Update: Romy started showing signs of a UTI early in her stay and the amazing staff immediately notified us, made an appointment with our vet to get her seen and took her to the vet for an exam! I honestly cannot say enough about how caring, kind and professional everyone has been. They picked up her prescriptions and made sure she was on the mend. We picked up a happy, healthy pup when we returned. Amazing experience!*****We’ve been sending our nervous, reactive, ten-year-old rescue pup here since 2019 and always have such an amazing experience with boarding and grooming. All the staff treat us and our pup with patience, kindness and respect and we have no hesitation when it comes to dropping her off for her stay. She loves the staff and is so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Thanks to all for taking such great care of our Romy!

Caring, kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff who are very attentive to our dog’s needs. Excellent communication. Facility is clean and comfortable with happy atmosphere. Lots of play, rest, games and snuggles, as well as treats! Our dog loves going to daycare and comes home happy and content. He did so well during his 9 day boarding (first time)and was happy and healthy when we picked him up. We appreciated the regular updates with photos so much! We will continue to take our dog to Animal Inn and highly recommend it!!!

We have been taking our puppy Rosie to Animal Inn for over a year. She is always so excited to go! She has participated in puppy play time, daycare, and several boarding stays. The entire staff and operation of Animal Inn Pet Resort and Spa is top notch. My pup is so excited when she gets to go to daycare or board overnight. She has fun with the other pups in an environment Animal Inn has ensured is safe. And, she gets love, cuddles, and attention from the wonderful staff. I have amazing peace of mind that my dog is being cared for like I care for her myself.

Our dog LOVES the Animal Inn Resort! He has stayed there on two occasions (once for 10 nights and another for 2 nights). Both times, he’s come home happy, clean, and clearly well-loved. In fact, he might have more fun there than he does on a regular day at home. Haha. We appreciated getting daily updates and pictures. This is definitely our go-to place for boarding, and we don’t feel guilty leaving him behind!

Animal Inn was very helpful in accommodating a last-minute booking. This was my dog's first-time ever at any kind of boarding or even daycare so naturally I was nervous. Staff were great and texted updates. He settled in after 2 days, ate normally, enjoyed his playtime. I was so relieved! Am looking forward to booking more stays for him-- and getaways for myself!

I have a difficult dog who is very shy, afraid of everyone and everything. I have the hardest time finding a dog sitter or a place I can board him. My difficult dog, Chunk, has spent 2 visits in the suites they have. This option is best for him because they play relaxing music, they are quiet, roomy, private, separate from other dogs, and he has to rely on them to let him in and out. The first visit he didn’t warm up as hard as the staff tried. This last time he opened up and even let them snuggle him!I had tried other facilities that didn’t have the experience/knowledge to handle a dog like Chunk and they wouldn’t take him. Animal Inn knew exactly which type of boarding he would succeed in and went above and beyond with their efforts to win him over. I worry my entire trip every time I have to board him and no longer have to do that. Thank you, Animal Inn, for taking such good care of my Chunky!

I brought my cat, Linus here to stay for a weekend while I was out of town for a trip. Lodging is a bit more expensive than some other places but I picked this place because the reviews seemed good and it says that cats get an actual room whereas there is other lodging where they are in a kennel/cage. I don’t know exactly what the room he was staying in looked like or how big it is since I wasn’t offered a tour and the website doesn’t show photos of the rooms. I wish I didn’t have to pay extra for playtime for my cat… it makes me wonder if he got any human interaction at all during his stay other than feeding times. I did call to check up on my cat but I had to leave a voicemail and it took them 5 hours to give me a call back and it felt kind of rushed. The staff lady that checked us in was a bit rushed it felt so I didn’t feel too reassured about leaving my fur baby there, but when I picked up, the staff lady at pickup was super friendly. I do wish they would’ve taken more photos and sent them to me, and it would have been nice to have gotten a paper or an email recapping his stay with more details on how he did and what he did. Overall, I’m not upset or anything… I do believe he was well taken care of and I am grateful that he had a nice play to stay over the weekend. I just hope that you take my suggestions into consideration and maybe include an overview/summary letter or email at the end of pet’s stays including photos; and maybe include photos of what the lodging rooms look like on the website. Thanks again! I do hope to come back someday should I ever need a place for my cat to stay overnight.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for about a year now, only for boarding because one of my dogs is rather anti social. The staff is always so kind and helpful, whether it be in person or on the phone. We recently had to drop the dogs off right when it opened to make it to a flight on time, and when we got there we were told it might be a bit to take the dogs back because they had staff running between both buildings. As soon as I mentioned we needed to catch a flight, she hopped on the radio and called over someone to help us right away. No one seemed put off or upset about the rush and they were still incredibly kind and helpful. I love the little report cards they give us about the dogs too. I won’t go anywhere else for boarding - this place is fantastic!

