Minnesota Mattress Factory has employees who are friendly, down to earth, and don't try to pressure you into anything you don't want. My fiance and I went to look at mattress options and spoke to Kyle. We tried out a few mattresses in their modest showroom, and Kyle listened to our preferences and helped us choose the best fit for us in regards to type of mattress and price. The company is responsive to phone calls and flexible to work with your schedule for appointments.

Finally: a straightforward mattress company that lets you customize in-house. I was sick of wasting time trying to make comparisons across the big brands to find a reasonably priced natural latex mattress that would meet our comfort and durability needs. I decided to go local and emailed Minnesota Mattress Factory my list of requirements. Kyle suggested we come directly to their warehouse showroom to try things out. He clearly knows what he’s talking about (where else are you sold a mattress by the actual mattress maker??), was very patient with my questions, and let us try out latex configurations right there. He went above and beyond by preparing a mattress for our arrival based on what I had emailed him. Communication was excellent throughout, including for delivery. The mattress had a bit of a smell, but I’m guessing it was the wool quilting; airing it out helped and it eventually disappeared without any headaches or other negative effects. After a brief adjustment period to the feel of the latex, we are sleeping well with no back pain! It was well worth the drive and the price. I’m recommending them to everyone I know.

I've been telling everyone I know about MMF ever since my recent excellent experience with them. I have an antique 3/4 bed that is too small for a standard Full mattress. I thought I was going to have to call an antique store to get the name of a good source of custom mattresses, but then one day I decided to Google something like "antique 3/4 bed custom mattress MN" and up popped MMF. I wrote to them with a few questions, they wrote back quickly and knowledgably, we stopped by their factory when we were in their area a few days later and picked out what I wanted (out of 5-6 choices of mattress type), and it was delivered for a very reasonable fee less than a week after that. (I was especially pleasantly surprised by the quick timeline, given all the recent trouble with supply chains, etc.!) It sleeps great and the dog finds it quite acceptable for naps too :) Definitely recommend MMF!

No frills shopping, but they don't need frills! Minnesota Mattress Factory offers great quality mattresses and box springs for an exceptional price.Their show floor is right there at the factory. Very knowledgeable and accommodating to meet our individual comfort wants and needs.Great shopping experience.

The custom mattress fits perfect in my Airstream. The mattress itself is super comfortable. They also made a topper for the Airstreams fold down bed; its again perfect. My last thoughts are; not every merchant will talk you through how it's made, but they did.
