Assistant manager, Jennifer, was very short and gave us the wrong milk, chocolate instead of white, and I let her know before I accepted it. She said nothing and turned around, walked away and got white milk without a word. Then when I asked for extra napkins, as we have a two year old, she told me there were napkins in our meal. I told her I’m aware, but we have a two year old and would appreciate more napkins. She looked very frustrated. And handed us ONE napkin.Aubrey was very sweet. We came around and got a refund for that service. Jennifer was not apologetic in any way and claimed “corporate limits how many we can give”. She didn’t even respond at first. Pathetic. Will leave a review with corporate.

We went into the store instead of the drive through and were ignored for 5+ minutes before anyone addressed us. Then I specifically asked if they could make me a brownie batter blizzard as they were out last time I was there. She told me yes so that is what I ordered. When I received my order it was definitely made with cocoa fudge and brownie rather than brownie batter and brownie batter pieces. Very disappointing as they taste very different.

When we got there we sat in line for at least 5 mins before we were even acknowledged and the thing is her name tag said assistant manager. You should know to at least to say hi. Once she finally got to us she was super annoyed that she had to help us. We all ordered and once the ice cream came they were wrong. We ordered blizzard that were supposed to have chocolate ice cream and it came out with hardly no chocolate. I ordered the choc brownie extreme and it wasn’t extreme to say the least. Hardly any chocolate and no brownie batter just chocolate chip chunks. Very disappointing visit. No wonder why I don’t ever go there anymore.

Why was there a baby behind the counter last week when I was in there? The manager brandy seems to do what she wants, her daughter (not an employee) is constantly behind the counter. What policies do you follow there? Is this not a safe and respectful workplace? Maybe talk to the crew that work there...... the owner needs to find out what is really going on

Manager was very rude to my friend. Very unprofessional. The burger my friend was served looked like absolute grease garbage and smelled like it too. He asked for no salt on his fries, and the manager practically threw the basket of fries back down saying they weren't. I rubbed my finger on the fries, and there was a clear line of salt on them. The manager was horribly belligerent and had the worst attitude I've ever seen in someone that is in management. I will give props to the 2 ladies working behind the counter. They were very polite to customers. Maybe their manager could get a lesson in professionalism from them.

After experience at restaurant stopped in figured can't be as bad as restaurant 2 Bacon burger 1 chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken bits laterFood was good cooked and packaged well son and daughter in law eat theirs later heated in microwave even commented on how good they were. For those 4 crew members as bored as you were.. no orders no customer you did well fast turnaround well made courteous

Have tried frequently in the last 2 weeks to purchase a quart of ice cream. I requested a fresh pour & have been told are not allowed to do that anymore. Last time I got one it was all dried up, so I stuck it in the microwave & it wouldn’t even melt it was so old. Not to mention they sit out there in the freezer where anybody can get into them.

Stopped to get a small snack and the guy making our cheeseburgers wasn’t wearing gloves, had a long beard not covered, and was very slow. The no gloves thing is extremely disgusting and unsanitary.

The food was good. Burger cooked just right and chicken wings had plenty of sauce on them. The restaurant on the other hand, was absolutely filthy. Every booth had food reminents in it or on the table. There had to be about a dozen flies in the dining area alone. I got an ice cream cone which, while good, the cone was VERY stale.The staff were very nice and chipper, despite complaining of severe shortages. Sounds like very poor upper managment.

Horrible service. 5 people standing behind the counter and no one wanted to take an order. More interested in their conversation than work. Had to ask for spoons twice before they would give it to us. How else are you supposed to eat a blizzard.

The building is shared with the convenience store and gas station so it's a bit more cramped than a standalone Dairy Queen location, but that doesn't detract from the food quality or service. Made to order fast food always gives a hot and fresh meal - even if it is just a burger and fries. The grilled chicken sandwich is actually pretty tasty. The girls working here will engage in small conversation that's refreshing and welcoming.

I purchased the $6 meal deal with chicken strips and fries. I was the only one in line and there were no customers in the drive through. It took 10-12 minutes. I received about 10 fries. They were hot, but not very many.

Very poor service. Sandwich prepared incorrectly three times by staff. 1/4 lb Grill burger w/cheese no mustard or pickle. Also they added mayo each time without request. The staff here don't care about the customers they serve or the quality of the service.

Fast, friendly service...was very busy, but orders were being put out quickly, I believe because they had a full staff. Food was great. Not enough seating, but I understand, it's in with a gas station/store. Thankfully they have a drive thru, and that was busy also

Disorganized and chaotic. One mess up in the drive thru threw them off completely, including what appeared to be the manager! 3 people came in after me and got their food before me. Then I was asked what I was waiting for. Got the food finally, to go, and it was the wrong order. The young man who took the order was polite, and did apologize.

Staff was nice and ice cream great but food was horrible. Partially cooked french fries and soggy tasteless cheeseburgers. We got it to go and threw it away after two bites.

Horrible customer service. Was in line with several other cars. It is now 9:02pm, it was are turn to order, the girl says "sorry we are closed". The two cars in front of us and the people inside could still order? We were the last vehicle. So we went to Windom and got amazing service.Thank you Windom Dairy Queen for class and service!!

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes, they shut the light off as we pulled up. 6 cars in 20 minutes, it would have been nice to let people know so we didn't waste our time.

They do not change their gloves in between taking money from the customers and making ice cream/food. Totally disgusting cross contamination!!! When I told them about it they looked at me like I was crazy and the other customers so worried about masks didn't care!! Walked out without ice cream or a refund it was so gross!!!
