normal for this store.

The shelves were empty. There was not anyone really around to answer a question. There were zero cashiers to check you out so we had to go to self checkout which all were closed on one side of the store. We travel all the time and stop at a lot off different places but it really only seems to be Walmart with empty shelves

Most products I buy food or clothes ect, when I get home and unpack, I find a lot of items smell like perfume/air freshener/ dryer sheets/ cheap cologne/ chemicals/ cleaners.I just bought socks, pajamas and tshirts and when I smelled them at home they all have the same perfume smell.I cannot breathe this particular scent because i am allergic.It puts a taste in my mouth and mucus membranes of soap/ cleaners/ chemicals and every time I feel a chemical sensation travel up into my brain causing severe migraines and cognitive impairment for at least an hour or longer.The snack isle is suspiciously located directly on the opposite side of all the cleaning products as well, and my bags of snacks smell like all the cleaning products.This has been an issue ever since after covid.Some say it is a government policy to spray warehouses with disinfectant sprays which contain these perfumes as well.The total amount of toxic chemicals in the products is overwhelming my health, and I will be returning my purchases and no longer will do business with Walmart.

Needed an earring late at night because I have a piercing that has a habit of closing really fast. Waited a half hour and nobody came to help, one coworker that was asked for advice by another screamed about being on break, had a full blown panic attack because I only get a half hour lunch and could get fired if I'm late. Nobody helped, did not save money, did not live better.Only people who tried to help were about to leave and had to stay a half hour late and I feel bad for them

Ordered a tv for pickup on black Friday. Received confirmation via text and email it would be ready for pickup Friday after 11am. Drove 30 miles, as we pulled into parking lot received text it was delayed. No other info. Waited a hour still delayed. Went in and asked customer service they talked to the picking department. They tell us it won't be picked until after 6pm. And was never supposed to be ready at 11. Canceled order walked to electronics, and took one off shelf. Pick up is worthless.

My daughter went to Litchfield Walmart to buy a baby gate! When she was pulling items off the shelf she noticed the shelf was being held up by gate boxes!! She then stood there called off her cell phone and asked for someone to come to baby isle as she was concerned it would possibly fall on a Child!! No one came!! She called again asked to speak with a manager advicesd they have a a hazardous situation going on! They said they would send someone back it still took them 5 minutes!! When we say hazardous we mean it!! Finally someone did come she showed the two manager one in the back and one in the front seemed like they just did not care!! She did not even get a Thank You!! Or wow we appreciate you letting us know!! This could have fell on anyone even a child!! Let’s do better Walmart!! See photos!! Use caution people!!

Drove to Litchfield when they said they could replace my TV that was damaged in shipping. Then, once I got there, they said all they could do is refund the cost. I could have done that in Willmar.

Being from Cali I came to this Walmart holding it to a pretty high standard and boy was I blown away. The friendliness of the staff, the impeccable produce department, the prices of their merchandise and the ability to locate a worker or product quickly all astounded me. I live in Paynesville but will always choose this Walmart as my go to store. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience guys and gals. Keep up the excellent work.

Not a big Walmart. Needs updating. Heavy traffic as it is the local one of two grocery stores in town. The electric carts are in short supply and don't always work. They need new ones and more of them during peak hours. Employees are good to help, pleasant, efficient. Pharmacy is always busy, but not long waits. Pleasant staff in that dept.

This Walmart has some of the worst employees I've seen. Yesterday I was there and returned a few items with my receipt and 4 employees seemed to hover over me asking questions like I just walked to the shelf and picked the stuff off the shelf and was trying to return the items. As this was happening another customer was having problems trying to lift some stuff at the self checkout and was asking for help they completely ignored her.. after I was finished being interrogated the person behind me was trying to return some large bags couldn't find there receipt they said there system is down a d couldn't do a no receipt return.. a pushed the bag back into the cart ... But on the other hand they have a handful of excellent workers on the floor that I seen in person and also had help me find thing's.. but Walmart you need to train your employees to treat people with a way better attitude and better people skills.. even better having home manners!!!

Only there to pick up a couple things. They have had cheap eggs all the time it seems. $1.78/dozen! They were out today. Of course on the day I could've used eggs. Hahaha.. I am a patient person. I will wait.

This is one of the cleanest Walmarts I've been to. Stopped at Walmart again today, Charlie was working in the self checkout. He's always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Poor customer and management service. It would of been nice to have trained CSR's and one manager to inform Walmart Employees that getting an oil change in the Automotive Department is based on first come, first served. I guess Walmart does not believe in setting appointments. Who knew? Not me. Not expecting much, never do. Scott H.

Everything was fine. The only thing is sometimes when you ask the employees on where things are or if they can help you find something they're really not that friendly in trying to help you find something. However, this is not every time I go shopping there but this time in particularly it was bad. I hope I see more flexible employees that will be willing to help customers find what they are looking for. Also we had to stand in the checkout line for over 45 minutes just to be able to check out. There were two checkout lines open and the lines went all the way back into the clothing section. The self checkout line was all the way back by the baby section. This makes it so hard to be able to get Frozen items and to be able to get home in time to put them in the freezer without them getting bad.

A mother was walking Around the store today loudly saying her sons name. I heard it for about a minute before I went up to her and asked if she was missing her son. She said yes. I advise her to tell a worker. She said she did and the worker stated they could not assist. As she continued searching for her son, I went to the closest worker and advised about the missing boy. She told me she could not assist and I had to go to customer service. I went to customer service and they said they were not sure what they could do. Needless to say the store was never shut down even after multiple attempts with multiple workers. Walmart, you need to train your employees on these situations. They completely failed that mother and her son tonight.

This morning I went to Litchfield MN Walmart to get a oil change and it didn't get done after waiting for 45 mins and I went to pick up my car the guy told me he couldn't do it and on top of that he tells me he broke a part of my oil pan he told me I could talk to the manager about it to see what we can fo so i did that just to find out they won't do anything to fix it at all so now not only i have to go some place else to get a oil chang but i have pay to get a part they broke fixed i will never let them touch my car again or recommend any one to go there they say they go by the customer is all ways right and they want us happy but that's not the case 😥I would rather put no stars on this.

I live between two states, Texas and Arizona and now find myself in Minnesota for a spell. I can tell you in AZ and TX Walmart staff will NOT help you check out items in self checkout. Even when you have a ton of items! But here at the local Litchfield Walmart, those folks were extremely helpful and very nice ladies!!!

I have actually been blown away by this location Coach Kim helped me so much when I placed a pickup order for the wrong location on accident and one I figured it out with her assistance she personally picked my whole order I could never say enough to thank this woman but Walmart... GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE SHE IS AMAZING
