I had to get my cat in last minute and Isanti Pet Clinic was able to get me in less than 48 hours when no other vet would. They were very good with my cat Melon and one worker even stopped to help hold her for a few moments off the clock.The techs were great and the DR was even better. Definitely got us on the right track.Decently priced & up front with pricing right away.Wish they had a bigger clinic because they could do so much more with a little more space Would consider going to them instead of the current vet I see.

We have had multiple issues throughout the years with this clinic, I've given too many second chances thinking maybe someone had a bad day, from having the wrong dogs set up for shots, wrong shots on the list, not having correct information, calling and setting up appointments that they never put in the system, they are pushy about shots and drugs with no information given on the productsDon't go here. We have an aggressive dog, I called a month in advance to get a clam visit on the books, he needed a check up for the meds hes on that we're trying to ween him off of. Got there 10 min early only to wait 40 min and watch multiple dogs walk in. The idea of a clam visit is to have a clear room and waiting area. I asked for the last appt of the day, didn't happen. The vet tech walked out and said " can he handle two dogs in the waiting room" at this time we had to do we could get him in. Don't offer those services if you can't follow through. I was pissed at that point declined additional services for the wellness check because I'm not wasting time with them anymore. The wellness check was lacking. They looked at his eyes and listened to his heart, gave him a shot all for $111.00. and a scrap sheet of paper with drug ratios to call the pharmacist about.

Normally, I have gone to another clinic for years. However, when urgent situation arises, Isanti Pet Clinic was able to see my medical complex Shepherd same day. Dr. Green and her assistant quickly retrieved records from my other vet with no hesitation to read every word from her 10 years of medical history. I was impressed how this was going above and beyond from Dr Green. She did not appear to pass judgement and her assistant was calm and friendly making us feel welcome with the "Minnesota Nice" small talk during a very stressful time. This was a highlight to my experience because this also kept us from focusing too much on our emergency situation. Dr. Green was quick to know the right solution after taking all the tests they suggested. As a first time customer, I was treated as if I was their 20th year customer. Another thing I noticed, was Dr. Green also explained things with a lot of depth and knowledge. I would recommend this clinic to anybody looking for a primary vet as well! Also, as Dr Green expected, her treatment plan made my shepherd happy and back to her normal self rather quickly. They also called to check in the next day, squeeze her in for fluids before the weekend, and offered follow up care after. I would recommend the quality, care, and compassion from Isanti Pet Clinic.

I believe that this veterinarian clinic pushes toxic vaccines for profit and doesn't give effective holistic alternatives.No money in alternatives. I also believe they tried to screw me by telling me I didn't pay for something which I did.Get prices up front before you seek services here, and hold them to it. they seem to change when the bill is due.I won't be back.

Love going to Isanti Pet Clinic. Was in yesterday with my 14yr old lab and they were busy as normal, but when it came time for our appointment Dr. Green took the time to listen to our concerns and care for our old boy. I love the compassion she has for our furry family members.

If you care about your animal and is part of your family bring them here . They love animals as much as we love our own. The vet was definitely in her element and knew what she was doing .I love Amy she is top-notch covered all the bases helps you understand and answer any of your concerns. And I can't forget about Kelly who keeps it running like a well-oiled machine from ant farm to elephant im bringing my pets here

There were no available appointments the day my dog needed to see the vet but the staff and Dr. Green made a way for our very sick dog to get in. After several (short) tests our sweet 15 year old dog was diagnosed with life threatening pancreatitis as well as two other infections. She was started on antibiotic(s) that day. Dr. Green took the extra time out of her day to treat and follow-up with the test results as soon as possible. Today, a week and a half later our dog is doing very well. I don't know if the cost was more or less than another vet but the service was great and we are happy with the treatment our dog received. Thank You Dr. Green & Isanti Pet Clinic!

My family and I really thought our old beagle was at her end. Dr Amy and the other staff went far beyond expectations to give her care and the medications she needed. Weeks later she is very much improved and nearly back to her old self. Thank you over and over again.

I had an emergency with my new puppy and I was unable to get into any of the 4 surrounding locations or pet ER. The whole team was really great in fitting us In and taking quick action. Very honest kind team from the vet to the techs and reception. Treated my pup and I like one of their own. I will be going back here. :) My dog was able to get past this situation and survived because they fit me in when no one else would. Thanks again!! 😊

Brought both my dogs here. The vet techs were awesome. I’m not sure if there’s 2 vets or just Dr. Green, but the first gal I spoke with was great! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I had to go back the next day to pick up medications for my dog from Dr. Green and she was anything but welcoming. Very rude, said very little, almost snobbish. When it came to my dogs anxiety, she kept asking me which medication I wanted to put my dog on. Clearly I don’t know as I am not the vet and I came here seeking help. Once my dog is cleared of her UTI, we will be switching vets. Very disappointed!

They got our cat in as soon as we could get there in an emergency situation. The took the utmost care w/our baby. They explained everything and answered every question we had. I think they are wonderful professional Kind & really understanding. I'm a new client & they helped me when I was in crises mode with my sick kitties & when none of the Cambridge Vet Clinics would. My dog had a laceration that needed sutures and they got me in same day less than 2 hours later. Staff was very nice, Dr. Green did an excellent job. I was home less than 2 hours after checking in. Great work!!! Fabulous staff and veterinarian.

We had a terrible experience here and will never bring another animal here again (the vet techs were the only good thing about our experience, they were very kind & caring). We had to bring our kitty back in after her initial visit (she got a basic senior wellness check and blood draw originally) because she was having issues with using the bathroom after we brought her home the following days. She was in extreme pain after an exam they gave "down there". When my fiance brought her back in they agreed that we did not have to pay the "recheck exam" but they charged us nearly $80 for medications that we have to give our cat due to something they caused from her first exam.I know this may be a rare case but I don't think the way they handled it showed they truly cared about what happened to our sweet girl and that they cared more about the money aspect of it. We do not feel we should have had to pay for medications that she needed because of something caused by this clinic.

Great staff and veterinarians. Friendly and thorough. Prices are lower than other vets in the area. Only drawback is they don't have an x-ray machine, but they have they same owners as Ham Lake Vet so you can go there for x-rays if needed.

Dr. Amy Green Gauer and her team do an excellent job taking care of our fur babies (both dogs and cats). The team is attentive, knowledgeable, costs for care and treatments are reasonable, and both Dr. Green Gauer and her team provide prompt follow up after visits (either by email or phone). I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody looking for quality care for their fur babies.

I brought my 2 year old cat in to be groomed 4 hrs later they called to inform me that my cat was dead. They said it was complications from the anesthesia was a pretty rough day for me and my family. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you dont care what happens to your loved ones.
