I originally called Chad looking for an appraisal on my family farm building site. The appraisal turned into working with him on the actual sale of farm building site. He worked with my elderly Mom and visited her at her assisted living facility to get forms signed. Chad was very helpful and acknowledgeable on a process myself and my family knew not a lot about. We ran into some road bumps with having to have a new well drilled on the farm site, but the process sent smoothly with Chad visiting the farm when the well was being drilled and many other times to make sure things were getting done. Chad kept the whole selling process running promptly and straightforwardly by checking in with me on things that I was working on or needed to get done. My whole family appreciates all of his help and are very grateful to have worked with him to get the family farm building site sold.

Chad was absolutely wonderful with driving us around from town to town, showing us homes. He'd walk in and look around as if he was buying it for himself and let us know of tiny details he saw.
