This is a quiet and beautiful place. You can walk the trails, or sit on the rocks and just listen to the prairie winds. Unfortunately, it is owned by a fracking company. This year, the flowers didn't even come back, which is suspicious. I did look up their blooming schedule from the DNR. Enjoy it while you can, because I have a feeling it's not going to be around forever.

Path to the river was washed out at a creek and it was rushing so hard we didn't try to cross, but still had a great time. Great place to Bird Watch, we scared an eagle and there were a ton of others.

Nice place to visit and go for a hike. Stay away from the quarry. There are cameras here that overlook the park. Park itself is not very large.

I got high here once 20 years ago. The place is beautiful and a great place to roam. I came here sober with my family. Place is still beautiful.
