This was our first time at Paw Spa in Isanti. I was very nervous about leaving my baby there as I had never left him at a groomer before. Bobbie greeted me and listed to what I wanted done. I was please to find that she was familiar with the Shih Tzu breed as she had one done awaiting pick up when we arrived and a different one done and awaiting pick up when I picked up my baby. She did a fantastic job on Dukie! The dog crates are right in the lobby which I really like because you can see that they are clean and each has a towel in it. Bobbie allowed Dukie to have his favorite toy there with him to help make it easier. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely recommend Paw Spa in Isanti to anyone who needs a groomer. We already have our next appointment booked!

I’ve only been here twice, Brittany has groomed my dog both times and has done a beautiful job. She listened to my specific request and delivered well. My dog likes her too!

I brought both of my pups in to get groomed this week, they did a awesome job. Will definitely drive the 45 miles to go back, I never knew they existed until I saw someone looking for a groomer on Facebook. Highly recommend!!!

I have brought two of my dogs here and I am so happy with the service. The first dog I brought in had back surgery in the past so I was super nervous about bringing him in to be groomed. I told the owner about his issues and she was very gentle with him. He was very happy when I picked him up and didn't have any back issues after the grooming. The second dog I brought was extremely nervous and had never been groomed before. Again, when I came to pick him up he was happy as a little clam and looked great. Very happy with the service here and would recommend Paw Spa to anybody looking for a groomer!!

Very reasonably priced. Love that she not only bathes my lab but also de-sheds her. Uses Dremel after nail cutting so not sharp.

I have taken my two cats to Bobbi for lion cuts several times now. Since she opened her own salon, it is a long drive, but well worth it. My cats love their lion cuts and don’t seem stressed at all when I come to pick them up.

This place is fantastic! The owner is extremely friendly and treats my MinPin Chihuahua's, Buddy and Hailey like they are part of her family also. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend The Paw Spa to everyone I know and to those I've just met.

Pros:I brought my Chihuahuas in they did a great job on the cut themselves! +5 starsCons:They forgot to put me on the schedule, and the appointment took far longer than it should've. -1 starI have called to make another appointment the last 2 weeks and left voicemails with no answer or returned calls. -1 star

Called for a price and there were some signal issues throughout the 30 second phone call, but question was asked and answer given. At the end of the call however, the person who had answered hadn't hung up before I heard a digruntled 'geez'. Sure didnt make me feel like my potential business meant much so needless to say, I Didn't make make an appointment
