I love this clinic! They take such good care of my Bubba. They answer all my questions whether they are silly or not. He had his neuter yesterday and they were all so kind. It helps that I have a pretty cute dog. But I made the right choice switching vets to them. They are all just so amazing!And little thing I also love is that in the rooms they have windows to the waiting room so you don’t feel like you are stuck in a closet.

This place is the best!!! 😻😻 I searched for awhile trying to find the best care for my 2 girl cats, along with reasonable costs! The care they have given my girls is by far the best! I couldn’t ask for anything better! The attention/diagnosis they gave my girls was absolutely the best! Dr Nicole is the greatest, she’s very helpful, caring, nice, she explained what was going on with my girls & answered all my questions with great detail! I love the friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend them for all your pet care!😻

Worth it to shop around. Our fur baby needs some teeth pulled. St. Francis veterinary is about half what the others charge. Not cheap service. Reasonable fees with excellent vets and techs. Explains everything, gives options and the pros and cons of each. St Francis Veterinary is where we'll be going from now on.

Dr. Angel and all the staff at St. Francis Veterinary Clinic provide exceptional veterinary care with a heartwarming touch. Our cat received compassionate attention and expert treatment after a tough cancer diagnosis under Dr. Angel's care. When it came time to put our beloved cat down, they were able to get us in the same day and tried making the devastating process as comforting as possible. Highly recommend her for any pet in need!

They were so compassionate when it came time to have to put our cat down. We weren’t completely sure what was going on and Dr. Tracy could tell what was going on with an exam. She didn’t recommend unnecessary tests or anything like that. She was even very understanding and let me go get my oldest from school and come back before we put our cat down. They tried to make it as soothing and as peaceful of an experience as possible and gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Definitely recommend them!

For the 2nd year in a row we came home from a trip with an urgent need. Although there were no open appointments available they were able to get us in within an hour. Dr. Nichole took her time and was very thorough. She Even came back in to be sure I understood the treatment options and plan before we left!I am never disappointed and highly recommend St. Francis Vet!

Best veterinarian you can find! My 13-year-old lap dog was in a lot of pain due to a nerve. They got me in same Day within 30 minutes of me calling. Dr Tracy was absolutely wonderful and gentle and loving with her. Got me on the right meds and she was feeling better within 24 hours

Words can not express the overwhelming satisfaction!I was in for routine shots with 2 of my fur babies. While waiting for the kitty, my lil Boo started having a seizure in the lobby. I asked the lovely ladies at the counter for a towel. I believed it was Sheri & Amy dropped what they were doing to assist.Most feel like it takes an eternity for help to arrive, however it was only seconds!!Dr Tracey treated Boo instantly right in the lobby & brought us back to a room. She took the time out of her busy schedule to get Boo back on the right track & even brought her out to the car for me as my hands were full.These ladies went over & beyond!I was so overwhelmed by their kindness & generosity, it brought tears to my eyes as I drove home.I can’t thank them enough!They treat your fur babies like their own. That says a lot!

The docs and assistants here are all terrific. They care so much about your pets health and well-being. My Lexi, a weimaraner, has some pretty alarming issues going on with her health, and they are doing everything possible to figure out exactly what is causing them so they can help her feel better. She recently underwent a surgey a few weeks ago here, and everything went great. It was a success, and she is healing nicely. And it was for something extremely necessary they found that I would never have noticed. They don't miss a thing. I'm so happy Lexi has them! ❤️🐕💙 💙 GIVE LOVE TO YOUR VET! The staff here have been so friendly to us and our dogs. The vet does not hesitate to answer all of my questions and provides every option and the risk/benefits for care, and they always communicate cost before doing a service for your dog. I also found a lost dog in the area and they found her microchip and reunited her with her family.

Exceptional customer service & care for our miniature pinscher puppy. This is going to be a long one…We were visiting family from out of state and had a freak accident occur that caused my puppy to get knocked unconscious, go into shock, stop breathing and we brought her back via CPR. This was the night after Christmas and we drove an hour into the cities to an emergency vet that didn’t empathize much w/ the trauma our little lady (and my family) had endured. They released her back to us in the middle of the night saying “maybe she just got the wind knocked out of her” and the care plan they left us with said to look for concussion symptoms, but they never treated her for her pain or obvious wobbliness/imbalance. They said “resume normal activities”.So 24 hours after the accident, when my puppy was still having trouble balancing and began throwing up we knew we needed to seek more help for her. We all were sleep deprived and distraught, unsure of how bad this concussion was progressing. Well, my mom changed vet practices in the last year to St Francis Vet and said we should go there at 8am when they opened.We showed up a few minutes early and were greeted by two kind front desk staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our little girl was safe and was seen (the held the first available appointment slot for us). All while their phones began incessantly ringing at their 8am open. One of the staff directed the other to see if any of the Doctors had arrived yet while she manned the phones. Amazing work under pressure ladies! They then had the first vet to arrive for the day quickly take a look at her to ensure she was stable while we waited a couple hours for one of the vets to give her a thorough exam. The front desk staff gave us certainty and kept us informed. The initial Doctor that came out to talk to us at 8am listened to our experience, read the emergency vet paperwork from the day prior, and even validated that our CPR efforts likely saved her life. Considering how traumatic the entire accident/incident was, it was nice to know my dad and I were able to truly help our puppy initially w/ CPR. Thank you for listening, caring and going above and beyond to help a tired, concerned set of dog parents before even starting your workday.We were kept in the loop throughout the morning on our puppy’s status and she was treated, given IV and anti nausea as the plan for her recovery. The Doctor and tech who treated her told us symptoms of concussion that she was missing (dilated eyes, different sized dilation, imbalance was more normal) assuring us it was not too severe, which was comforting. They were informed and kept us informed.Long story short, we went from almost losing our puppy in a freak accident to receiving exception care as a walk-in case, where they easily could have just turned us away. Your work matters and your service is noticed! Crying tears of exhaustion and gratitude. Thank you!

I recently took my large breed dog to a different vet clinic and after going away with no real answer I went to St. Francis Vet Clinic. Right away the doctor knew what was wrong with my dog, and not only did she know, she explained it to me and offered different ways to treat the condition. I am glad I made the switch and I will definitely be taking my other pets there as well.

So grateful that Dr. Nicole saw Java so quickly and Java was also able to have an ultrasound. She explains everything so well and cares deeply about the animal’s welfare as well as the human parents. Highly recommend.
