Recently found this place, 100% recommend! The staff are the nicest people to interact with and so helpful. The self wash station is always so clean and convenient. My Aussies are obsessed with the baked cookies, I really think that is so smart!! My Aussies sit patiently waiting for me to give them their cookie lol. Wag N' Wash is the only place I go now :)

I will definitely be coming back! I have had my pup for a little over a month and when I rescued him from his previous owner, she had never taken him to the groomers (he will be 2 in Jan). He had significant matting on him and I was very concerned about how it was all going to go.Marcy is Amazing! When I saw him again, I cried. He was a whole new dog and he looked so healthy! All the matting was gone! Thank you again Marcy!

Wag n Wash is a fabulous place to bring your dog to get clean! They have so many options as to how you want to groom your dog. I love the snacks and bones and apparel they have for dogs too!

I bring my lab in once a month for a nail trim and they always do an excellent job. The prices for the walk in a la carte services are fair and I've never had to wait more than five minutes. The groomers are always super nice and gentle with my old pup. I always recommend this spot to anyone who is uncomfortable trimming their pup's nails at home.

I have been looking for a self service dog wash since moving, and found this place! It’s amazing and has everything you need to get your pup clean. I was able to also get my dogs nails trimmed without scheduling. But the best part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am honestly so impressed and thankful I found this place! My pup hasn’t tried any of their bakery items but I look forward to getting her some in the future.

These guys are awesome! My fur baby Jack is 8 years old and has never been groomed before and I wanted to take him somewhere to get it done. The staff at Wag N Wash was amazing. They took care of Jack while he was there, making sure he felt comfortable with this being his first time getting groomed and the results turned out great. I'm very happy with the way he looks and I will continue to bring him here again and again.

Great service. I have been taking my border collie here for years. The staff is always happy and ready to help. The haircuts, baths, de-sheds, and nail trimmings are always done with care and look amazing.

We switched from the larger chain stores to Wag n Wash about a year ago when we moved to Lakeville, and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. We have used all of their services now, and I have never been disappointed.Every time I enter the staff is welcoming and by this point, most of them know my dog by name! (Draccus loves the attention) They have the high quality foods we like for both our dog and our cats, a rotating section of toys, protein focused treats and chews, and a fantastic little bakery for spoiling your pets.The self service wash is always clean with plenty of supplies and assistance from the staff. While the prices have gone up since we started going there, not having to clean up after blow drying a Bernese Mountain Dog is worth the cost in my opinion.Finally, we recently tried the professional grooming services, and I was absolutely blown away. Our groomer, Emma, listened to my requests and requirements for the groom and Draccus came back happy and looking dapper. Many dog owners like myself are hesitant to try a new groomer, especially for longer hair dogs. Indeed I was nervous when dropping him off, but I can't recommend Emma and the Wag n Wash team enough.

EDIT 3/15/22: nail trims are amazing here. Shelby handles my big scared boy and she does an excellent job. I recommend this service to anyone but especially for pups who are hesitant/frightened. They even have special treats for afterward!10/10 recommend the self serve station! SO much easier than trying to manage it at home without proper tools, plus it’s so nice to just not have to clean the whole bathroom afterwards.Excellent option and we are so thankful to live so close! Will absolutely be using this as our go-to from here on out

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I love bathing my Aussie at this place. Great water pressure and professional dryers make it faster to groom my pup. There are about 6 tubs and 4 dryers. Never had to wait for a dryer and they always give you extra towels if you request them. I recommend this place to people I know as I feel the end result is better than when trying to bathe at home.I’ve had his nails and paws trimmed in the past and they did a great job.Also, all the staff are friendly and helpful!

Christa is the best groomer that we've ever encountered, bar none, it's not close to where I live, but, it's worth the drive, she does a great job on Lacey, lacey is a cavalier, and can have pretty profuse fur by the time we get in, and, Christa makes her look wonderful, and Lacey is so much more comfortable, you can tell..........she's now about 10# lighter, we've tried several places and this wag n' wash is the very best.

