This is a great stop always friendly upbeat employees.We only get coffee, they should consider putting up a sound wall by the highway and more breakfast options like Shakopee Einstein location have to go get breakfast burritos or other bakery items these popups don't offer which I'm unsure of no one wants cake pops for breakfast they have more variety of them then the basic muffin or bagel.

I love the staff at this location, especially Nancy! When I see her in the drive thru my day gets a little brighter, she is great at making people feel they have real value. My drink was great and I love how people know my order by heart, it's fun to here you want your regular today. Everyone needs a raise at this location or at least an appreciation party, maybe order them all pizza or something. BTW I am loving the new bagle sandwich!!

Best Caribou experience EVER today! I frequent this location 3-4 times a week and staff is always upbeat and pleasant - however today, I placed an order on the mobile app and accidentally picked the wrong store. Staff was SO sweet and understanding, helped get my order made immediately so I didn’t need to wait longer, and took care of coordinating with the other store so I didn’t need to pay again. Paul helped me at the counter and was just so sweet, but the entire staff was we wonderful (even after having to make my drinks when they were already so busy). Love love love this location!

Stopped to get a coffee on my way to work today and had hands down the most positive & welcoming experience in any drive thru. The three staff members working this morning were extremely personable and so nice. It just goes to show how simple kindness can totally change your mood for the day. Bravo to them :)

Great little place. Usually service is pretty quick and they keep the line moving. Staff is always friendly. They only thing that’s disappointing is the breakfast sandwiches are pre made and they can’t alter them. Not their fault that’s why I’m not knocking them down.

This location is great but there must be a manager that trained all the staff to say “so do you have any plans today or what are your plans today?” Few people can pull this off well and it’s off-putting and creepy, please stop.

Easy to find location. We ordered multiple drinks and they were ready in a flash. Extremely friendly staff. There no seating inside but outside fits multiple tables to enjoy your drinks. Mostly it's a drive thru location in a nice shopping center right off the main roadParking: Small parking lot on the right end side Kid-friendliness: Offers treats for the little ones.

Was on a quick coffee jump on a vacay and discovered this beauty! It's so enjoyable, calm, and tasty. They have wonderful drinks and pastries. Staff is incredibly nice. My personal favorites are the iced & hot matcha lattes. Definitely a place to drop by.

Excellent beverages and SUPER friendly staff! No need to even consider a Starbucks when there's a Caribou anywhere close! Prices are better and staff I've ever dealt with at any Caribou are heads and shoulders above any other chain coffee shop. Visit one any time you have a chance!

Perfect little cabin drive thru right off 169. Great place to take a quick stop for coffee when leaving or arriving to the twin cities. Not usually that busy anytime we go which is nice.

One of the best Caribous we have been to! Our drinks were fantastically made, just the way we like them! I asked for light ice and they topped the cup off with extra drink mix to make sure I had an actually full crafted press!! This doesn't happen very much. Thanks guys!!

This location is handling the rush of an opening quite well, a few mishaps but the staff are willing to learn. Lauren at the drive thru every morning is upbeat and refreshing. They will soon know my order simply by my name, and my pup who rides with me every day. I will continue to visit this location and support my local Caribou .

I ordered a large coffee with a shot of espresso and the girl at the window insisted on calling it a "depth charge". That's just unnecessary. The drive through line is always too long here.
