First time using this service and all I can say is Wow! Jodi was absolutely amazing. Very kind and loving with my Big boy. The only other person to be able to trim his nails was the vet. Jodi used the grinder and before I knew it she was done. I will definitely use her service again and would highly recommend! Thank you Jodi!!

There is a big difference between giving your dog a bath at home and taking them to the groomer. I know now. TAKE THEM TO THE GROOMER! Highly recommend taking yours to Metz Grooming! My dog is very anxious and I feel she did great. She came home just BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I were very pleased with the service. Thank you!

I wasn't very clear about how I wanted her shaped when I brought my long hair chihuahua. I do know she wasn't brushed out she was only bathed and blow out. Sometimes you gotta get in there with a brush to get the undercoat, and I do know I specifically asked for her to be brushed out. Other than that it was a good Groom. She did a pretty good job.

Very impressed, delt with numerous groomers until l found Lisa at sissor wizard who was a 5 star and l couldn't use her again due to medical issues.Most groomers gave my golden doodle a quick shave, then out the door and most of the time l was pissed.Jodi did exactly what l stipulated, now my buddy looks like a show dog. I'll be back.

My dog usually goes to petco for nail trims and he hates it and is usually terrified when he goes there. Today I brought him to Metz and she was super nice and friendly and she did an amazing job on his nails. She grinded them down perfect and cleaned his ears for no extra charge! It was easy to find a with a sign and a chest that says dog treats on it. My dog was very good for her and he definitely looked more comfortable with her then at petco. I will definitely be going to her from now on!

Both our Chihuaha's absolutely adore her, she's very careful when handling our female which has a bad back hip, she's very sensitive to being handled and Jody does wonderful. I have had Metz Dog Grooming for many years. When I finally gave up on clipping their nails myself they were very naughty. I scheduled an appt. I have been going there ever sense. My pugs are so good there. Most of the time they get the works. I call it going to the Spa because they love going there.I highly recommend Metz Dog Grooming.

Jodie does a super job of listening to what you want and then meeting your expectations. We have had our Maltichon to several groomers in the past year and none has stood up to her results.The value we receive from the services she includes as standard in an appointment are far above others in our area as well.

I had a 2:30 appointment, when I got there nobody was there, although the door was unlocked her open sign was lite and her sign on the door said open 8:30-5. When she finally called me back after 5pm, she shrugged it off, told me she had me down for 12:30 and oh well. Said she was “booked out” so nothing she could do. When I pointed out she wasn’t booked out today as she wasn’t there all afternoon today, she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Also very disappointing since I waited almost two months for this appointment in the first place.

Had an Appointment for my 2 dogs, and you can't find the place. There are no signs of any kind saying METZ GROOMING, let alone trying to find Pond Street. I did Google it and where it's supposed to be it is not! I called three times today and never got a call back! So I will not ever use this Groomer in the Future. I should send her a Bill for gas, the half hour I drove around looking for it!

All she did was bathe him he wasn't even groomed. My dog is shedding so bad he's never shed like that before and she didn't even do his nails!! Never will I take my dog here. She's cheap for a reason!!
