Very disappointed with the store with the new ownership… multiple experiences with nothing but disrespect and bad attitudes from who I assume are the new owners.Went in once to rent a carpet cleaner which I always do 1-2 times a year. Told them I have used it many times, but got a 5 minute speech on how I’d be fined if/when I clipped off the 3rd prong of the power cord. This was after I told them 3 times I’ve used it without any problems. If you don’t trust people, then don’t rent anything out.Also, went in to make a small purchase and was told I couldn’t use a card because my purchase was too small. I had already swiped my card and the purchase went through and got a very snippy response of “well I guess I’m not getting paid for those items”. Instead of getting angry with the customer, maybe make your system work correctly to not allow card payments for certain amounts.I really have liked this store in the past as they have most anything you could need, but I plan on going to La Crosse for anything due to the new ownership.

Nice little store with a very helpful staff.They have a little bit of everything here. They make it a priority to be a one-stop stop for the locals. Prices are a little higher compared to the big box construction retail stores, but it's worth the price to keep it local and saving yourself a 1 hour road trip.

This store has absolutely everything you could need. The tool rentals are very helpful for your weekend warrior projects, or everyday problems. They always have softener salt at a great price and can help you load it. The owner takes pride in his store and always has it decorated with great and unique seasonal decorations.

I’ve walked in and walked out of this store twice in the last week because they don’t have what I needed in stock. Much higher prices than Menards. Not worth it - previous local owners made it worth the small upcharge but not anymore.

This place rarely disappoints when I stop there. I'm almost always surprised when I go in expecting them to not have what I'm looking for only to come through and satisfy all my expectations. If I had one suggestion would be to offer a price match service for stores in the vicinity of this store. Not expecting a price match for online, but something that's local.

Has a little bit of everything and one of the best selections for hardware around. Even ACE doesn't have all of the nuts and bolts they do. From automotive to spray paint and tool rental, Heth's should have you covered. Even if you might have to pay a bit more, it will save you a trip to La Crosse.

I the locks on my house to match and they were able to help me out. Also there rental center was there for me when I had water problems in my basement and I needed help.
