Staff has always been helpful. Dog food is cheaper than Menards. Plus they have a program if you buy 10 bags the eleventh is free. Also, found bird seed comparable in price. Buy local!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The employees are consistently unhelpful/don’t want to help and they take horrible care of the small animals they sell. They typically have small cages overstocked with animals and little food and employees don’t seem to care about the animals. Sad.

Take better care of your guinea pigs. They need 24/7 access to unlimited hay. Take your business somewhere they actually research the animals they keep!

They have four guinea pigs and only give them a handful of hay in the mornings. It needs to be unlimited! Come on do better!

This place takes piss poor care of their guinea pigs. The lack of unlimited hay and housing multiple boars in large groups is unacceptable.

I called to inquire about an attachment for my older lawn tractor. I spoke with Logan. He took all the time necessary to help and explore options to see if I could accomplish what I was trying to do. He was very helpful and patient. It was exceptional customer service. Being new to the area, I was impressed and because of Logan, they will be my first stop for all my needs.

The dog & cat food rewards program is a huge joke!!!! You get told that the next bag is "free" then when you go to get your "free" bag. They tell you that you got the "free" one last time. This happens EVERY time that we're supposed to get the "free" bag. They just lost a long time customer... Not to mention all of the expired bags of pet food that gets left on the shelves months after you tell them that a bag is expired. Horrible customer service!!!

Purchased a Cub Cadet XT1, they registered the warranty and will repair under warranty if brought to them. Delivery was quick and was also given a quick summary of the mower operations. Would definitely recommend to others. Home Depot has the same riding lawn mower for $100 more and does not price match anyone.

Just visited Isanti Country Store on a Sunday Afternoon for the first time needing help with feed, gates and a Richie waterer. The older gentleman that handles power tools kind of dominated the customer service in the worst possible way. I swear he worked as hard as possible to keep us from buying anything, while he muttered about us that my wife overheard. Yes, we are new to livestock and I understand he doesn't work in that department. Why ridicule us or refuse a special order on a gate outright without checking first? Why complain to us that he doesn't know anything and then boss over the other staff?

Just purchased a Cub Cadet lawn mower and snow thrower. J R was very friendly and he knew a lot about the Cub Cadets. Way better experience than Minnesota Equipment.

Went there with my son to buy a 4 wheeler for him on 9/4/2015 . After 30min of waiting and no one coming over to sell me one or even talk to me about them, I left. Apparently a kid talking about how excited he is to get a 4 wheeler just gets you ignored.

Don’t bother trying to get help regarding power equipment. About every year I go back, give them the benefit of the doubt, but things seem to remain the same. You’re better off going somewhere else.
