I highly recommend this food source for dogs. We have an Olde English Bulldog and a Frenchie. Both their health and smell (they both produce a lot of gas) have improved tremendously, not to mention they love the food.

Great variety of proteins, easy shipping and decent prices! I've been ordering from Raw Delivery MN for several years now (we are on our 3rd german shepherd, the first two which lived until 12 and almost 14 [and ultimately whom cancer took]) and have rarely experienced issues with any part of the process.I definitely recommend!

We wanted to love raw delivery as it was recommended by my cats vet. They recommend you switch the animals over cold Turkey which was strange to me as all other companies say not to in case of GI upsets. Well we did and sure enough within a week all three of my cats had diarrhea and regurgitation. I was told feeding the dog food to my cats was ok but that was far from wrong. Cats have different dietary needs and the chunks are too big for cats. I called and asked for a refund which they provided 60% refund, though I was a bit bummed as we had to throw a lot of food away as my cats are too sick and can’t keep any food down.

I wanted to like this company’s products but they couldn’t become my dog’s’ favorites.I have three shepherds and my oldest (black) that is not picky even turns his nose to there meat products and I was actually surprised because of the great reviews. He vomited a couple of times and that definitely concerned me. My middle girl (white) has also vomited a few times. Some flavors seemed a bit better than others but the worst was beef and turkey patties. I am attaching pictures when I served them this for breakfast. I actually took a video for my youngest (panda) but Google doesn’t let me attach videos so the third picture is a screenshot from it.As an owner, it is too messy to handle these 5 lbs bags when they are thawed because liquid leaks out of bag. And some flavors smell badly. To me, quality fresh raw meat should not smell like that.Prices of products are cheaper compared to other raw delivery companies but this company charges shipping and that evens out.

Was for the most part satisfied with the quality of the food for our dog. And the price point was hard to beat.Everything was fine until one day we found some pieces of metal in the grinds. We've been feeding raw grinds for years and this is the first time we've ever encountered this.This, of course, is a massive deal breaker with a raw food brand.When I sent them the pictures they said they would be doing an investigation into their processes to what may have caused it. Which is all fine and good. Unfortunately they lost me as a customer.

My dogs like this beef a lot better than other companies and that is what I was looking for. However, regardless of how much my dogs may like it the mess it makes in my fridge is unforgivable. The thin plastic bags do nothing to keep the juices inside the bag. I have tried putting the chub in a bowl to collect the daily depositing flow of blood. However that was not enough because it also over flows from the top. It takes up so much room in the fridge. I see some people have tin foil trays they lay it in but then you're still picking up your chub covered in blood. Buying this beef in bulk turned out to be cheaper than my other source however that is not enough to get me to make another purchase with this company. I still have 5 chub left. Not cool guys.

I am thankful for Raw Delivery. For me it’s close to my home but the best part is that my dogs are fed highly nutritious, high bioavailable, non processed food every day. It’s not always convenient to cut up the food, but i wouldn’t trade it for convenience. I just throw it into baggies, freeze it and feed it to my dogs frozen. It keeps them healthy and there’s no clean up in the lawn due to the lack of filler, higher percentage of digested food, and rapid compost of the fecal matter.

I feed various 80/10/10 mixes daily to my Spaniels, they love it! They allready were fed a commercial raw prepared food, so switching was much easier than switching from processed kibble/canned dog food. Food arrives well packed and still frozen solid even in the summer heat waves in MI. Price point is less than 1/2 of the commercial prepared raw I switched from, and no additives to worry about. It's literally going to the butchers for your dog, far less processing so far less chance of contamination. No, it's not as convenient as scooping kibble, but for my dogs the benefits far outweigh the little extra work to thaw the tubes and transfer it into Tupperware.

