I first learned about Help your Shelves at the Minnesota State Fair. I was immediately impressed with the quality and variety of options. I got a flier and spoke with Joe over the phone and he suggested to come to his showroom to see the variety of options. Wow was that ever worth the trip. I was able to see the quality and was vastly impressed with Joe's experience, expertise and suggestions to make our kitchen more efficient with some roll outs. He came to our house to measure the job and had more ideas for our project. Within a couple of days I received the bid for the job and didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. We agreed on the project and when it was time for the install, our installer, Ben, arrived on time and did a wonderful job and demonstrated the use of the roll outs and shared some tips for care and adjustment.We couldn't be happier with the whole process from beginning to end and can't say enough about how much we love how the project turned out.

Help Your Shelves installed a spice cabinet, tray dividers, and a garbage/recycling rollout for us and they work great! Staff was quick to respond to emails and questions and showed up as scheduled to do the work. Price was very reasonable, and less than half what Shelf Genie wanted for the work. Highly recommend!

Yesterday was install day for our new rollout shelves. We stumbled upon Help Your Shelves at a local home show. We were not in the market for purchasing shelves, but once we saw them, we knew we needed them for our pantry (which is very deep) and for our spices, which I used to have “organized” in a few containers. From start to finish, Help Your Shelves was amazing. Their price structure is per shelf, so you decide how many shelves you want and that’s the price. No hidden install fees and they are custom built for your space. They confirmed a day in advance for both the consultation and the install without me having to confirm with them, which I appreciated. In addition, they were on time for both as well. Their installer was super nice, efficient, and very respectful of our home. We are so excited about our new rollouts and finally we will be able to reach the stuff at the back of the pantry and find that one spice we need with ease!! I really can’t say enough great things about this company. I’ve attached a few before and after pictures. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

I ordered and had installed roll out drawers for under my stove. Then Dory suggested I could add a drawer under the stove and above the shelves. Bonus pullout drawer 30" x 16". We met Joe at the 2022 MN State Fair and were so impressed with the entire experience with Help Your Shelves! From the in-home measuring and price-quoting by Joe to the scheduling coordination by Dory and then the installation by Brandon, we were impressed by their timeliness, clarity, honesty, simple pricing, product quality and follow up customer service. We decided that we would purchase the pullouts for some of our kitchen cabinets. The fact that the price is the same for each pullout regardless of size made it so easy to understand and decide.Joe came to our home, measured our cabinets and gave us some very helpful advice about taking reasonable first steps to see how the pullouts would work for us. We scheduled the installation and cleared out our cabinets in advance, as they requested. Dory texted the day ahead to confirm everything. The installation took just one hour and Brandon took great care to protect our floors and cabinetry, cleaned up and gave a tutorial on adjusting the pullouts. The workmanship on these pullouts is exceptional!The pullouts are incredible - after just 5 days, they have already transformed our kitchen experience! We now can look at each cabinet’s contents with ease and access the deep shelves in our island. We did some baking, and the ease of getting to all of the large bowls in the deepest part of the island (without needing to kneel on the floor) convinced us how helpful they are. We have also adjusted some of the pullouts after some experimentation with how best to organize them, and it could not be easier!We had a few questions after installation and Joe got back to us immediately and resolved all our questions. We are very happy with the “Roll-Out Shelves” from Help Your Shelves. We moved into a 33 year old townhome and found the exterior of the kitchen cabinets to be in good condition, however, they were not useful or practical due to the outdated interior of the cabinets. The roll-out shelves provided a very cost effective way of updating our cabinets making them significantly more useful & practical. We can fit a lot more into our cupboards & drawers with the custom roll-out shelves since the space is used so much more efficiently. The quality of the workmanship at Help Your Shelves is outstanding! And their team of employees have all been extremely friendly & helpful. We have had the same installer twice, Jake, who gave us additional ideas that we have found to be useful. He was very professional, polite and gave a lot of attention to detail. We looked at several pull out shelf companies and help your shelves were by far the highest quality and a very fair price-Included in the price is a very accurate custom measure and layout. The communication from Dory is fabulous. I would highly recommend this company. As far the install it went so smooth. As for why you need these: Just get ya some! They are a real back saver, knee saver etc. They just make your life so much easier. We have 35K in cabinets with some pull outs and the Help Your Shelves pull outs put ours to shame! I found Help Your Shelves at the state fair. I have a huge corner cabinet that was basically unusable because of its small entry and awkwardness. Help Your Shelves designed and installed a custom 3 drawer pullout/lazy Susan cabinet so make the space fully functional! No more getting down on my hands and knees and using a flashlight to see what’s in the cabinet! They were friendly, responsive, and on time every time! Have you ever been so frustrated with your kitchen cabinets because you can't see what is in the back of the shelf or because you had to pull out several pots/pans before actually being able to access the one you need? I have been and I did something about it! I was lucky enough to run into Help Your Shelves at the home show. After seeing the wonderfully made drawers for cabinets, I had them come to my home to discuss options that would work for me. A few weeks later they returned and 30 minutes later my cabinets (especially the tall deep pantry cabinet) were transformed into usable space. My cookie sheets and cutting boards are all standing up without tipping over, I can get to the one pan or sheet I need without rearranging the entire cupboard, and my pantry shelves are all completely accessible. Custom Rollout drawers in place of standard shelvesFirst, I want to say how much I appreciated Dory. She is the first contact I had with Help Your Shelves. I stopped by their booth at the MN state fair. She is extremely knowledgeable about her product and is straightforward and honest. I decided to move forward with this project.The second person I met was Joe, who came out to look at my cabinet, take measurements and answer any and all additional questions I had. He helped me determine how many rollouts I needed for the cabinet. He was at my home exactly when he said he would be. Joe is the guy that actually builds the custom rollouts as well as all the custom cabinetry they make.Lastly, Ben is the guy who came out to install the custom rollouts. He was also on time. The installation was flawless. He gave me a tutorial on how to adjust the rollouts if needed and how to remove the rollout from the hardware if needed.I replaced 4 deep shelves with 6 deep rollout shelves. These rollout shelves are very well made and are adjustable. I believe they are solid maple. I like the way they do pricing. All of the other companies I looked at wanted to come out and do a custom measure and then give me a price. At Help Your Shelves it is a standard, fixed price per rollout (dividers extra) no matter what size rollout you need. This completely takes the guess work out of how much I was going to pay for my 6 drawers. Dory quoted me the price of the rollout drawer right at the MN state fair.I am so happy with my purchase! I plan to use Help Your Shelves again in the future. I could not do as many rollouts as I would have liked all at once. They make the process so easy and completely understand if you want to do this in stages. I highly recommend this company.

Jake came out to review the kitchen and made great suggestions for the drawers. He installed them this past week. They are a fantastic addition. They look great! Jake was very consciences during the install and left everything neat and clean. We liked it so much we ordered more for another room.

These shelves are top quality! Service was amazing great - very professional. Once installed I could change the shelf height easily! Really. The drawers work smoothly and are strong. I've got heavy stuff stacked on even the widest shelves without any strain on the drawer function. I recommend this product. Using these for a month now I don't know how I got along without them before.UPDATE: Six years+ later....I still LOVE THESE SHELVES! And the customer service is awesome. A couple years ago one of the many rollers (I think a roller) got janky. Within a week someone came and replaced it. Wow. I highly recommend the quality of the shelves and long-term customer service. Good to know this when making the decision to buy these shelves.
