We sent our golden retriever, Susie to stay for a weekend for the first time with Kirk and she came home happy and clean. Krik communicated with us the entire time, we were gone giving us the chance to see how much fun she was having. We can't say enough good things about Kirk and his business. I'm looking forward to working with him for years to come!!!

BARK has been a great service for us and our dog. Kirk goes out of his way to accomodate us if we have something suddenly come up or are running late after an overnight. There have been a few times when he was just too full and had to turn us down when we didn't plan ahead. That is understandable and I appreciate he isn't going to allow too many dogs, just for the money. When it is our scheduled, weekly "Play Day", our dog waits excitedly by the door, watching for the BARK van and then dashes to Kirk when he pulls up. When he returns, our dog is always exhausted. Obviously he is having fun.We have used BARK for almost 2 years and have not had a single complaint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BARK to anyone.

Very hard to get in touch with and when they do they are rude and unprofessional. I have never heard of a facility that does not offer tours to potential clients. Major 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩.Reply: I asked for a tour, you said no. Then offered compatability testing, I asked if we would be allowed to tour the facility then, you said No. I can post your text if you would like to read your responses to me.

This is a quality place to bring your dog and they even pick up and drop off your dog. It is unfortunate there is a one sided 1-star review that looks to be unsubstantiated based on the response from the owner as I don't know the details. I only know it is a great place to have your dog stay with absolutely no worries to the pet owner!

Caveot Emptor, save your money. In response,do you remember a meeting you had asking for volunteers to help,in exchange for a membership? That was us. Your shaming card falls on deaf ears. When you lied about our second dog being there you lost all respect and credibility. We personally know of give people who have stopped using your so called "fun" park.