I brought my cat in for a bath and haircut. I was pretty worried, as this was her first time being professionally groomed. The staff at this location instantly eased my worries with their attitudes and demeanor. Each worker truly seemed passionate about their career and comfort of each animal. I Would 100% recommend to others and will be visiting again!

I LOVE the set up of this store. It is a true resource for pet owners. The self- wash set up is always clean and staffed. You are always greeted by a friendly staff. The treat options for purchase ( should your dog deserve a reward after) are phenomenal!

Love wag n wash for multiple reasons. Employees are always friendly and willing to lend a hand. The dog wash stations are awesome. Perfect for bathing and not breaking your back! Nice product selection and way too many toys that my pup wants to bring home!

I took our rottweiler mix, Loki, there to have a bath the night before he had surgery. It was the 1st time I had ever been there. The people who were working were the absolute best. They explained everything to me and came back several times to check on me and make sure I didn't have any questions and that I didn't need any help. They can provide you with the shampoo, conditioner, towels, rubber shampoo brushes and aprons you don't get wet. Loki got so many treats and so much love from the staff. You can tell that they really enjoy their job and are genuine animal lovers. Anyone with a big dog and a bad back will absolutely love this place. I will definitely be back.

We get our dug groom here. He is a 75lbs Golden doodle that has very tight curls. Katie does an awesome job with him and he always looks great.They have a very nice selection of food, treats and some toys. Everything they have is high quality stuff.

Absolutely love this place! The self service grooming is AWESOME. Zoey helped me out and was sooo knowledgeable about all of the products. Not mention she was so sweet! Shelby was also very great helping me pick out treats for my dog. All the staff here has an overwhelming love for dogs and it shows. Definitely recommend this place!! :)

This place is amazing. They make custom cakes! I ordered a cake for my dog, Moo Cow, and they went above and beyond to make the cake extra special and added pink moo spots! They are so sweet! And their cookie bar is fun too.

Wag 'n wash has always been a really great place to go and use their self wash tubs with the professional system. It's so much more reasonable for bathing our two dogs and the staff has always been so friendly and truly loves dogs. Yesterday Faith R went above and beyond what anyone ever needed to do. When we were heading out we found the same piggy toy that our st Bernard had when we brought her home originally . Sadly we were $5 short. I didn't want everything to get wet from the bath, so I only brought a little over what would been neded. Faith spotted us the $5 and we were able to get the piggy!!!! Athena was so happy once she got home with it, she's been carrying it around, tossing it in the air, and laying and chopping on it. Thank you so so much Faith for making her night, you truly care and love animals ❤️

If you aren't afraid of the price tag. This place is great for washing your dog. I got they deluxe wash for my dogs itchy skin. I really loved how the shampoos were pumped with the water 💦. It made it really easy to wash. I paid a little extra for the hot treatment to help her itchy skin as well... Now although my dog still itches afterwords she felt Soo soft and smelt so damn good. I loved it. I'm not sure I'd pay the money for their "itchy skin" treatment again. But every once In. While I'll go back when I want my dog to smell like overpriced shampoo. Lol all n all I gave it 5 stars because I know these places are a business and need to remain open. If I didn't want to pay money id suffer in the bathtub.

Horrible customer service. Very Rude employees. How you yell at a paying customer and then not even finish her dogs Grooming? Our dog was soaking wet and scared of the people and place. DONT GIVE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I came in 15 minutes before close and they got my lab in for a nail trim, dremel and ear cleaning. My dog gets anxious with grooming and I was very impressed with how they treated her. The groomer was super sweet and so were the rest of the employees when I was at the checkout! Thank you for being so great with Jasmine (Jazzy) today! We will be back soon for some shopping!

I like the convenience of the self wash. Limited supplies here. I think $20 is a bit steep for a self wash. I'd rather have the option to use my own shampoos and just have use of their tub. Also wish I could see what a self wash would cost online on their website, but only a groomers appointment prices are listed there.
