My cat recently started having some health issues and needed to be seen immediately. After calling multiple clinics and being told no spots were available, I called Minnesota Valley Vet services in Le Sueur. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Sally. She listened to me and heard my concerns. The team was able to get my cat in the next day. I ran into some personal issues and was unable to get him in at the time given to me. I called to explain and they understood and still gave me grace and were able to get him in. The whole team was absolutely wonderful. They were kind and treated him with love and respect. The vet tech was very sweet and informative. She explained what they needed to do to rule out certain problems which put me at ease. Later on I spoke with the vet. She explained everything in depth and took time to answer any and all questions that I had. I am very grateful to the amazing team. Thank you so much for caring for my baby boy. I highly recommend this clinic if you are in need of a vet!!!!

Minnesota Valley Vet has been like family to me and my pups. They always are kind, accessible, thorough and caring. The staff is exceptional and I know they have me and my pups in their best interest. I highly recommend Minnesota Valley Vet to anyone seeking their animal care. They have two offices. One in LeSueur and one in Arlington. If I have an emergency...one or the other location has been available. I love our Vets. 💕

Very friendly and caring staff. At home orders are written out so I dont forget what to do at home with my pet. I appreciate the check up calls on my pet after the visit. They go over the cost before hand so you can expect what the bill will be.

3/7/23 Wish I could continue to give 5 stars but no longer. My dog had a face abscess and they couldn’t be bothered to even return phone calls. Missed a huge tooth infection on my cat despite the cat being anesthetized. Never again will I bring any animal there. Almost anywhere would be better. (2yrs ago) *You can’t go wrong bringing your beloved pets here!! Kind, caring, and amazingly patient. The staff here have always made each visit a great experience for my dogs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!

I had an emergency call with my 14.5 old golden doodle Jack. Awesome service over the phone, met me at the clinic just before 9PM. Communicated all the charges as we went through phases of testing. Staff was super nice, very caring, very diligent to find out what was going on. I get Excellent service at Arlington clinic and now MN valley. I've been at multiple vets over 35 years, these two locations are at the top of my list.

Great staff who are kind and talented with a variety of animals. They've done great work on the family's dog, cat, horses and so on. They were super helpful during a nighttime emergency with a cat and are fair in their billing services, at least with us!Little touches like having actually good complimentary coffee is a great comfort too during stressful times. I recommend giving them a try.

I had to put my kitty of 18 years down today which was heartbreaking. My normal vet wasn't available so I contacted Minnesota Valley Vet. The person who answered the phone was super helpful and got me an earlier appointment due to a cancelation they had so I wouldn't have to go after hours. The staff and vet were all so kind and made a very difficult process as easy as possible. I'd highly recommend them as they seem to truly care about both the animals and their owners. Thank you for helping us on one of our most difficult days.

We are so appreciative of the team at MN valley vet! We live out of town but were visiting friends in La Seur when our dog got sick on the holiday weekend. We spoke with the on call team on Sunday night who made a treatment plan to avoid an unnecessary emergency vet visit to the cities. The staff were so nice on the phone. They answered all of our questions very thoroughly and really helped to put us at ease when our puppy was sick. Thank you so much!!!

My cat got very sick and they took great care of her! I was kept in the loop the whole time about what was happening and when. They even called and asked permission to do an Xray. Ultimately I had to make the very tough decision to lay her to rest and they were very respectful and kind about it. I will definitely be recommending their services!

Amazing service! I couldn't of asked for a better Vet. The Doc was great at explaining everything to us and talking about prices. The doc would explain what would be a better option but never once made us feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. I highly recommend this vet.

The vet is sensitive and thoughtful, even making a clay imprint of my cat's paw when we had to put her down so I had something to treasure. They are also very price conscious and understanding of limited budgets. They are willing to respect your decisions and opinions about your pets' healthcare and treat the animals accordingly and to the best of their ability. They even squeezed my cat in once on short notice on a Friday so I wouldn't get a weekend charge. I can't recommend this place enough.

I have had 2 occasions since we moved here in March. First was I had calves that scoured and needed some scouring meds- they refused to come out and refused to give me meds for them even when I told them I’d come in to get them. I tried accommodating. They had told me they were too busy. Second- I had a horse that needed stitches urgently and they wouldn’t come out again. I had to call a vet out of the cities come and stitch him up. I will no longer try to get their services. Horrible experience.

My 2 year old dog recently went in for an exam and Lyme's disease shot. After going in for a booster, they charged me for another exam that they did not disclose to me before the initial shot. After calling New Prague, Belle plaine and Jordan vet services, they told me it was not common to have another exam for the booster shot unless it was a puppy. They claimed it was for legal reasons which is a down right lie. I understand if they do it to protect themselves, but they need to be clear from the beginning. I would not recommend coming here because they are not up front and honest. My sister who is also the main groomer in Le sueur, has also not had good luck with them and has clients complain about them. Two thumbs down.

The family fur baby has been sick for over a months. He had been seeing two vets. Late last night, our 'old man' took a drastic turn and I could not get an answer or call back back from either of his vets. Knowing he was in dire need of care, I called started calling around to any vet. The ONLY clinic that picked up their phone was Minnesota Valley Care. They met our family in the office within a half hour. They understood our 'Rufus' needs and helped us put him at peace.Thank you so very much for this unbelievable service. I will gladly be transferring my other fur babies to this clinic immediately.

This place is a life saver. My elderly cat started dragging her feet late last night, unable to walk. I called their after hours vet and she met us at the clinic to see what was going on. Some pain meds and anti inflammatories later, my kitty seems to be doing much better.

I highly recommend MN Valley Vet both their Le Sueur and Arlington locations! I have been going with my horses, cats, and now new puppy for 10-11 years! Always a friendly and knowledgable staff and great prices!
