They also provide grooming, training, for your dogs. Also, adoption services for cats. Also, have some reptiles and birds. They have food supplies and most all your needs for any type of animal that you may have!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff inside of the store. I'm glad they ask us if we need assistance during our shopping trips or if we have any questions while we are there. Very thankful that some of the staff can also provide us tips on training dogs! 💕

LOTS of pet items, hard to imagine they wouldn't have what your looking for. There were at least 3 people working, friendly, offered to help find anything, and were courteous. Great customer service is nice to find in any store!

I got a lot of my aquarium decorations here. They have a lot of variety for pretty decent prices. I'm only giving three stars as two of the fish I bought from them died in less than 12 hours. I know they have a return policy but the idea of scooping my dead fish up and carrying them back to the store is supper unappealing.Update 9/9....I now see why my fish died. Going back today and half the fish were dead or dying. It looks like nothing has been cleaned. I'm attaching pictures for proofI know it wasn't a tank issue as the other 8 fish in my aquarium were just fine.

Newer but badly manage store with unprofessional and inexperienced managers there. Specific cashier and managers don’t understand basic return policy and unfriendly/disrespectful/unprofessional to the customers and treating customers like a thief in this good neighborhood and very concerning. We spent over $500.00 for our new pet in Pet Smart and regretted.

Crazy lady with ‘M-29 mask scared my poor little Chihuahua because she wasn’t on a leash. She’s still shaking at home 30 minutes later. A professional wouldn’t have scared my animal, would have kept a low tone and not blast it to were the entire store heard her screams. I guess it’s getting harder and harder to find good help these days. Then another employee heavier set wanted to act like a gangster and give me dirty looks likes she’s bad. Promote the cashier to Manager, she was the only professional employee. Never returning to store

This weekend we had great experiences with two staff at this store (shout-out to Ellie and Jon) who were patient and answered all our kiddos' questions about the reptiles and their new guinea pigs. The store and pet enclosures were clean and if we were closer we'd definitely return to this store.

When I arrived at Petsmart, the only thing that could be heard was my dog's barking (they were barks of desperation and anyone who has a dog knows that one knows their dog's barking perfectly) when I enter the grooming part, I realize that My dog ​​was in the back (I assume it was in a kennel since you can't see it). First of all, why hadn't they called me to pick it up? Why did they have him locked up in a kennel? Most likely they had already finished with him about 30/40 minutes ago and they had not called me, they had him waxed. Second, at the time I arrived, the person who took care of my dog ​​(I assume it's Makenna since that's what it said when I made the booking), was taking care of a golden retriever, and in front of me, in my face, this person (a blonde, short girl) pulled the dog by the collar, and threw it to the floor (we know that these tables are a little high, and we also know that the bigger and heavier the dog, the more risk it has of suffering from hip problems. if he jumps from a high place), just like when I was cutting his hair, you could tell that he did it reluctantly and that he had no patience with this dog. Now I wonder, if this person didn't have even a little respect for this dog in front of my face, he might have behaved in the same way and even worse with my dog ​​and with everyone else who goes there expecting good treatment and good service. when no one sees her. I spoke to the person at the register about this case, and she did nothing. I hope these people are reprimanded for what happened. We have been going to Petsmart for years with great results. The last 3 times there has been issues. Last Wednesday I brought in my 60 pound lab for a bath/brush and nail grind. She was there for 3 1/2 hours. That should have been plenty of time. However she was scratching with large clumps of fur on her back so I’m pretty sure she didn’t get brushed. Also they completely forgot about her nail grind. I took her back the next day to get her nails done and they still missed 2 of them. I will not be back.

I am hesitant about chain store grooming for my small dog. But this Petsmart is AMAZING! My dog Bambi finally got a perfect haircut and groom. Plus she loved it!! I reccomend any of the groomers there!

I took my dog Nino here last week to get a trim. She's a Llewellin Setter, and has super thick hair, and gets quite unmanageable. I was shocked at how much better she looked, and was very happy all around. Patti was the name of our groomer, and she was great. She gave Nino a great cut, trimmed her nails, shampooed, and styled her. It was the first time I could tell that our stylist cared what we wanted, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Patti W!

I enjoy this location. Everyone is friendly and the store is clean up stocked well. I had one interesting experience while trying to purchase a goldfish for my daughter, the associate saw I had a 10 gallon tank in my cart (which is not small!) and would not sell me the $0.15 feeder goldfish as they need a minimum of 20 gallons apparently. I appreciate the dedication to making sure all the animals are going to proper homes so I’m not going to knock the stars but my god who is buying a 20 gallon AQUARIUM SET UP for one goldfish….

My cousin found my future rescue dog here at a meet and greet one Saturday afternoon. It was fate to come take a look and bring her home! This store was wonderful with setting us up with all the supplies needed and the store manager was super nice! Also, not so bad on the eyes.. Ladies calm down and don't get any idea's, he's happily married! Our new fur baby's foster mom works at the grooming salon here so we can definitely say, this is our favorite store to shop!
