I ordered a new vehicle through this dealer so I worked with them over the course of a few months. Very transparent and stress free buying process. I felt like I was being well taken care of by the entire staff from the start. Smaller dealer that seems to prioritize customer experience. Sheila, Gregg, TJ, and Brody were my contacts throughout the process and I could not speak more highly of each of them relative to my purchase. Responsive, friendly, and ensured that all of my questions/concerns were addressed. Would recommend to a friend/family member

Tom in finance is such all around good guy. Hes not just the boring finance manager . He helps make sure your happy. He cares about the sale makes sure its the best fit for you. He makes this a smooth process even after the sale with quetsions. Highly recommend all of these employees from buying to service!! Miss the salesman Phill he moved into the service department glad to hear these guys/ gals can make advancement and move up in the company.

Purchased a f150 from this dealership. Evan woolson was our salesman. He was friendly and he was able to find us the perfect truck. We test drove a couple. The finance department was easy to deal with as well. On our ride home when we left the dealership we realized our truck had restrictions and we weren't given the admin key. I had emailed Evan the next day and he was able to get me in after work and they completely programmed a new key for me. So far this has been a great experience. Even the rest of the staff at this dealership was very friendly. Thank you Hayford ford.

BEWAREPurchased a truck with a check engine light that continued to come and go, they assured me that the issue would get taken care of no matter if I took the truck that day or later.They didn’t stand by there word, truck became not drive-able and I had to take care of a $1700 repair bill for something they were suppose to take care of. They couldn’t even just tell me they weren’t gonna keep there word either, instead I had to play phone games for a week to get an answer.I’m so disappointed that I gave this local dealer my trust, but learning lesson. And a bigger loss for them.Also, watch/review your finance charges when signing.

Traveled quite a distance to look at a used pick up. We were greeted by Phil. From test drive to sale it was smooth and easy. Followed a delivery semi full of new fords (including a NEW BRONCO!! ) to this dealership location on way home. Hayford Ford is what a model dealership should run like!!! I finally felt like I mattered at a car dealership. No heavy sales tactics were use, just down to earth people helping me get exactly what I needed. What surprised me the most was my 49 gallon fuel tank was full with out me even asking (over $150 in fuel)!!! I am absolutely blown away!!!Thank you again Mike, TJ, Brody, and Ricky!

I highly recommend this dealership! My daughter and I were stranded on the side of the road after a failed oil change from Valvoline. The service manager, Tom, and a technician were there quickly and got us back to the dealership safely. I cannot thank them enough for saving us last Friday afternoon. Amazing service and such kind employees!

Last week our son bought his 1st car from Jesse, the 4th vehicle from our family in 3 years, from Hayford Ford. Have to say we have worked with other dealerships in the past and Hayford Ford is our family dealership for life, and Jesse Wersal is our salesman for life. Outstanding service from the whole team. We trade off one of the vehicles each year with Jesse and he always delivers everything we ask for! Great guy! Also, the finance department Mark and the guys, worked extra hard to get our son his new 2016 Focus! Chris and service always roll out the red carpet for top notch service! We are a Ford family, always driven a ford, but I have to say Hayford for is our dealership for life!!!

Don’t expect anything from them when it comes to helping in the long run, warranty, fixes, maintenance, all around they are only in it for the first payment of getting you to buy a car and then they are extremely impossible to work with afterwards. The transmission went out on our car we bought from here, they told us it would be a week to a week and a half to get a DIAGNOSTIC done so we could inevitably get transmission fixed after “proving” that it was indeed the transmission. All the while trying to coordinate to figure out what and when it needed to be done, the woman we talked on the phone with was very rude about explaining the process to us, we decided we would just contact someone else to do the diagnostic, called them back and they miraculously managed to get the diagnostic done in 1 day and it was going to cost us out of pocket to take it somewhere else to do a diagnostic. Overall, my point here is they aren’t professional, they have brutal people skills beyond their initial “sale” and overall extremely expensive. Wish we would have never bought a car from this place, they don’t deserve our money.

Even if you're not ready for a new ride, their Service Shop is always busy. A sign that there are many satisfied customers. And our Warranty Work has quick and accurate turn around.

Told him I want all six coil packs in my truck replaced and they’re saying that all I need is spark plugs when I just replaced them 10,000 miles ago not even and their technicians there seem to be stupid as all get out tell them to fix this but they completely ignore it I will never be going to Hayford Ford again. I would rather travel for 35 minutes to a different location to have my vehicle serviced!!

The Good:Service was fast, and completed in a shorter amount of time than I had anticipated (standard oil change). This place is very clean, easy to get to and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. Free coffee, a large waiting area, and vending machine if needed. And free wifi while I waited.The not-so-great:The price was ~$75 for just the oil change which I figured would be higher due to everything in the world today, but I was a bit surprised that it was that much higher.As service depts. often do, they'll run through and check your air filters and whatnot. Admittedly, mine did need to be replaced, and it was already on my personal to-do list for home. He came in and asked if I wanted them replaced and I said sure since they had already been pulled out.Little did I know that replacing a $9 part from Amazon would run me $70+. They did not disclose the cost(s) involved when he came in, just showed the current ones and asked if I wanted them replaced or not, and off they went. He was not short, or rude in any way, but still very friendly. It wasn't until looking at the invoice that I saw around half of that fee was in labor costs. Which had my thinking... if I had said no, you would have had to put back my old one anyway, and then there would be no labor costs. So is the ~$30 labor costs them opening the box on a new filter?Anyway, I guess overall, just a disclosure would have been nice.

This is definitely a place to be. An awesome family atmosphere, and really great people. They definitely know what they are selling, and how best to help get you the ford that is right for you. I prefer the ford transit as a perfect cargo van for hauling lawn care equipment if you own a lawn care company. You can fit ALOT of stuff in those things, and it hauls an extra trailer for the big stuff.
