Customer service was so nice and so funny the mgr staff was just as nice. I don’t know how his store got anything Less than a 4 on a review cause they’re so friendly and knowledgeable.

I like HyVee but the Kasson HyVee I don’t care for. First of all they’re under stocked on items, second of all employees act like they’re better than you and look down on you. Next the store doesn’t seem very clean . Lastly the soda fountain in the deli don’t have flavored carbonation of all the pop. Not enough donuts or cookies to choose in the deli. This HyVee can do better. Not my favorite HyVee sadly to say. However on the bright side the meat 🍖 🥩 department is phenomenal. I can’t go wrong with the meat from this HyVee. Most of my review was negative but little positivity with the meat department.

A smaller version of the large, have-everything super HY-Vees, but well-organized and plenty of checkout lanes, as well as a bit of the small town charm that its predecessor had. I'll be going again.

Staff was always friendly when we lived in town and went here. They always had a pretty good selection of items. Prices were higher but that's expected at a smaller town grocery store. Not sure how it is now as a Hyvee.

We just got done shopping here and the water I was going to buy was not on sale like it stated, so I went to look. There was 2 different size bottles mixed in and the correct ones were in the way back and had expired last month. We also bought watermelon gummy bears, got home and they too expired last month. Clearly the workers are checking dates very well.

Nothing great or terrible about this place. I'm honestly only writing this for the review points 🤫 It's more expensive than Walmart, but cheaper than Target. So if it's close by, I would recommend it. But if Walmart is closer. You should go there instead.

This is small town HyVee it has most of what you’re looking for. The entrance was not as intuitive to find as I felt it should have been. The staff were friendly helpful.

Consistent stock issues is the best way I could describe this Hy-vee. Most of the store brand items are always out of stock, due to being the only affordable things this Hy-vee sells. That and they take full advantage of pricing like they are the only grocery store in town. I would rather drive to Fareway in Byron.

Okay selection for a small time grocery, if a little on the high side in terms of pricing. Cost aside, the staff is great. Always friendly, with a smile, to help you locate an item or load your groceries.

Being a small town store this particular one didn't have as much variety as others. The deli is pretty much non existent compared to bigger stores. Their selection of fresh fruits and vegetables was good and it was all fresh. It's not a bad store but if you go in expecting it to be like all big city Hy-Vee's you might be disappointed.

I came to buy hamburger, the butcher was cutting and stacking cardboard boxes, and with the same gloves he handled my meat. I reported that to the store manager who did not even offer to replace my purchase. The manager told me " I will go right now and talk to the individual". I do not know what kind of managers Hy- Vee hires that are not polite and appreciative for a customer of 30 years and offer to replace the purchase or at least thank me for what I observed and reported directly to him. Extremely disappointed, I will never shop at kasson Hy- Vee.

It's nice small hyvee that's located closer than the Rochester locations for a lot of people. They tend to have the highest selling things, so most items can be found Herr. If you need more specific things, I would go to the Rochester locations. Staff is friendly as always and usually can be in and out very quickly.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at this particular HyVee. It was clean, not so large, well stocked and the gentlemen in the meat department were helpful and very nice. The cashier and young lady who bagged my groceries were professional and helpful too! I will continue to shop at this HyVee when in town😊A++

Love having a grocery store here in town so we do not have to make the trip into Rochester. However, it is just not very easy to find things and does not have the same selection as before. I wish it had a better meat selection and that they kept some of the foods they had previously.

Love having a full size grocery store in our tiny town again. I only gave 4 stars as the deli is very poor on selections and the food does not taste well. Erdmans had a great deli. Hyvee should look at bringing some of the Erdmans deli items back.

The employees at this Hy-Vee Crossroads Grocery Store are so friendly, caring and soooo helpful. The store is clean, organized, shelves stacked and food is attractively displayed. The BEST!!!!

I usually like Hyvees. The one in Kasson however is not the best. The hygiene is suspect. The bagger today was hacking into his hands and then touching all the groceries. I specifically said I don't need a bag and he still touched all of my stuff. So grossed out

Nice store, but very light on the gluten free choices. Need to get some Udi's or Canyon breads.I also miss the breakfast choices of Egg Scrambles, and frozen pancakes/sausage meals.

I was told when I called in a prescription on Saturday it would be ready at 2 PM on Monday. Went to pick up and 12 people in line because only I pick up was open. So I left. Went there Tuesday and was told it wouldn't be ready till 2 on Tuesday. Now I have to drive from Dodge Center to Kasson again to pick up Disappointed

Not bad, I personally still prefer Erdman's. But I no longer live in Kasson so it really doesn't matter.Had to stop in just to see how different it is. Has plus and minus just as it always goes.

Kasson HyVee is always clean, well stocked, and friendly staff. The selection is great and the store is so convenient to go to.

unless i am there taking advantage of the advertised deals, I feel they are over priced. it is convenient though. some workers are rude
