Seeing this place is not a 5 star hotel I was completely satisfied with the room rental. The service here was much better than expected and our room had clean sheets, a spotless bathroom, and all electronics worked. 5 stars for the service received and for the cleaning personnel.The place is outdated and has an old smell throughout the building, however, being its location and class, it's definitely acceptable!

This was the cleanest, most well taken care of hotel we have stayed in! The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeepers did a fantastic job at keeping the rooms clean and in shape. Shower was nice with good pressure. The fridge and microwave in the room were very clean and worked well.Absolutely recommend staying here.They are pet friendly as well. Our dog was welcomed and enjoyed her stay too.

One of the nicest, cleanest, newest hotels I've stayed at in the reasonably priced category ever. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel itself seemed very new and everything was perfect. No corners cut anywhere. They had hands down the nicest, softest towels and wash clothes I've ever touched anywhere. I forgot to ask where they buy them before we hit the road. They've set the bar for our future Motel travel stays ridiculously high. It was just a late night stopover while driving but I'd be tempted to go out of my way on future trips to put it on our stopover list.

This was a great stopping place on a very long road trip for me. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff cordial and everything operated like a well oiled machine. Breakfast was billed as "light",which was fine by me. I had a Yogurt and coffee.Safety: An extremely quiet area, I felt very safe.

Recently ended up staying for an extended amount of time, company related. The property is well looked after and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The house keeping staff was very thorough and efficient! They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay which I appreciated greatly.The only complaint I had about the room was, being on the 1st floor, the windows should have sheers. That way you can have the curtains open and no one can see in! The setup they have now, anyone walking by can see every inch of your room. No privacy what so ever.Other then that....Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable experience.Thank you all for a WELCOMING & Restfull stay. Keep up the good job! 👍🏽👍🏽

I got to the hotel with no reservation. I entered a super clean spacious lobby with seats and a tv. It was around 2:38 pm. I asked for a single room since I am away from home alone. There were none but she gave me a double bed room at single bed price. So I'm in good spirits. She hands me the room key and off I go. Up the stairs and everything is just clean clean clean. No funky smell. Which I have lots of allergies and asthma I'm loving the place by now. Get to my room open the door and the ac is going already. Which is awesome cause its 90 plus. My room smells amazing the ac unit doesn't stink look at a picture I took the filters are spotless. I flop on the bed and it's like the best bed ever. The night before I had to sleep in my van which was horrible. The curtains are heavy blocks out all the light another plus cause I wanted a FAT NAP! I got one too slept like a baby. The bathroom is super clean towels everything is just top notch. The location is tucked back and it's super quite. Everything has been amazing I dont want to checkout tomorrow...but I have too. But this place will be my place if I have to stay in this town again. Oh and there is sweet pictures above each bed a microwave fridge coffee the whole 9 oh and big tvs. I mean really I could live here...amazing. <3

The owners clean rooms because you can’t find people to work ( all over the US, but that’s a whole other rant)Our room was very cleanSTURGIS riders there is a large “turn around “ in the back for trailers. Beds were comfy and the sheets soft. HOT WATER 👍🏻It’s right off the 90 and there is a gas station close to the highway entranceWe are refreshed and off to New York

Clean Basic Hotel. No strange smells in any part of the hotel or musty smells.Very friendly staff. I stayed there in the summer and really liked it.It is close to the industrial sites in Jackson. Very easy to get in from the interstate.Very basic breakfast was included in my corporate rate, cereal or toast. I did not expect more for the price.Definitely a good deal for a place to crash while traveling.I would definitely stay there if I were paying the bill and was not disappointed with company paid travel.

Rooms and everything were clean and comfortable. Can control the heater/AC unit. Our room had a microwave as well as a fridge and small coffee maker. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but they had cereal, coffee, tea, yogurt, eggs, pastries, and bananas. Overall a positive experience.

Made a reservation using Wyndham rewards points for a discount stay and never even got to stay. I was turned away because they didn’t have any “pet friendly” rooms available for my service dog that is with me. I tried telling them that she’s not a pet but a service animal and she still refused, which is illegal, but I didn’t have the energy to argue after a long day of traveling. I was told that even tho she was canceling my reservation last minute that I wouldn’t be charged for the stay which I hope is true and hopefully get my points back! I will be calling Wyndham in the morning. Do not stay here if you have a service animal!

Not enough bedding and the beds are hard. Room service knocked 4 times (each time we answered) 4th time attempted to walk in good thing the latch was on the door because we were undressed. This happened an hour BEFORE check out time. We couldn’t get the rest of our sleep because she was so in a rush to clean our room. 01/11/2019 We stayed in room 202.

We stayed at iSuper 8 in Jackson, MN on the night on Tuesday September 20th. The hotel was not that clean, hallways were dusty, rear door glass was almost opaque it was so dirty. When we checked in, the clerk (son of owner) gave us the key to a room already occupied and we walked in on him!! We went back to the clerk and got another room that was reasonably clean on the surface, but smelled like a locker room, went to the desk and asked for a can of air freshener that seemed to help. My sister in law had a handicap room reserved with a walking shower, that was already rented when we got there, so she was downgraded to the second room without a walking shower so she could not use it.All in all it was not the best night we ever had renting a room. We would NOT go there again.

This is definitely that their basic of comfort, despite the fact that there is an in-room coffee maker.Two kinds of Cold Cereal, hard-boiled eggs, toast, oj, and coffee are the breakfast. VERY happy they are pet friendly.

Very neat & clean inside & out. Beds are comfortable. All the amenities & more in the room than Best Western the night before. Definitely recommend this Super 8!
