Customer Service lacks when they are busy, they get frustrated and act like you’re the burden for wanting to know more about what you are buying. They aren’t reliable when it comes to products they are always either out or it has wax leaking or it just doesn’t hit. Good luck with getting your money back on that too.

Strains of the Earth is a fascinating concept that combines food as medicine, mushrooms, cannabis, and hemp products while delivering excellent customer service. I really enjoy visiting SOTE because of the size and design of their store. Plus, the people are incredibly friendly.

This has been my favorite dispensary since they opened, and even though I don’t live in Jordan, I go out of my way to come here if I need to restock or want to try something new. Jim was always super kind and helpful, and I love that SOTE has a focus on education and community :)

This place is amazing. When I first arrived there I got the warmest welcome and smiles!!! And staffs are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about there products and how they help you certain areas. I highly would recommend this place to all my friends and family . I definitely will be coming back and hope to build a friendship with them.

Good products, but half the employees can be rude at times.I called them after a bad day at work driving my from egan hoping they would stay open just an extra minute and a half, the male employee asked if that was okay, and the female employee rudely responded saying, "we close at 8"I'm aware they close at 8, I was just hoping to get some bud after a long day and couldn't barely make the time. I understand they close, but if it's a family owned company, why do they have to close at 8 on the dot. I was less than 2 minutes away.

I love the products, definitely a great high but the Jordan location just isn’t for me so I like going the extra mile and going to the Carver location. I find the staff over there much more friendly and welcoming. Ive been to the Jordan location twice and both times it was the same person and I just felt rushed for some reason or as if they didn’t want to do the transaction. 10/10 on products but 3/10 on customer service

SOTE is the best and only dispensary i go to!! last time i was helped by Megan and she was awesome. all of the staff are super friendly and helpful, the prices and rewards are great, and the atmosphere is amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is shady and deceitful. Don’t fall for their mystery bags there are only weird chemicals in them such as HHCP or THC-0 or THC-X, nothing anybody wants but they won’t tell you that, they tell you it’s a great deal. They are just getting rid of old product that nobody wants and they know people believe it’s real weed. Went back and tried to buy a delta 9 cartridge, I was sold a vape that was in a sealed box that had a label for an entirely different vape, and it was delta 8. Not hopeful about the flower I bought. Will never go back, it’s too bad they’re allowed to get away with this.

When it comes to offering more than just a walk in and shop experience, Strains makes you feel like one of the family! The knowledge each staff has on the products and how they target and effect the body and mind is AMAZING! The layout of the building is Beautiful and inviting! Inside feels welcoming and roomy...not your corner store smoke shop, this is a wellness center and a wellspring of knowledge and information related to anything THC,CBD,and Mushroom related!!

After living in Denver for three years, I have pretty high expectations for dispensaries now and I was shocked how nice this dispensary is for how new the marijuana industry is in Minnesota. I’ve sampled a lot of their flower that they have, both indoor and hydroponic grown and enjoyed them and the pricing was pretty cheap! The over vibes of this place are great and are better than 90% of the dispensaries I've been to in Colorado.👍🏻

Bought two carts for over $80 and once I tried to hit it it would act dead, called and someone said they could exchange both carts once I’m at the store the guy asks me to hit it in front of him, of course it hits fine in that moment. He says he’ll exchange one since the other didn’t hit I told him I was told both would be exchanged, he tells me to keep hitting the cart I say no as I don’t want to be high, he goes to the back comes back and says they’re both hitting fine and he won’t exchange anything. They are both full and I was told differently and that these carts have a habit of being bad product he said yes they’ve been getting told the carts haven’t been working and that he believes me but won’t exchange them. I’m trying to say that doesn’t make sense and he just hands me a free joint to shut me up. It’s sad because I’ve been going here since they’ve opened I’ve met the owner and his brothers and always felt like I was learning about what I’m smoking, now I get told “it’s straight gas” when I’m asking how it smokes. Or it’s “gassy” . Quality has gone down in product and especially in customer service.

Wonderful people, they love their job, amazing store but it is a 45 min drive... HOWEVER, now I order everything on line through their app. Less fuss, gass & mail box delivery!! Took 24 hours to get order after placing it.As for all you nay-sayers that this isn't "real weed" I've been chronic for 34 years & if you let the employees, they'll point you to the right strain. I wouldn't waste my time & resources if it wasn't real...