We're from Ontario, Canada and have a great supplier of raw food for our GSD. However, we spend the winter in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and it was challenging to find a source of good raw protein and other supplies down here. After looking at multiple sites that delivered I found Raw Delivery - the prices are great and having had the first shipment, was so impressed at the efficiency and quality of the delivery service to our campground. The order arrived still fully frozen after 4 days on the road. It is such a relief to have found a reliable source, and I don't have to revert back to kibble, which seemed the only real option.

I received my first order today and the dogs look to be as excited as I am!! I regret not doing this sooner. If you think raw equals expensive, I suggest checking out their price per pound for the type of protein. I was pleasantly shocked at how reasonable it is. I only wish they offered a small sample box so you didn't have to commit to a 9 roll order for us newbies and the meat comes packed in styrofoam which causes some angst to the side of me that likes to recycle but I understand the company has to get this product out with minimum thawing. I will update my review once the dogs have had a chance to try their new food!

I love this food! Quality is consistent and top notch! Both of my working dogs are holding a great weight and I was even able to reduce the amount I'm feeding slightly compared to the other raw food I was using. Ordering is easy and the selection is amazing. Also, the product ships perfectly. I live in Arizona and each box arrives in perfect condition every time. So if shipping far is a question for you, no worries! You can't get much farther away than I am and never a problem.

*Update* - since publishing my review the company offered to refund the 8 rolls.Would give zero stars if I could for the poor quality food that made my dog very sick. My dog has been on whole prey raw for 2 years and no issues until I decided to try RawDelivery. Very first feeding caused my dog to become very ill. 10 days later she was still experiencing diarrhea so we went to the vet. Based on symptoms, timing and test results, the vet diagnosed the cause as ecoli or some other food borne pathogen/bacteria from the RawDelivery food. First and last time I will buy from this company. They refused to refund any portion of the 8 rolls of food which I had to dispose of. The fact they offered no compensation is indication to me that there is no confidence in the qualify of their food.

RawDelivery is fantastic! You can't beat the prices (literally), and the quality of their products seems to be much higher than some of their competitors. We've only ever had one shipping issue, and that was because of a massive storm (Not RawDelivery's fault at all), and they were so helpful and kept us informed, we really appreciated that, and everything turned out fine. Otherwise, all orders are delivered exactly when they are scheduled to, and we have always gotten exactly what we ordered. Their customer service is on point. Our dogs LOVE this food, and their coats and nails are healthier than ever. We have 3 large dogs and feeding them raw has always been a challenge and a hassle, but now that we get their food here it's simple and easy and worry-free. 10/10 Would definitely recommend to anyone who feeds their animals raw.

I’ve been feeding raw for over a decade, so when we moved from NH to MN, I was apprehensive about being able to find a quality provider. RawDelivery has exceeded my expectations. Not only is the product top notch with a nice variety, the prices are reasonable and when I picked up my first order, I had a lovely surprise- there was a thawing bin and some freeze dried treats for my pups. What a nice welcome gift. I highly recommend RawDelivery.

Raw delivery was excellent. Their customer service is phenomenal. We ordered the frontier mix, beaver, beef, and lamb and Daphne loves it all ! The beaver has a weird texture so it took her 2-3 days to really accept it but now she loves it. Cannot beat the prices either. Will continue to order and recommend.However, Daphne wants to know if her photo can be used on one of your ads ? HAHA

My Balgion Malinois would not eat any dog food. I tried many of the best brands. I then tried him on raw. Now he looks forward to eating. Are delivery customer service are so helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and educated me on my dog breed/diet ect. Very affordable. It's actually cheaper to feed like this than money on bag of dog food. My dog seems way happier and healthier.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This company is great. The product is fantastic, the customer service is top notch, and I love the options to pick up or have it delivered. I literally don't have a bad thing to say about them.The one time I needed a refund was due to missing a product from a pickup several months ago. Not sure if it was missed when my order was packed or if someone accidently grabbed it. But I texted the number they leave and I had a credit on my account within 24 hours!Plus, my cats LOVE their food.
