Beau was amazing. His attention to detail, and determination to get the job done right was beyond what I expected. We had a cloth interior vehicle with dog hair literally embedded into the fibers of the back seat that absolutely would not vacuum out and he made it look like it just came off the showroom floor. Will definitely be going back to Gloss Cities Detailing in the future and my other vehicles! My car needed a good clean and I was looking for someone who was reasonably priced and had good reviews. Gloss Cities did not disappoint. I got an interior detail done and our Toyota RAV4 looked better than when we got it (we bought it used). It was nice to receive a car with that “new car” feel. Great communication, reasonably priced, provided me with some tips to help cut down on costs of things that could be replaced in or on the vehicle, and was able to provide me with recommendations on where to get our roof rack installed! Took my car in last week to do tree sap removal and a polish. Beau did a great job of telling me what he was going to do and walk through the process. Upon initial pick up the car looked 10 times better than what I had anticipated. Beau went over what he did and showed me a extra things he did to a few spots on my car that needed some more care for. Brought my Jeep to Gloss Cities Detailing today. When they were done it was as clean as the day I drove it off the lot! I have never been able to get it this clean inside. They were able to get the sand out of the carpet in back that I can never seem to get all of. Bonus… there was (what I assume to be gum thanks to either my own children or the many others who have ridden in my vehicle) worked into the fabric of the backseat. GCD got it out! Looks like it was never even there.Fantastic work, super friendly owner, and easy to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend!