We have had our two puppies at Animal Inn for puppy day care, training, and boarding. We couldn’t be happier with all our experiences. Every person we have talked to or worked with has been wonderful. Incredibly caring of animals and their human owners. The training has been amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is the only place I trust with my dog. She loves the staff per her report card and they love her right back. She loves playing with the other dogs. When we go away we have no worries. ( The extra drive is worth it.)

We brought our puppy here for puppy kindergarten, it was worth it just for the socializing and to help our puppy learn to ignore others during training exercises. Or trainer Deb was amazing, she has a lot of patience and does very well explaining things. We will be back for more training classes!

We don’t travel often but when we do, we know our dog will be well looked after at Animal Inn. We’ve often talked about how nice it would be to have a pet sitter or a family friend come to our house, but Animal Inn has always been a reliable, attentive and friendly option for our dog Tigger. Plus, he makes so many friends during his stays. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to bring your dogs. We bring our small Staffordshire Terrier here to doggy daycare once a week. They're one of the few places that'll take an AmStaff. She has a lot of energy and loves playing with the other dogs. And they supervise them well. I feel she's very safe while she's there. Everytime I go in to pick her up, she's wiped out from playing so much and falls asleep in the car. That's why we bring her here. The people are very kind to her and never complain (even though our dog can be a handful). The price is good too. If you buy a package of 10 or 20 you get a pretty good discount. But it's a popular place, so reservations are recommended. Animal Inn is the best.

Animal inn is THE ABSOLUTE best and has been nothing but great for Harley. Harley has boarded overnight multiple times and goes to daycare weekly. The staff is phenomenal and takes great care of her- and I’ve never had any complaints. I could not recommend this place enough.

I can always count on the folks at Animal Inn to provide excellent care to my dog, Boba! I can honestly say that they love my dog as much as I do, and it feels comforting to be able to leave him somewhere where he is so well cared for. He also loves his time with the staff and other dogs. I would highly recommend Animal Inn for daycare, boarding or grooming.

This pet resort has training facilities and that is why I was on this website. I am impressed with how many 5 star reviews they have. I am also impressed as different reviews mention different trainers not just one.The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing it is on the very high end, which is too bad for us. That being said, I did not reach out and see if scholarships were available

Animal Inn Pet Resort and Spa did such a great job taking care of our dog, Betty. We recently boarded her for about a week and they sent pictures/updates each day. We could see she was happy and cared for. We are very particular with our pets (they are our kids as we don’t have the human variety) and their staff consistently go above and beyond. She always comes home happy, healthy, and tired. They are the reason we feel we can travel without worry or anxiety over our fur baby. We are very grateful to Animal Inn Pet Resort and Spa and look forward to using them again and again for boarding and daycare.

This place is absolutely amazing. Tank has such a great time. On days he doesn’t go, he likes to make my mornings difficult. He will sit by my car trying to get in, hoping I drop him off at daycare! He has so much fun when he’s there, comes home tired. Just what you need after a long day at work!

In one word, excellent! In many others: this was the first time boarding our dog-reactive (but very sweet) pup and I was nervous about it. From our first interaction, I could tell Animal Inn completely understands and welcomes all dog personalities. During his stay, my dog had a serious allergy attack and I was so impressed by how they handled it (daily updates, photos, etc). I could tell he was pampered all day, every day.The general manager (Dan) even drove 1-hr round trip to pick up medicine from our vet! And when there was some confusion about prices, the owner emailed me directly and cleared up the misunderstanding. Overall, it was great to have a boarding place I could fully trust with my dog’s care while I was away. We will definitely be back!

Everyone was an absolute joy to have taking care of my sweet mountain dog Madi. Not only were they always in communication with me, but they also helped her through AMAZING progress through the board and train program. Everyone from the front desk staff to the trainers and owners were exceptional and I am so happy to have found them. We are also going to be coming here for daycare weekly since my girl had such a wonderful time. It was so great to board her knowing she was so well loved and cared for!! The Animal Inn is the absolute best!! We checked out a few daycare places for our puppy and the Animal Inn was far superior. They have such amazing employees/trainers who are so knowledgeable. They offer enrichment time if you chose. I’m so thankful to have found them. My puppy loves going and he’s learning so much by going to such a wonderful place.

I absolutely LOVE this place! We have an staffordshire terrier mix and in looking for places to board/train her, was told by 2 other places they don't take "bully breeds". In my first conversations with Animal Inn, they were excited to have my dog and the man I spoke with said he had a staff mix too, and we had a great chat! She has since done daycare and a boarding stay and I have been completely satisfied with her care!! They are very thorough in asking about your dogs needs, and have also been committed to helping to work with my dog with trimming her nails as well! Tory does a great job with grooming our sheepadoodle Zak. He always looks great and more importantly she always takes as much time as he needs to be comfortable. Zak loves Tori and she has built trust with him. I would not take him anywhere else.
