This location is very nice. Dennis, the manager, is SUPER knowledgeable and if he does not know, he tried to find out. Also they will explain the fix on your car right there too you, under the hood sometimes, and do minor things for free. A little more expensive parts, but well worth it. You get what you pay for. Helped me with PT cruiser and Neon.

The service was slow, but they made sure if they didn't have the parts you needed in stock they would get them shipped in from another store. Usually within 24 hours. Also there have been times when the counter person didn't know what he was talking about so I ended up buying and exchanging a part 3 different times.

Don't trust these guys when they say they don't have the part you need. You ask them to check other stores and supposedly "no napa in the state" has the part. We said we were heading to the cities anyways so anything along the way would work, they said nope no one has it you'll have to order it. I called BS....We left and called one of our connection's at a St. Paul NAPA, and they had a bunch of the parts we needed. Pure laziness, and bet they had one right at the Litchfield store all along...real great for business.

There is a DOG that works there or just comes along with a worker I think dogs are great! They always give me great service and ask questions so that I can get exactly what I need for my vehicle. Other places have given me the wrong parts
