First time in, remember when it used to be Mad Mike's old garage long time ago. They still kept it like a garage, nicely decorated and very relaxing atmosphere. I had the Avocado Wrap that was one of the very best wraps I have had. Very Fresh and delicious 😋. We will go back! I highly recommend 👌

10 STARS if I could give it!My absolute favorite place to eat! I will drive from Brainerd just to eat here. Amazing food, delicious hot and cold coffee and the staff is the best around!The Vanilla Butterscotch Blended Coffee couldn’t be better!Whether you are in town or a few towns away- it is worth the drive to stop in!

Spanking brand new coffee shop & cafe in Ironton. Absolutely one of the coolest places to hang out in + great outdoor space. Can't go wrong with drinks & good choices. Recommend the chai tea & pumpkin bars. MmmmKid-friendliness: Great place for families!Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in through the garage doors - no steps!

Ashley and Anna were our servers, they were so sweet. You have to stop at the Hudson. The coffee was perfect the food was incredible and we had the best service I’ve ever had. We’ve traveled a lot, and the Hudson is in my top 3 restaurants of all time. Our dogs hung out on the patio with us and they even brought them a treat and fresh water. FIVE STARS!

A+++Drinks/food/environment/service!I stopped here to get some work done and have a coffee. The employee was VERY friendly and spent the time and listened and offered great suggestions on which drink to get. I recall having a hazelnut/maple latte.The coffee was amazing. The environment here was very relaxing and there was plenty of space to focus on getting my work done.You get a great sense of care goes into their environment and in their food/drinks they offer.They spent time to talk about their coffee bean roaster too.This is a huge asset to the Crosby/Ironton area!Thanks again. Big fan of Hudson’s. Great space and vibe. Since their opening we have been to Hudson’s 5 times in two visits to Crosby/Ironton to mountain bike this summer – biker friendly establishment and they happily welcome your four legged friends outside. The service and staff are amazing, very friendly, accommodating, and always smiling. They seem genuinely happy you are there, which is a great feeling. Coffee is delicious, coffee drinks are also amazing, try one of their special concoctions. Breakfast wraps hit the spot, the hot sauce they serve on the side is a nice touch. My wife really likes their oatmeal, very filling, and beers in the back around the fire pit is a great way to end a day of riding. If you are in the area absolutely put Hudson’s on your to do list.

They were not prepared for the Memorial Day rush and ran out of a fair amount of ingredients. The atmosphere is confusing. Is it an old Hudson car garage, a bar, a bike shop, or a coffee shop? For my wife, 2 kids, and I to eat, with one alcoholic drink (mind you, they were missing about half of the ingredients for our sandwichs), was $50. It was NOT a good value. For some strange reason, the table had multiple holes in it, big enough to stick a finger through. The lady that took our order had a bubbly personality.Maybe this is a good place to tap money off of tourists, but it does not serve the local community well. I don't see a reason to go back.

This cafe Bar is definitely special! The cafe and food are delicious.The space is cozy with a nice sofa in front of the fireplace.They have space for those who work from their computers.The outdoors is really nice for warm weathers gathering.They have most beautiful greeting cards designed by a local artist 👩‍🎨The positive experience it Hudson are endless.If you visit Ironton and Crosby is a must visit and enjoy a great coffee with friendly welcoming stuff and harmonious environment ♥️

Great place to ride your bike into, hang out by the I door or outdoor fire, socialize, grab a snack, grab a drink, play an indoor or outdoor game, watch a music show, etc. Vibrant addition to the community.Kid-friendliness: Kids love hanging out here, very family friendly atmosphere.

AMAZING!We stayed at an ant infested VRBO close to here so you can understand why I ate most of my meals here 😂. I walked in here sore tired and beaten from the day before and the staff in this Joint were so welcoming, had great recommendations, and I enjoyed that they would make good conversations with me as I sat alone. Casey was wonderful and helpful in everything in town. Heather can make a wonderful mocktail mango mojito and if I come back will definitely be stopping in again. This place was like CHEERs. If I could have given this place 10 stars I would have.
