I love coming here. It’s super convenient. what’s frustrating is that they already have valentines stuff out and christmas isn’t even here yet or to say passed. It’s Super upsetting for last minute shopping.

They have some good deals there you have to watch what you buy. It's very clean, and the associates are very nice. All around good store.

Well my wife brings in our 5lb dog in her purse, and they one lady gets all upset and says policy's are policy's. But all the other workers love our dog so we can't shop there anymore and we will be giving our business to the dollar general in isanti because they welcome her and our dog. My have does suffer from depression and anxiety, so this is really sad.

I decided to wait a month to post this to make sure it wasn't out of anger. On a Friday a month ago I bought a prepaid at&t card to refill my plan after it expired the following Sunday. It was some senior citizen behind the register who hadn't been properly trained on the prepaid card process. When I tried to use the card that Sunday at&t told me that it wasn't properly activated at the register and that i would need to take it up with the store it was purchased at. That Monday I did just that. The assistant manager did what they could to be helpful. They spent half an hour on he phone to reach i.t. and another twenty minutes on the phone with them after getting through. Again this is just the i.t. department. Fifty minutes. I was told when I came back that night that I would need to take it up with the manager the following day. Cloc out of work to go and resolve it and the manager has an attitude from the beginning. Does everything she can to not be of any help at all. Eventually after starting at her clipboard for twenty minutes she gets on the phone. I set a timer as soon as she dialed. She comes back ten minutes later claiming to have contacted her district manager, the it department, point of sale services, and corporate. All within ten minutes or less. Bare in mind it took the assistant manager half an hour just to get on the phone with i.t.So apparently in ten minutes she called three or four departments, explained the entire situation, and then came back to tell me that since I scratched the back of the card they can't give me a refund. How does one see if the card they purchased works unless they try it? I've had nothing but bad experiences with this individual and from what I see of the other reviews I'm not the only one. I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow to lodge a formal complaint. If I can't get my money back the least I can do is make sure they know how god awful their manager is at that store. If you see a pewter Chrysler 300 in the parking lot just find somewhere else to shop. She's a vile human being and a liar to boot. Give other more deserving places your business. Dollar general's less than a mile away.

Its a clean & somewhat organized store. Easy to find & can see it from the road. Its just off a main hwy. Hwy 65. The employees are very helpful & nice to do business with. It has quite a variety of items from all kinds of food (even frozen food) to cloths for the hole family, household cleaners, bedroom, kitchen & bathroom accessories & necessities. Items for your pets, çrafts, school supplies, lawn care items & decorations to wrapping paper&/or bags & bows & party decorations. Plus a lot of weird/odd fun stuff other stores may not have. The prices are a lot more than a dollar! Which brings me to The only con I see with Family Dollar is that the name if this dollar store is very misleading! There are VERY FEW THINGS FOR A DOLLAR in the store! I would recommend to others especially when in a pinch.

The store it's self is amazing in fact all Family Dollars are Fantastic with their items,prices and sales...But this star in particular is a huge embarrassment when it comes to customer service. Most days they only have 1 cashier with 10 people in line. And depending on which cashier it's Your e most likely gonn a feel like you're not welcomed. The old lady is pretty mean not to personable. One day I heard the cashier cursing at at a customer and the customer snipped back and they made the lady leave . The employees here are the worst of anyplace in the lower 48 states

I went in with my service dog and they kicked us out! Need better knowledge of the law. Will never come here again and will advise noone else should either. They were incredibly rude to me and my service animal.

My husband and I just recently moved to the Isanti area. We thought we would do some shopping at the local stores to support our community. We fell in love with Family Dollar but not with the employees at the Isanti location. We found them to be very rude and ornery. They are very combative amongst themselves and we have walked in on numerous occasions where they've been arguing with a customer. They're not pleasant towards people and are very unwelcoming. I think Family Dollar needs to re-evaluate its employees and put some more pleasant people in their positions. There is a manager there, I believe her name is Lisa, and an older lady who seem to be the problem. I think if they were replaced, the atmosphere in that store would be less tense. Until that happens, I think my husband and I will shop elsewhere.

Convenient store but consistently rude employees. The last straw was tonight when I sent my daughter (15 year old) in to get a Twix and some Sour Patch Kids. She paid in dimes (all she had). The employees remarked that they don't have to accept purchases made with change but they will this time. The total was $2.08. She and her friend were ridiculed about it. I know that there was only 8 min. until closing but I would hope it wouldn't take them that long to count out something my 7 year old would have no problem figuring out.Employees at this store can't read coupons either. Heaven forbid you ask for assistance. I get this is a "dollar-type" store but I get better customer at service at Walmart.

I under stand that they close at 9pm. I showed up at 8:53 and he ran to the door to lock it. All I wanted was some paper plates. That's ok I'll keep going other places. First impressions are big and I would have been in and out in 2 mins or less.

Been waiting for 45min for the doors to be open. There is a sign on the door that states they are open labor day regular store hours. Which the open hour would 8am -9pm. But they are still not open at 9:45am that's two hours almost the start time. There have been many people coming to the store thinking that it is open when the doors are still locked. Tried calling the place and no one answers. Keeps going to a computerized operator saying all lines are busy. This is kind of a disappointment. If they are going to be closed then they should put a sign saying they are going to be closed on labor day. Not a sign saying they will be open during normal business hours when they are not even open 2 hours after what time they are suppose to start.

Family Dollar is a great little store to shop at. Very fair prices. The staff is very helpful and very nice!! They really have some cool stuff to look at or buy. I would recommend anyone to go to this store and shop. 5 star service all the way!!

This place has the worst customer service. You're waiting to checkout while employees are taking their time stocking when theres 5 people in line. Or they're outside the doors smoking cigarettes. I have never seen anywhere have this bad customer service

Every price of clothing had a security tag punched thru the entire piece of clothing..which means any cloths you buy has holes in it...dumb unless you want hokes on your new cloths. Girl working today 9.10.17 very crabby and you can see she doesn't like her job, she was very crabby at my son who asked a question. Won't be back there!

Showed up at 2pm on friday 2/12/2021 and the employees have the doors locked and are not letting people in and will not say why. There are 5 of us here now lined up and waiting. This is a bad business and we will never be back

It was kind of " chaotic" .nothing was organized.however, it didn't really matter..store employees were super helpful and friendly.made me feel very comfortable there.they joked and laughed with everyone.it was fun.also, as always, love the prices!

Newer store in Isanti. Lots of variety and a nice , quick stop when you need a snack, a card, a soft drink etc. Employees are always helpful and friendly

If you close this store I will never step in another dollar general. I just spent 132.00. In this store k.it is the only store this side of town.please leave store.
