Carriage House has been so accommodating for our family. One instance we had one of our GSDs displaying a swollen face. Benadryl was not helping and it was the day before Thanksgiving. I called 4 other places in Rochester and they refused to see him. Carriage House understood what an emergency this could become and squeezed us in within 30 minutes. Another time I was on vacation and same GSD had a swollen leg due to a small cut and refused to put weight on the leg. I knew the problem and he really only needed a certain medicine. They had the prescription ready in 20 minutes for our dog sitter to pick up. We will only be bringing our fur kids here from now on. They have gone above and beyond every time.

Dr. Kelly is a certified Fear Free vet. My pup had a bad experience elsewhere, so I wanted a gentle reintroduction to vet care for her. She definitely got it! The vet and tech were awesome with her. Hopefully, over time, she will once again be comfortable with her vet care.

They are who I bring my dog Davina to and they are wonderful with her. She has a surgery there and I felt at ease ( as much as I could) knowing my baby was being well taking care of. Price was reasonable also

I do not have enough good things to say about the people who helped us with our dog. My dog wasn’t feeling good on a Saturday and I had called just about everywhere around Rochester and the surrounding areas for him to be seen. The first thing they asked was it an emergency or if they could place me on hold, and when I said it was emergent the asked a couple questions and told us to come in call was less than two minutes. When we got there they were expecting us and brought us back to a room right away and the doctor was in within seconds. The doctor was very nice and attentive towards our dog. They understand how much our fur babies are our family, these are the people I want looking out for my pets.

My experience with getting care for my cat at Carriage House has been nothing short of exceptional. All of the staff are very kind and accommodating. Recently, my cat needed to be seen and only a morning drop-off appointment was available. When I arrived, however, the technicians and Dr. Kelly were able to take a look at him right away. Within 20 minutes we were out the door and on the road to feeling better. If you are looking for a vet for your pet, I would definitely recommend choosing Carriage House.

Our dog Jarvis has been going since he was 8 weeks old, now almost 6 years old. They have taken great care of him! He is not a fan of the vet, but only gets really shaky and nervous. They are patient and listen to all your concerns, even if it is not the reason you went in. Their prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend even if you lived in Rochester, the drive is worth it! They also have a 24/7 number you can call incase of an emergency.

They have been very patient and caring when we had to have our 14 yr old min pin put to sleep in July and then when we had to have ou 8 yr old min pin put to sleep this month both due to arthritis so bad they couldn't walk with out being in so much pain, and had lots of other health problems. They are very compassionate thru the whole process.

I have always taken my cats to Carriage House. They have always been professional but very caring for my animals. You can tell they are truly passionate and enjoy their job. I have had 2 semi urgent issues with my cats and they evaluated my animals even when I didn’t have an appointment. They are up front and honest about their prices! Highly recommend and I always will be going to them.

Our dog got very sick on a weekend, and Carriage House Animal Hospital was the only group I could find in the Rochester area with weekend clinic appointments. Our dog had never been seen by their vet group, but they got us in for an urgent appointment on a Saturday morning. I was worried and upset, but the entire staff treated me and my dog with such kindness. The vet thoroughly assessed him before making recommendations for diagnostic tests and labs. I felt comforted knowing he was appropriately concerned for our poor pup. He ultimately needed antibiotics and fluids, which I felt comfortable continuing at home due to the education provided by the staff. They provided me the emergency vet number to have someone available 24/7. Later, our dog developed new symptoms and had to ultimately be put down. This was of no fault to Carriage House or the veterinary care they provided. However, they called to express their condolences, sent a card and even accepted a return of our left over antibiotics/supplies to offset our mounting vet bills.This was above and beyond what we expected from their veterinary group! Though they only met our pup once, and under very stressful circumstances, it was evident how much they came to care for him and us in that short time. We are truly appreciative of their care! Thank you!!!

Always very quick to get an appointment and the staff is amazing. Great prices on medical procedures and care about pet comfort (gives tips on how to keep your sick pet comfortable at home in addition to medicine) including preventative measures. I will be taking all my pets here for as long as I live in the area.

I have gone to this vet a couple times and I think they are amazing. When I moved I did not know where I was going to take my pets for vaccines and such since the town I moved to did not have a clinic, but then I was told about Carriage House by my aunt and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I bring all three of my pets there. My third pet I had gotten in January and I had taken him to see Dr. Kelly a couple of times and she was very excited to see how much he had grown. It means a lot to have someone as excited about your pets as you are.

Wonderful! The vet and assistants were fantastic with my dog and patient with both of us. And it was so amazingly cost effective. I was nervous about how much the appointment was going to cost. They put my mind at ease by helping my dog without draining my bank account. Wonderful service!!!

We had an unexpected emergency with our pup who did have to be put down. The way the staff handled the situation with clarity, professionalism, and care was outstanding. We also have brought out cat there and they have been so helpful and wonderful with her as well
