Mary Kay & Doug are the best! We are on our second dog in the 12 years we’ve been going to Dirty Dawgs. We give our dogs the baths (self service) using their special elevated tub. I highly recommend this company.

Mary Kay did the best job! My little Maltese can get a bit matted and Mary Kay was able to leave my little pup with a fluffy tail still! She did the perfect length for my shih tzu/Pekingese- most places go way too short. Everything was perfect! I recommend!!

A friend of mine had recently referred me to Dirty Dawgs. I am so pleased from from my first contact with the owners and throughout the entire grooming process. Their professionalism was outstanding and my 3 boys looked fantastic when I picked them up. Great place! Took my dog Toby for a haircut for the first time here. My pup is very nervous around new people. They worked with him and were so patient with. And the cut is perfect. Would highly recommend!

While I do know that Mary Kay does a very good job, this is her second job, therefore Doug is the person we have dealt with most.We have had two appointments at different times. Took time off work, brought our dog in and no one was there. The other time he called while I was on my way to the appointment to push back the appointment to two hours later....while he may be a good groomer, he is very unprofessional and in my opinion does not care about his clients time.When asked for explanation he hung up on me.We will not give them our businesses because of that.

They have permanently lost my business. I have brought my large breed dog here several times. I made an appointment, take off of work, show up...... NO ONE IS HERE and the door is locked! I called the number repeatedly, no answer. No one ever called me back to apologize. When I finally got in touch with them, days later, he said he was very ill. I still felt that he should have called to apologize since I left a message about bring stood up for my appointment.Second time I scheduled for an appointmentn't, he called the day before my appointment asking if I would reschedule so he could go to the chiropractor. I agreed to come the following day at the same time. I just showed up today and NO ONE IS HERE AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED. And again, no one answering the phone the either.I'm done! What an unprofessional way to run a business! I'm happy to go find someone who is reliable. Don't waste your time and money here.

Great place! Very accommodating and really helped us out when our dogs needed a wash! Clean area with all the tools needed and provided to get your dog really clean! While doing the self serve they give great recommendations.

Doug and his wife love animals! Our elderly and nervous lab has a VERY thick coat and was in need of a good bath and blowout. In less than an hour, Doug had her washed, brushed out and almost totally dried (nails clipped too). Most importantly, she was happy when I arrived- not a nervous wreck like she has been at other groomers. Extremely reasonable prices, and I know they take care of our dog little she's family. Now she smells an feels wonderful!

Cancelled appointment 3X and then when I did go the 4th time did not answer door, did not answer phone or text, left me sitting outside in my car in minus degree weather until I left. I really don't think they want customers. Just rude.

One of our dogs has recently become completely blind. After taking her to our regular groomer and finding out some questionable practices on how they tend to pets in their care, I was a bit apprehensive about taking either of our dogs anywhere to be groomed. After talking with Mary Kay I was assured that both of my dogs would be in great hands! And they were! We might have to drive a bit further but I know that my dogs are safe with Mary Kay and Doug.

Mary Kay & Doug have been dog grooming for about 8 years now. Though I haven't had my girl groomed by them yet, they seem to have loyal clients. I haven't seen the other dogs complaining, either.I started bringing my Labrador to DD when I found out about their DIY bathing stations. The hydraulic lift tub is big & deep enough for large breeds. You can adjust the height by stepping on a pedal.Even though they provide shampoo, conditioner, grooming tools, aprons, towels, and a high-speed dryer, I love it because it is so much easier on my back. My old gal hates getting bathed, but I know she is physically much safer in that deep tub. Plus, the place is very warm so I don't need to worry about her chilling during a lengthy session.Both owners are very friendly and helpful. Even for just DIY baths, you need to make an appointment. Sometimes when I call, they have an immediate opening or one later the same day. They live on site.They are usually grooming a dog or two every time I visit, and they are gentle with the dogs. Location is a quiet neighborhood in downtown Lindstrom. Street parking right in front, and a gated lawn to walk your dog before and after.I highly recommend Dirty Dawgs.

Road in front of their business is a public road, but they are treating it as their own private parking area and telling neighbors to move their vehicles. Nobody should feel or act that entitled to their surrounding community. Have your customers park in the alley.

We have a Great Pyrenees and a Newfoundland. The Pyr doesn't love being groomed or having nails trimmed but Mary Kay did a wonderful job with them and the dogs did well with her. It's the only place I'll use from here on out. Very friendly and very good prices.

Pushed my appointment off 3 times due to running late and being ill then when I showed up there for the appt no one was around. Took 30 minutes out of my work day to drive over and back. Texted and he said he had over slept??? It was a 1 pm appt.

Made an appointment for Wednesday, took off early from work and took my dog in only to be told "I don't have you on my schedule" I said no.. I talked to a lady and set it up for 3:30, guy was a complete jerk. Will never use this place. What a shame, a group of us we're going to switch to this groomer. Hope you enjoy losing out on business.

Dirty Dawgs is wonderful with my long haired cat. He actually seems to enjoy getting his lion cut. The prices are reasonable, service is great, and the owners seem to really love the animals.

I made an appointment over a week ago for noon. I live about 40 min away so as I was getting my kids in the car to go there I get a call canceling my appointment because "he's busy running errands and won't be back by noon" ok so why not run errands earlier? Ok so we reschedule for the next day (TODAY) at noon and I go I'm early and wait 15 min. Called, knocked and nothing. Still no call, still no response on Facebook. Very disappointing. I wasted my own gas and my time and my kids time in the car. Won't be going back there. I just hope we can get the refund for the gift certificate I was going to use. Awful business practice.

Very unprofessional, do not waste your time. I've been very patient with their poor services and excuses for over a year. Enough is enough. I carted my 3 young kids to drop my dog off for the door to be locked, shades drawn, and no response after knocking and several calls. This was after already multiple reschedules in the past with little to no notice (30 minutes) Will never recommend this to anyone, even my worst enemy.

If you love your pets look elsewhere Took my dog here To get a hair cut and the outcome was terrible. My dog had cuts all over his arms and body. When asked what happened DOUG Then told us not to “F bomb” come back cause he didn’t care.

Worst of the worst. We brought our dog there, went to pick up he let here out, she ran all the way to the lake and when I got there she was swimming to a boat thinking it was me. She did not stop shaking for hours. He got mad and just told me she took off dow the street. I had to go and find her, he never even tried. it is about half a mile to lake. He is a nasty person, and not to be trusted. I would NEVER even bring a hamster to him. She is a cockatoo.

Took time out of my schedule to make sure I made my appt on time. They are busy and that’s great for them- left me a same day message to push me back an hour. Planned my whole day around this appt. Stated they were behind, but when I was there- they weren’t even open/working. Will not go back. Wish my time was considered as important as theirs! Sorry!

Very unprofessional, the guy will book an appointment, then text you the day of, or prior to cancel... I'm looking through other reviews, and I'm not the only one who's experienced this unprofessional behavior. He finally let me know why he's canceling this time. FYI, I was served 4 combat o tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Philippines with the joint special operations command, attached to SEAL team 5... I guess that makes me a traitor.

Called half hour before my appointment to cancel it and wanted to change it to another day. His excuse was he was running errands and running way behind and was nowhere near his shop! Run your errands when I don't have appts.

This groomer needs to find a different profession..we wanted our cat trimmed and he wouldn't do it because the cat tried to bite him. i mean if your shaving a cat obviously its gonna be scared.The least he could have done was say he couldn't shave cats before he accepted the appointment.

I just brought my Yorkie here, their services were exceptional! And it didn't have to reflect upon the price. I would recommend to anyone local or just driving through.
